Amend the Evacuation text to mention the created zone because some staff members consistently move around the site such as the yard team and maintenance team, meaning they could be in any zone. Therefore, when I create an event, I always include these individuals. It would be beneficial for them to know the specific zone we are evacuating. If they are not in that zone at that moment, they do not need to evacuate.

Thank you Resaw, we assume you are referring to the message that is sent to those via SMS to self-verify AND that the change you require is to include the name of the zones being evacuated. We do have some clients with 20+ zones and if they evacuate say 19 of them we would have to list 19 zones which could result in multiple SMS credits being consumed for the sms msg. We will review to see if we can resolve this in some form for you.
