Hello Ashleigh, thank you for your submission.
We do support the ability for any induction course created in the OnLocation platform to allow the learner up to 10 attempts. Meaning; if a learner initially fails the course they can re do the course again up to the specified number of attempts permitted before a 'FAIL' is registered as the final result.
The original request from our users when we built this feature was that if a learner fails after repeated attempts then the 'Induction Manager who created the course probably needs to speak to the learner.
I will however leave this open for votes as the demand for such a feature may be more prevalent in these changing times.
