  1. Communications associated with a maintenance job, should be viewable within the maintenance job. Currently, to view any communications linked to a work order, you need to look through the contractor file, rather than the actual maintenance job. This is very time consuming.

  3. Increase invoice field description to be longer than string with a maximum length of 255. Alternatively add a message with clear instructions automatically limiting their character limit.

  4. On the tenant card have 3 boxes that you can mark with an "X" for referencing the number of breaches, rent arrears, communication issues, accessing the premises, behaviour or other issues that you've had with that tenant. Once you click on the box it will enter an "X" and ask for the reason you are putting a mark next to their name.

  5. you can merge for residential arrears but not commeercial arrears.

  6. Have the Ability to Amend the Creditor Entered (in Property-Financials-Edit Invoice) so invoice does not need to be reentered, as a whole

  7. When a invoice is processed, you cannot see which user has completed this or see a log.

    We have had a couple of instances where we needed to address certain situations around task management and accountability and due to know log, it has made it difficult.

  8. Income & Expenditure Statements should be reformatted to be GST inclusive when showing expenses. Currently, e.g. 'Electrical' shows expense + GST on the next line. With only the total expense figure being GST inclusive.
    EOM Statements show an expense as GST inclusive in the 'Money Out' column with the GST paid showed in the 'Expense' column e.g. Garden Maintenance (GST paid: $***)

  9. Is there anyway to move the app launcher icon from the top, on the side, to the bottom. I have clicked on this so many times rather than the dashboard icon

  10. Please could we have the ability to cancel and archive several work orders at once rather than having to click into them one at a time. We are in the stages of cleaning up our system and have multiple pages to archive and have only found we can do this one by one which is not an efficient method. Thankyou

  13. We have residences that have multiple rooms and we assign keys per room and also have groups/region of keys with a letter to distinguish the group/region eg:

    A15/1

    This format is not currently accepted as a key number.

    We NEED to be able to record our key numbers in this way.

    Currently they are recorded as eg: 15/1 but this will not prove acceptable moving forward.

  15. When receipting and there are a number of different items showing on the allocate funds to section - it would be nice if these where broken down in to colour bars, eg green for rent and bonds, pink for invoices etc...
    As it stands now with the very light grey and white, it's open for error to allocating to the wrong item.

  17. The option when doing a mail merge for "Recipients with multiple matching properties should get one email" still results in owners receiving the same email multiple times. Can we have an option for "recipients with the same email address should get one email", that way if we have the owner loaded multiple times, they will only get one email.

  18. Efficient organisation is paramount for compliance and also the day to day handling of property data.

    Current reporting of properties put unit number in front of the property number and street name. A better sorting outcome is achieved when the unit number is put after the street number and name. This ensures that no properties have been missed for any owner who has multiple properties or other reasons.

  19. It would be helpful if on expense reports it displayed all the transactions/invoices under each account for example

    Repairs and Maintenance: $500

    Invoice 281: Fixing Washing Machine - $300

    Invoice 385: Tile Repairs - $200

    This would help as it shows exactly what items are involved in a specific expense.
    Also adding a search feature where you can search for an invoice by account rather then just creditor name/invoice number/property.

  20. Add a EFT reference option for Agency, similar to that available on owner payment details.

    This would be hugely beneficial for accounts team when reconciling general account
