  1. Have all report boxes ticked by default on the Close Period screen.

    This should apply to all New and also all Existing Property Tree accounts, regardless of what selection was made in the previous accounting month.
    This will not only save time having to manually tick each box for new Users or if someone deselected any by mistake, however, it’s also better for all agencies to have all reports generated and not needing them, instead of the other way around.

  2. Can we please have the link to the ‘Recurring Invoice Summary’ report on the Accounting page > under Invoicing, instead of having it on the Trust & Reports page > under Transactions.

    This would be consistent with where all other Invoice related reports are. For example: Create + Find Creditor Invoice, Create & Find Tenancy Invoice

    However, to Create + Find Recurring Invoices (Creditor / Tenancy), we currently have to navigate to two different landing pages.

  3. On the tenant card have 3 boxes that you can mark with an "X" for referencing the number of breaches, rent arrears, communication issues, accessing the premises, behaviour or other issues that you've had with that tenant. Once you click on the box it will enter an "X" and ask for the reason you are putting a mark next to their name.

  4. Ability to customise reports by adding particular reports for instance with the rent review reports when selecting a list of the properties that have never had a rent increase we can't see an original lease date field or lease end field that we can then sort and filter down to the relevant properties.

    The filters on some reports aren't working in particular the original lease start date filter and the column doesnt show on the report.

  5. We receive bulk funds from places like NSW Land & Housing and then have to cancel the unknown funds receipt to then re-receipt it to multiple tenancies rather then being able to allocate to multiple tenancies.

  6. Would be good to have all the properties synced into Inspection Manager rather than just the ones with upcoming inspections. We have to enter them into inspections summary as ingoing/outgoing and then sync to IM but once we close it it charges a routine inspection

  9. Putting invoices on hold - there should be and a way to hold an invoice and to pay in certain ways

    1. Hold to pay when funds available
    2. Pay on DD/MM/YYYY
    3. Hold till processed to pay

    Additional option to hold funds or not

    This holds the specific invoice and a reports can be done for all invoices on hold, or by section/staff member

  10. With the new Scheduled Rent Change automated notifications it would be great if we are able to turn these notifications off for certain tenants.
    As we have a large amount of tenants utilising Centrepay the $$ amount listed under their rent schedule in their tenancy profile differs to what is described on their lease. We need to account for the $0.99 charged by Centrelink and should the tenants get the automated communications /reminders for their upcoming rent schedule change this could cause a great deal of confusion for the tenants.   11. Details in ledger to show credit details against an invoice rather than just showing reversal of original invoice and then same details with a lower amount owing on invoice. e.g. Original painter's invoice - less credit given by owner for compensation

  12. As discussed with Dave Hannon:

    Sales agent commission reporting in the User Interface by adding 'Comm % ex. GST' as a sales filtering column, to reference the % field against each listing.

    Reporting sales performance & commissions as a percentage excl. GST is a standard measure for all agencies and should be part of the standard reporting fields.

  13. Be able to Inv a commercial tenant for GST only and have it show on the owners account as GST collected. This is used when a commercial tenant pays the bill direct to the supplier instead of the realestate. Owner is still entitled to collect gst and atm we are unable to inv for just the GST portion without it showing in the amount excl GST section.

  15. The option when doing a mail merge for "Recipients with multiple matching properties should get one email" still results in owners receiving the same email multiple times. Can we have an option for "recipients with the same email address should get one email", that way if we have the owner loaded multiple times, they will only get one email.

  16. Would be great if we could customise each user's dashboard.
    Sales team being able to see information about sales properties.
    PM seeing upcoming inspections etc.
    As part of the sales team, my dashboard is entirely useless to me.

  18. The program would be better if the funds for each property could go to separate banks not tied to the ownership because lots of owners have multiple properties with different mortgages. NOT just a percentage of the total or a flat fee

  20. We need user ID added to documents added directly into Tenant/Property/Owner document management so we can Identify the staff who have added documents if follow up is required.

    User ID is currently added to the notes section, so this seems a simple process of including this field into the document management section.
