  1. For compliance/ avoiding mistakes. It would be great to have the requirement to add the 'management agreement' under documentation before setting up the owner profile in PT

  2. Please automatically place the cursor in the first box when asking for 2Factor authentication code. I know a minor issue however this repeatedly stumbles my flow when trying to login/authenticate. Thanks

  3. For there to be an option when setting up new managements to over ride the routine scheduling for the property so you aren't having to change it for every new tenancy. For example, some landlords prefer 3 or 4 a year and the automatic scheduling means you need to change it every time you put a new tenant in.

  4. Why doesn't the compliance expiry date update or advance like the compliance next service date when you close and create new?

    Can this be updated so the two are in sync?

  5. It would be great to have PropertyTree on an application, not just the "Property Contacts" application where it's contacts only. It's critical to be able to record phone calls/sms's/notes when out on the road and also be able to just click on owners/tenants phone numbers from the site; so really combine PT Contacts app with the Propertytree website

  7. Have the total arrears display on the receipt. On the receipt screen once entered it shows the arrears for rent, this should come through to the printed/emailed receipt. Same for invoices - it doesn't currently show the outstanding amount, only what has been paid (it doesn't even show what the original invoice amount was)

  9. Integrate with outlook so that emails sent from Property Tree can be responded to through Outlook AND autosave function where all communications to and from tenants and landlords email address through Outlook autosave to Property Tree communication or documents

  13. Can you please add in auto communication the ability to send emails on a specific dates to owners / tenants?

    For example each year we send the tenants a bulk communication for the following:
    *Reticulation should be turned off today due to water corporation rules.
    *Water should be turned on today as the sprinkler ban is over.

    It would be great to be able to create custom templates in auto communication based on a specific date / need for owners and or tenants so you can set and forget.

    Currently we have auto comms set up but there does not…

  14. We would like to be able to set up sms templates, for example when requesting funds for outstanding accounts from owners we will not email our bank details and will send details via text, having a template option will assist in getting information out quickly and efficiently.

  15. Can PT include documents marked as Owner Invoice when not being paid. For example we receive copies of water/council/strata when they are direct debited from the owner, but not included with the owner statements. Then when the owner is doing their tax the accountants want copies of the invoices. We then have to download and save them, then email them.

    The other option is to be able to select the invoices we want to send and be able to email them direct to the owner like we can do from File Smart

  16. Tribunal Report should have the statement for all the water rates charged throughout the tenancy so it becomes easy for us to check for what tenants are charged so far.

When you upload an invoice into Invoice Genius that has instalments, it would be great if you are able to tick a box if you want to do instalments and then be able to enter the amounts and dates due for each instalment instead of either downloading the file and renaming for each instalment or manually entering for each.

  20. To be able to filter what type of Invoices you require. e.g.: commissions, advertising etc.

    So you can see who has been sent an invoice and has paid or not and also reporting income expected.

    The report would be very helpful in cash flow control.
