  1. Can you please add a default Tenancy Expense Account Group & Code to the Configuration > Accounts (like other Account Groups/Codes are setup), so Users don’t have to create it, however can customize if necessary.
    Unless the Tenancy Expense Account is used or displayed on any reports, the name for the Account Group & Code can be very generic.

  2. Can we please have a field to add the property managers/user email to a quote request? Without it, a creditor only has the propertytree@propertytree email address and doesn't know who to send the quote to within the agency.

  3. When paying a bond deposit authority (specially retail bond board) we should be able to search and select the tenant that we are wanting to pay out the bond rather than clicking the "x" next to every other tenant.

  4. When trying to work out properties where no compliance option has been selected, Property Tree does not have a report to aid with this. Could an option be added to the existing Compliance Register to allow for this. Ie. in the Managed By dropdown add an option for 'no compliance option selected.' Then clients could filter by this option.

  5. Suncorp doesnt currently have a bulk BPayment facility with PT and since they have advised they will no longer be issuing Cheques as from Next year this is something that needs to be integrated ASAP as I don't want to be manually doing bulk BPayments

  6. When creditor statements are sent out, the user who processed the payment is listed in the signature on the body of the email. Currently, there is no way to change the name, or remove it. It would be great to be able to edit this.

  7. There should be a way to pay someone from owner funds as a quick disbursement without having to create them as a creditor, create an invoice and then pay 1 invoice only to have to archive them as a creditor?

  8. When work orders are downloaded there is no date on them. recipients are complaining that there is no date for the creation on the work order. When you download the existing work order it makes the creation date the day you download it not the actual date you create the work order.
    The date would and could be relevant for any tribunal issues for repairs and maintenance at tribunal.

  9. I have a note pinned to a property not to enter any creditor invoices, but when I process through invoice genius that pinned note doesn't appear anywhere. I think it would be great to have this link, we almost lost an owner due to an invoice being processed from her rent

  11. It would be great if an e-mailed remittance was generated & sent when refunding held funds rather than having to send a separate e-mail to advise the tenant or new Agent if we are transferring overpaid rent

  12. Be able to Inv a commercial tenant for GST only and have it show on the owners account as GST collected. This is used when a commercial tenant pays the bill direct to the supplier instead of the realestate. Owner is still entitled to collect gst and atm we are unable to inv for just the GST portion without it showing in the amount excl GST section.

  13. Be able to create creditor invoices in Property Tree that are able to be printed as separate documents.
    Rates instalments will differ from an invoice for the rates for council when instalment options are being taken.

  14. "Original Lease Start Date" NEEDS to be a mail merge field. There is no way to indicate how long the tenants have stayed at the property in the merge fields.

  19. Current process (below) is quite manual. Hoping for a build that you can part pay on invoice payment screen, this would minimize a lot of workflow process time, in turn business time/hours. Even a way to part pay accounts such as being able to click pay invoice and whatever is available will go towards the invoice.

    1. Find the invoice in the property file.
    2. Edit the invoice with how much is available to pay.
    3. Pay the invoice.
    4. Then re enter the invoice for the remaining amount.

  20. There currently isn't an ability to define arrears by periodic or effective for commercial tenancies. Only for residential.
