  1. Have the total arrears display on the receipt. On the receipt screen once entered it shows the arrears for rent, this should come through to the printed/emailed receipt. Same for invoices - it doesn't currently show the outstanding amount, only what has been paid (it doesn't even show what the original invoice amount was)

  2. When applying receipted payments in Property Tree manual receipt screen, there should be an 'apply to all' button, rather than having to receipt against each line item

  3. Integrate with outlook so that emails sent from Property Tree can be responded to through Outlook AND autosave function where all communications to and from tenants and landlords email address through Outlook autosave to Property Tree communication or documents

  5. There is no option for a merge field for commission, the commission amount needs to be on the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice to Vendor, not being able to merge this information directly onto the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice leaves alot of room for human error, especially when entering multiple sales. There are also no merge fields for Vendor & Purchaser Conveyancer contact details (phone numbers, emails etc) also important to be noted on the Sales Advice

  6. We would like to be able to set up sms templates, for example when requesting funds for outstanding accounts from owners we will not email our bank details and will send details via text, having a template option will assist in getting information out quickly and efficiently.

  7. Tribunal Report should have the statement for all the water rates charged throughout the tenancy so it becomes easy for us to check for what tenants are charged so far.

  8. It should be a requirement to provide an owner with a receipt if they make a deposit to the trust account. This should occur automatically.
    Everyone else gets an invoice emailed but not the ownership

  9. Need another section in the 'TYPE" dropdown field to say Both. We have some properties that have both Hardwired and Battery Smoke Alarms. At this point you can only pick on or the other. We have to use 'unknown' which is not correct and then makes our staff have to search for the last service report to check what is at the property.

When you upload an invoice into Invoice Genius that has instalments, it would be great if you are able to tick a box if you want to do instalments and then be able to enter the amounts and dates due for each instalment instead of either downloading the file and renaming for each instalment or manually entering for each.

  11. Have a section to search only open work orders and quotes.
    When currently putting in dates, it caps off at 2000 because it shows all completed jobs.
    Maintenance Request Summary does show all jobs, but not the creditor.

  12. It will be great if we can add fee for property receipt by percentage.

    We receive a lot of rental contributions from the property developer, these contributions are rent, and we need to charge fee the same way as receiving rent from tenant.

  15. This will be a a significant time saver and reduction of ‘10’+ extra clicks along with the sync time delay.

    Currently having to complete in both inspection provider and PT.

    The ability if the Inspection API and PT speak would mean, ‘Finalised’ in inspection provider updates the inspection status in PT to ‘closed’ - saving PM's and teams non required clicks/time.

  18. Add a Water invoice for tenants where we can add a water reading into the tenancy invoice and have that new water reading update against the reading information stored on the tenant profile. This information should then populate against the new water invoice that is entered against this tenant

  19. Rather than entering a tenant as a creditor to refund/reimburse/compensate them, it would be good to have an area in their existing profile to just enter EFT details and then an "action" under the 3 dots on their profile to disburse them funds from the owner. The current process does not reflect on the tenants ledger that the reimbursement took place at all, and by adding new creditors, we then have to go in and archive them all...

  20. Would love the ability to filter mail merge by lease dates and rent review dates so the system can pick up expired leases and we can communicate directly with those owners. The same for leases coming up for renewal without having to set up the automated system. Also, is there a way of omitting owners that don't want a renewal and would not appreciate a reminder?
