  1. Can we please have the 'date created' listed on each task showing on the task tab in the individual profiles, not just on the task management report. We need this feature to easily identify how long a task has been hanging around without having to resort to bringing up the full report each time. This feature was previously available in the notes tab.

  2. Having the ability on the Ownership Payment screen to waive any Fees in Bulk (e.g. Admin Fee), for any fees charged by an Event such as Ownership Statement / Ownership Payment.

    That would for example allow to create Mid-Month and EOM Owner Statements, however only charging the one Fee amount in total at the EOM.

    That will solve the issue of either having to split the fee amount (half at Mid-Month, half at EOM) or charge the total fee amount manually.

  3. Invoices on Tenancy Profile:
    - Ability to see the Recurring Tenancy Invoices on the Tenancy profile, on the Financials tab > Outstanding Invoices, without having to first click on ‘View Recurring Invoices’.
    - Selecting ‘View Recurring Invoices’ then unnecessarily takes you out of the Tenancy profile, which is not ideal if you just want to view what’s currently setup against the tenancy.
    - Also, even if the Recurring Tenancy Invoice is not yet outstanding, however there is one scheduled and due in the future, it would be great to have that information on the screen.

  4. In QLD there is a different billercode to allow bond to be paid to the Residential Tenancies Authority, if the tenant does not have an email address or if the tenants do not have unique email addresses (share the same email address). We cannot lodge these bonds via the RTA portal, therefore have to request a reference number from the RTA. The billercode used for these payments is different to the billercode used for online bond lodgements

  6. Clients have statements issued via email when payment made but when paying agency not statement is sent
    We are required to locate and print/download/email manually. This should be simple if it can be done for clients it should be also available to the agency

  8. It would be great to have another inspection type 'follow-up inspection' we can use for return inspections. The reason being, it would then be able to be scheduled without taking the next scheduled routine out of the system which unfortunately can result in an error putting it back in after the follow-up is complete. The follow up should be it's own separate type and schedule. That way it can be scheduled after a routine without affecting the next routine.

  10. I hope you can allow users to generate/download trust & reports in bulk as it is so hard especially when downloading Creditor Payment Batch List one by one as there are so many, because it is required in our office to save the reports locally as PDFs.

  11. When you have money moving in and out of the Held for Tenancy area the tenant ledger balance totals are incorrect. i.e recently I had a tenant vacate and we had to refund them an amount of money for overpaid rent (routed through tenancy held funds) and now the running balance on the ledger is incorrect. Can this please be fixed?

  12. Need a way to restrict a user from being able to see/access the “All Inboxes” option in Communications. I know how to make this visible or non visible for a user but not if we can stop someone from being able to access altogether.

  14. We charge $110 for the income and expenditure report, however the email the owners recieve looks basic, can we make this look better, considering this is a major one off fee we change to the owner to recieve this email and report.

The option also to split a creditor invoice example – rates might be under one “property” but needs to be charged across three other tenancies and property addresses (this is abit more technical but does happen) and then mean manually need to invoice each tenant but a flag or pop up at the time would be great

  20. In the tenant profiles can a section to add Date Of Birth please be added. When doing many tasks such as leases, bonds, connections etc. this information is required and it is quite annoying to not have it be with the rest of the tenants details. Thank you.
