  1. Currently when you search in the global search bar, you can only search for the number address. When you type the suburb, properties do not show up.
    The functionality for the Global Search bar to pick up all properties by the suburb you are searching for would be amazing.

  2. Have all report boxes ticked by default on the Close Period screen.

    This should apply to all New and also all Existing Property Tree accounts, regardless of what selection was made in the previous accounting month.
    This will not only save time having to manually tick each box for new Users or if someone deselected any by mistake, however, it’s also better for all agencies to have all reports generated and not needing them, instead of the other way around.

  3. Can we please have the link to the ‘Recurring Invoice Summary’ report on the Accounting page > under Invoicing, instead of having it on the Trust & Reports page > under Transactions.

    This would be consistent with where all other Invoice related reports are. For example: Create + Find Creditor Invoice, Create & Find Tenancy Invoice

    However, to Create + Find Recurring Invoices (Creditor / Tenancy), we currently have to navigate to two different landing pages.

  4. Could the option to select a merge field while typing an ad-hoc email be added, without the need to select a template? We lease a few homes to one single company and it would be very beneficial to have the Property Address merge field so we can add it to the subject line or in the body of text. Thank you.

  6. "Total Money in less Total Money out = Disbursed funds" to be added to owners statement emails or to the bottom of statements. Income and expenses are over 2 sections of the invoice and are required to be totaled.

  9. Information trail on who updates inspection times and reminders.
    Example - agent moves all to an incorrect date and communications go out - we have no trail on who did this - unless user voluntarily admits to action.

It would be good if we could have it set up that when you look at your rent review reports that it is set up like a timeline or checklist for each property so you know where you are at e.g. overdue, with landlord, instructions receive, notice issued, updated next rent review date, confirmation sent to landlord. I seen something with PropertyMe and Managed and I wish PropertyTree had something like this instead of reports in PDF and spreadsheets.

  11. We receive bulk funds from places like NSW Land & Housing and then have to cancel the unknown funds receipt to then re-receipt it to multiple tenancies rather then being able to allocate to multiple tenancies.

  12. We have multi owners who just see that they have received a payment in their bank statement. Several have asked if the property address can appear there so they know which one the payment is for. It is not currently possible to configure this.

  14. It would be helpful if 3 months before a tenant's insurance policy is due to expire and email and sms could go out automatically to the tenant for the reminder.

  15. The Tenancy Ledger should be displaying the ‘total amount paid’ by the tenant (as per the bank statement), and then show the breakdown how it has been allocated (e.g. to rent, outgoings, gardening etc.)

    REST ledgers show this, which makes it easier to read the ledger and compare transactions to the bank statement and/or the actual paid amount.

  16. Hey Team!
    It would be handy to customise lease expiries/ lease renewals communications on specific tenancies, such as a "task" orientated set up specific for lease expires/ lease renewals on individual properties.
    Basically what I want to do, would be to customise an email to an owner recommending an increase amount and renewal for 12 months, however rather then creating our own email and sending it every month in advance to every owner, it would automatically be sent on a specific date that we set.

Ability to customise reports by adding particular reports for instance with the rent review reports when selecting a list of the properties that have never had a rent increase we can't see an original lease date field or lease end field that we can then sort and filter down to the relevant properties.

    The filters on some reports aren't working in particular the original lease start date filter and the column doesnt show on the report.

  20. From the Compliance register Search results
    Have an additional action to Create Bulk work orders, that include all relevant information from the notes
    So i can send multiple work orders for one trade in one easy action
    Possibly even a tick box on each property in the report to exclude properties
