  3. Please can we add a account description column next to the account code column in "find transactions". It will make it easier to read exported Excel reports without having to do a vlookup function.

  6. Please can you have a category that you can enter casual lettings, it needs to be separate from lost and gained properties as we archive and unarchive these properties. It affects our lost and gained properties if they have to go to residential rentals.

  7. Can Property Tree tasks and schedules integrate and populate into google or apple calendar similar to what VaultRE does with open homes (I.E when an open home is scheduled in VaultRE this sync/showed in our apple calendar)

  8. In QLD there is a different billercode to allow bond to be paid to the Residential Tenancies Authority, if the tenant does not have an email address or if the tenants do not have unique email addresses (share the same email address). We cannot lodge these bonds via the RTA portal, therefore have to request a reference number from the RTA. The billercode used for these payments is different to the billercode used for online bond lodgements

  10. Please add merge field "Tenancy Rent period" & "Rent Increase date" for Lease Expiry Tenancy & Ownership. This merge field is required when we send an automated lease renewal and rent increase email to tenants and ownership.

  11. When you have money moving in and out of the Held for Tenancy area the tenant ledger balance totals are incorrect. i.e recently I had a tenant vacate and we had to refund them an amount of money for overpaid rent (routed through tenancy held funds) and now the running balance on the ledger is incorrect. Can this please be fixed?

  12. When selecting a creditor on a work order, the faint blue is so hard to see - i click on and off it a few times to make sure i have a creditor attached.

  13. We charge $110 for the income and expenditure report, however the email the owners recieve looks basic, can we make this look better, considering this is a major one off fee we change to the owner to recieve this email and report.

  15. Bond reporting to have set date reporting filters, ie for month, if we forget to print report on the 1st of the month then all the transactions up to the date you print are reported and not relative to the month reconciling

  16. At times you have only part of a name reference number and you cant find where it belongs. Having a wildcard symbol we can use to help bring up all partial matches to enable us to find what we are looking for would be helpful.

  18. In Invoice Genius and/or when entering water invoices, disable the ability to enter tenancy water usage if the tenancy has NO to water usage entered on the tenancy card. Currently, even though through Invoice Genius, you can see that it says NO if a tenant is not to pay water usage, however the system still allows for the usage invoice to be entered.

  19. Can we please have a list of payments made towards an invoice show on the tenancy invoice screen? This would make it easy to see when the last time a payment was made as well as how often payments are being made.

  20. Could we have the field/column "Last Statement Date" available when searching Ownership Funds. This would be extremely helpful after processing EOM Ownership Statements, as it would allow us to identify those that did not get paid (via Ownership Statement Group/Tag). We cannot easily identify when EOM Ownerships have not been paid for the month.
