  2. During a change of ownership, the vendors insurance information transfers to the new ownership and should not. Insurance policies relate to the owners not property.

  3. The completed messages in the Communications Centre is accessed through the filter icon at top. It would be great if this was moved to be sitting as 'Completed' on the left hand pane along with "My Inboxes" "Sent" and "Failed'

  5. To have an admin function where communications can be deleted that were sent out in error and we do not want the record on their card. For example a breach notice

  6. Ability to add an Ad Hoc task to a Workflow - as we all know unexpected things crop up all the time, being able to add a one off task to a work flow would be very helpful

    I have a work around in the meantime - add a task called' Ad Hoc' to the Workflow when setting it up, then everything in it can be edited if it is required.

  7. It is very frustrating that the SEARCH in communication is VERY basic. We can't search via SENDER, or have too many words, or little words. The filter option is also very basic. Keyword is only what's on the Subject Line. It's very frustrating trying to search for old email and we potentially don't quite remember the title of the email, or the title of the email was something generic like Ownership Statement. If it can search Subject line, Sender line, email content, or combination of different areas.

  8. It would be great to have a “lost reason” text box (similar to the property‑specific maintenance notes field) to add additional details explaining the reason for the lost management.

  9. Can you re-open an email that you have sent via the email icon on a profile to continue to thread? ie. you want to follow up on prior email sent as no response without starting a new chain.

    I cannot see an option for this only an option to reopen if you specifically sent it from the communication platform via "compose" message and go via filtered complete items.

  10. If a tenant vacates from one property and moves into a new property also with property tree, They can not access the new tenancy until the previous one is archived which sometimes can take time when finalising. They should be able to view both properties.

  11. It would be good to see all invoices issued and/or cancelled as well as receipts on the tenancy history so we don't have search for invoices or link the invoice to the payment receipt for easy access.

  13. When opening and reading a email, you have the hyperlink for the name and address above the body of the email that you can click on.

    When you click on these hyperlinks it takes you to that page which is great but it is in the same window.

    It would be great to either be able to have that hyperlink automatically open a new window with the details or be able to right click and 'open new tab'.

    This way you can review the email and work on the details in another screen.

  14. When applying a credit to a tenant, either for rent or against an invoice.
    If they have paid for something on behalf of the LL, which the landlord could claim, it would be great if this could reflect on both the owners statements and also on the tenants to reflect why the credit was applied.

  15. It would be fantastic if the tags under the Property, Tenancy and Landlord Profile could be hyperlinked so take you to all properties/tenancies/landlords listed with that tag

  16. When a tenancy is vacating and you select 'lease break', a label shows up at the top of the tenancy profile, which is good; however, once the move out date has been reached, the label changes to 'vacated'. Is there anyway 'lease break' can remain there as well?

  17. This would involve adding a "Position" field into the "Update User Details" page and then a {CurrentUser_Position} field into the mail merge template.
    It would allow more flexibility when generating emails.

  18. Sales Statements provide a lack on information on them. I have just paid a Solicitor funds as Stakeholder but when I generated the statement, which should also be stored as a Statement, the Statement shows the Vendor as the Payee. The Statement does not show who the money was actually paid to, nor the reason for it eg Settlement, Stakeholder or anything else. Nor can we see entered bank details for the payee when preparing the final statement which is extremely important to check off.

  19. The last reconciliation should be able to be deleted or edited so any error such as the date can be corrected, not for any reconciliatons prior to this.

  20. Daily Tenant Download Report - Automatically Sent to Management Staff.
    I have a staff member conducting our daily bank reconciliation and doing the tenant download report. It would be great if there was a feature to send the tenant download report automatically to our management staff.
