  1. Currently, when you're adding a phone number to a contact (tenant or owner) you can assign it a label of (Fax, Mobile, Home, Work). Some of our contacts have multiple numbers that need to be distinguished with more than that.

    It would be nice to have this as a custom field - for example "Emergency" or "After-hours".

  2. When adding a new creditor in PT it takes too long in Invoice automate to be able to pay the invoice as they do not appear till a while later can this be worked on please?

  3. When paying selected creditors (and not all) apparently it will pay ALL outstanding creditors irrespective of due dates. Which means entered instalments for Council rates will not work. This needs fixing as we are a large agency and need to pay statutory rates and taxes weekly - not all creditors - just statutory rates and taxes.

  4. When accessing a report page from within a Dashboard, it should automatically show the search result (report/grid) based on the filter selection made on the Dashboard.
    However, to get the actual search result (report/grid) on the report page, a user has to click ‘Search’ first.
    This is an unnecessary step, as the filter selection has already been made, and by clicking ‘View’ on the Dashboard, the user is confirming what search result they want.

  6. Would be great to have an easy view for PM's to view emails sent to creditors. If this was saved against the property profile as well (not just creditor comms), this would make it easier for PM's to find all comms & be across what is going on in their portfolio

  8. To remove the ability of the renter to change the Routine inspection date in their comms via the portal. We are unable to use the automated reminders due to this. This would save us so much time as we are having to remind our renters of the inspection times. Thank you

  9. It would be great to have an alert on the tool bar that tells you when you have items in invoice genius, important for when you don't use it every day and someone is trying to communicate with you.

  10. Under the Tenancy preview, financial tab / Recent Transaction please change the date that appears on this screen to the date the invoice was paid not the date entered. We dont need to know when entered but if tracking payment history need to see what date they paid. Sometime not the same if a weekend between entering.

  12. In PT you can only edit the Owner's contact payment information to either EFT or Cheque.

    The EFT method requires AU specific account details which for any Owner with an international account is impossible to provide.

    As a workaround, our accounts team set the method to Cheque as it is the only alternative in this scenario, of course, they do not process the payment by Cheque.

    Owners not happy with this as not accurate for their financials and reporting

  13. When setting up a new PT account, there should be an option allowing the agency to clone all templates in their original PT account, i.e. logos, letters, notices, tasks, categories & business roles.
    This would greatly help if the agency is expanding into new PT accounts using their current trading name.

  15. When cancelling a receipt there is no actual button shading over the "Cancel Receipt" - I didn't think it was a button - I just thought it was greyed out and therefore couldn't be used.

  17. It would be great if cntacts being set up could receive certain communications such as an automatic chck box which you can remove some communicatiuons for. We have lots of tenants who have their accounts managed by others or tenants who hold a lease like a company and they put their workers in there. The workers need entry notices and tenant info but not invoices or arrears notices and things. Being able to separate the communication for each tenant as needed would be really beneficial to effective client management and client satisfaction.

  20. When a tenant puts in maintenance or correspondence through the portal, the notifications pops up in the Property managers inbox at the top right. If that person is away and no one is login into their profile then no one lese knows about it.
    It would be great if we can put an out of office or something in so the notification goes to someone so important maintenance doesn't get missed.
