  1. Repairs should not be capped at 2000. We should be able to visually see all repairs on the dashboard!

  2. When we receive an invoice updating compliance, have a tick box (like the one we use to close maintenance) to update the date that the compliance is due.

  3. We require additional fields when running Tenancy Rent Reviews report. We need property suburb and also the details ie no of beds, baths and car as per the information already in property tree. This is so we can conduct rent reviews from the report without the need to keep flipping backs and forwards to the property tab in property tree.

  4. Ability to customise User Access to a specific Trust Account within the same PT database.
    For example, there is more than 1 trust account configured (e.g. multiple Rental Trusts, or separate Rental and Sales), however, users should only have access to the data of one/some Trusts within PT, but not all.

  5. Creditor current banking details to show when loading invoices.
    It is too easy for a creditor to change bank accounts and not advise in writing separately.

    Just changing their details on an invoice seems to be the new norm.

    We need to see the banking bsb and account details to check when loading invoices.
    Or the sale of a business and we are not advised.

  6. Remove date when rent received. This is unnecessary, as owner only need rent paid from and to dates.

    Some owners may react to tenant arrears if only be a few days from the actual due day,

  11. Direct debit days in advance should be able to customised for each tenant - weekly tenants that you want to be 2 weeks ahead can't be on set to anything but a schedule to keep them that way so rent increases could be missed

  12. We create & send invoices for bond top ups to tenants.

    There have been numerous times that when I upload my bank file to receipt rents, PT automatically allocates payment to a tenants bond top up invoice rather than prompt me to manually receipt & make the decision.

    I've just found out from PT that this is because the tenant has another outstanding invoice (IE for a utility); and if the tenant pays the exact total of those 2x invoices PT recognizes only those invoices, not the bond top up required.

    There have also been 2 instances where this occurred…

  13. Option to be able to increase font sizes on tenant invoices. I know not a lot of tenants get invoices posted anymore, but we have more and more elderly tenants who we have to mail invoices to and the print is too small for them to read. We have the option on Owner statement to do bigger print, can we look at option to offer bigger print on tenant invoices

  18. When adding new property, please have a tab to select business role/property manager rather than having to select it after you have saved the property and tenancy. As this then makes it go to unassigned automatically and creates a lot of difficulty.

  19. Instead of having to filter through the documents tab to find the most current lease / MA, the current lease and MA should be able to be viewed by clicking on a document icon within the profile box (like that of the email icon)

  20. Hello, it would be immensely helpful if you put a footnote on EVERY report that says whether that report is inclusive or exclusive of GST.

    It's of the upmost importance to know this because if a user tells our finance dept there is $x of revenue they're often including GST by mistake without knowing it and overstating revenue. The ramifications extend beyond this one example.
