  1. Cancelled Creditor Invoices and Tenancy Invoices display a status of 'cancelled xx/xx/22' and the 'info' symbol displays cancelled reason.

    It would be helpful to also display the User who cancelled the invoice as this is not displayed at all

    Eg: when clicking on the 'info' symbol it displays 'reason' + 'User initials or short name'

  3. Should a Strata/Building Manager not include the Strata Plan number, it would be great to be able to search by the building name as this is usually in their signature.

  5. Better way to track what invoices are paid on behalf of the owner - perhaps a register that would show that council rates are paid, but not the water rates to avoid us paying invoices from the rental income when we shouldn't be

  6. Please add additional trigger options for inspection fees!

    Currently we either have to manually charge fees for each entry and exit inspection, or have the fee trigger set as 'inspection closed', which means every time we do a routine inspection and close it off it triggers 3 fees, the routine inspection fee, an entry inspection fee and a final inspection fee, which we then have to manually delete the two we don't need.... so either way, we're manually processing things!

    Please consider adding extra triggers for the entry and final reports so that all fees can automate appropriately?

  7. When setting up auto-communications, can an email and SMS be triggered to go on the same trigger day? Currently they can't be triggered to be sent on the same day which is useful for arrears and scheduling inspections

  9. To be able to generate a report of all bonds held by both PT and held by the bond authority. We need this to be able to easily cross reference with the Bond Authority report for audit purposes. This needs to be in PDF (for auditors) & excel (for reconciling) with totals at the end of the report. At the moment, we export to excel and add totals but this is not always sufficient for auditors to check the PT report against the bond authority report.
    The monthly report that is in Rest is great and perhaps could be used…

  10. From time to time we need to send an email to owners who have compliance managed through a particular contractor. I.e. smoke alarm compliance contractors.

    They may have advised there is a price increase and we need to be able to easily pull a list of those owners and email them about the change.

  13. because commercial tenancy agreements are all different (unlike residential tenancy agreements), there needs to be more options when entering a commercial tenant and their rent invoice specifics. i.e. options to select when a rent and budgeted outgoings invoice should be due (e.g. 14 days before rent cycle) without changing their payment cycle.

  15. A function to generate a rent increase notice to the tenant, utilising the rent schedule fields, allowing for sufficient notice period.

    We will also need the ability to have the new rent schedule confirmed as often negotiation may be necessary.

  17. Currently, the owners need to download the ledger in order to view the tenants 'effective paid to date'. The ownership portal currently only shows when the tenants next due date is for rent, which is not reflective of when the tenants are actually paid to. It would be great if this could be changed to reflect the effective paid to date as it is a more accurate representation of the rental payments.

  18. In portal messages i think a good idea would be to have read receipts for the businesses side so we can see if other collegues have already viewed the message so we dont double cross on messages that have already been seen too

  19. Commercial Tenant invoices created through invoice genius should be attached to Tenants Documents on PT as well as Tenancy Invoice showing on Ownership profile - this will give a clear overview as to who paid what without having to go through individual ledgers every time.

  20. Need to be able to make it clear that the creditor will not attend or doesn't do job. Maybe be able to cancel this job and make note on top very clear to see and read when going into the maintenance area
