  1. For example if I send an owner an email about their routine from PT and the response is received to my outlook emails, can I link the owners reply back to my email in PT so that way i can keep the same thread going amongst other things like lease renewal responses from tenants and owners etc.

In Creditor Profile there is the Strata Details section which is where should be able to make the strata plan GST registered or not, the next section is Company where the strata management company details are and in that there is a way to exempt GST but as each strata management manages multiple strata plans some plans may be GST registered and some not

Having a feature where we can enter the initial meter reads for new tenancies and final meter reads for vacating tenancies to assist with Invoice automate to correctly bill usage especially when new and ending tenancies fall between billing periods. Currently manually calculating and billing the new tenancies for first water usage (and final water) and Invoice Automate seems to be billing on an average estimate from start date of tenancy and not according to actual usage.

Please allow Multiple Templates in Auto Comms Inspection Report: Ownership as we deal with 3 types of inspections (exits, entries and routines). 1 template does not cover all and there is no option to add others. We have to close of exits and sent them manually as the 1 template doesn't cut it. Same with entry condition reports. Thank you

  5. While a user is setting up a specific time frame in PT (e.g. 10am – 4pm), MRI Inspect automatically sets up either ‘Morning’ or ‘Afternoon’.

    Also, the report generated in MRI Inspect does not display the same time as setup in PT, nor does it display what’s auto setup in MRI Inspect.

    Can you please make the TIME format in MRI Inspect the same as in PT (= specific time frame) and also allow a user to edit the date & time in MRI Inspect before creating the report.

  9. The ability to restrict users from being able to edit ownership details without prohibiting them from being able to upload documents against owner profiles. The two security measures are currently linked under the one option in the security configuration.

    In addition being able to restrict access from users being able to delete documents without prohibiting them from being able to upload documents.

    Overall an overhaul of the security provisions is required to be able to allow better supervision over changes in Property Tree.

  10. With automated invoice processing becoming more common, we have an increasing amount of commercial tenants requesting invoices be attached to an email as a PDF as well as a link in the email itself?

    We're currently looking into replacing the links in emails sent from Property Tree with PDF attachments (across the product - statements, invoices, receipts, work orders etc). We'll let you know once this goes into Development.

  11. It would be nice if the compliance reminder and its details could be emailed to the relevant PM, turning red is fine but if we don't go into the property card, we don't see it?

  15. The SSO update is intended to improve security and ease access; but, every time we add ownership or a creditor, we must input an OTP. Assume we add 10 ownerships/creditors per day, means we must also generate 10 OTPs.

    Code takes too long to arrive at times and is quite time consuming. Instead of always entering OTP, I believe we should have the choice to verify once and trust a device without constantly inputting OTP.

Checklists - it would be great to have checklists available to attach to either an owner, property or tenant for new managements, lost managements, new tenancies, break leases, lease renewals, vacating tenants etc. If we could customise them to suit the business and they attach to the corresponding event. Setup same as merge mail templates so it is easy to adopt your own procedures.

  17. On Released and Cirus8 they provide the last quarter CPI figures and calculates your tenants new rental amount. This saves the PM significant time in searching for CPI figures and performing the calculations

  18. When entering notes and pinning to profile / receipts etc. a pop up appears rather than just being pinned (so all staff are aware and have to click out of the note before proceeding)

  19. Under "Managements" -"Find Profile" a "Type" of profile to select should be Commercial. Currently we can only choose "Properties" which filters ALL properties. "Type" of profiles to search to be added could read Residential or Commercial. Adding Tags to properties not ideal.

  20. When using the tenant download, can funds be receipted automatically when the amount paid matches the arrears amount? At the moment, it rejects because it may not match the normal monthly rent as it's a part payment, and we have to receipt it manually
