WorkFlow Audit Reporting
When auditing workflows for reporting it would be helpful if it had further insights.
IE. When a new tenancy moves in, I can run a report for all of December and 20 completed workflows may appear but 30 new tenants may have been signed up so there would be a gap of 10 missing.
To work this out I would have to run the workflow report and the a original lease start date report to work out the missing profiles.
This would be the same with a end of tenancy etc.

Feature Request: Automated Owner Invoice Overdue Notifications
Property Tree already offers strong automation for arrears, inspections and maintenance, but there’s a gap when it comes to ownership invoices.
I’d like to propose an automated workflow that triggers when an ownership invoice becomes overdue, with the ability to send a branded email reminder to the rental provider. This would be particularly useful for items like landlord insurance renewals, smoke alarm subscriptions, compliance services and other owner-funded invoices that require timely payment to avoid lapses in coverage.
The key elements that would make this feature valuable:

Improve Tasks
The tasks is great, I love it but it could be so much better!
I have seen a few suggestions and they are great but the below with some of those combined would make it perfect.
- Having a tile on the dashboard for tasks
- Be able to create general tasks that are not linked to a property for say but to a person/user
- Automated tasks related to lease renewals, inspections, maintenance, new tenants, vacating tenants, new property etc
- Maybe a task that can be created to attach with emails to follow up on
- With the automated tasks, would be great…

The ability to generate separate credits for Commercial Tenants
Can we have the option to create multiple credits against a tenant? Only 1 credit can be created for future invoices at the moment which is tricky when it might apply to several different types of charges - ie Rent, Rates ,Insurance. The ability to recoup this from future ownership funds to refund to the tenant rather than have to process the refund as a creditor payment would also be better.

More Info in Property Details
We need more information in the Property Details section:
- a section to enter the location of the car space(s)
- a field for number of storage cages and their location
- tick boxes for whether property has embedded electricity, gas, hot water, internet etc.

Outgoings Reconciliation- Invoices automatically added to Owners portal
All invoices paid or added to property tree or Invoice Automate automatically added to the owners portal under their own section so that you can give the owners auditor access to their portal to access all the invoices for reconciliation without having to request the information from the agents.

archiving occupants / co-tenants
Ability to archive occupants or co-tenants instead of deleteing them or having to leave them in the portal (marked as vacated).
As sometimes it can clog up list of tenants in properties where we have had a few change of tenancies, but ability to still search them up if archived if needing to do a rental reference.7 votes -
Option to issue statement / remittance advise for bpay creditors
Bpay creditors do not receive statement / remittance advise after payment. It will be good if we have the option of generating statement / advise to confirm the payment status. Real life example, we need to order a security key from Strata urgently, payment sent through bpay but Strata asked for a remittance advise which we are unable to provide.

When setting up a new tenant without knowing the exact paid to date, can we be able to TURN OFF the automatic invoicing for rent/outgoings

reopen emails in communications tab
Can you re-open an email that you have sent via the email icon on a profile to continue to thread? ie. you want to follow up on prior email sent as no response without starting a new chain.
I cannot see an option for this only an option to reopen if you specifically sent it from the communication platform via "compose" message and go via filtered complete items.

If rent does not match do not allocate payments to invoices but instead put overpayment into Held Funds.

Auto email work orders for compliance items ie fire, thermoscan, backflow checking
It would be great if work orders could be automated for the regular compliance items as it is so time consuming. Things like 6 months fire checks, annual backflow testing, annual thermoscans.

Recording external expenses on statements
An option to include a method to track external expenses within Property Tree so that they are recorded on ownership statements and annual I&E Statements for tax purposes.
I have a few owners that like all their property expenses to be recorded in once place so they don't have to worry about saving seperate reciepts to give to their accountant.
E.G. recording a Bunnings reciept for a replacement shower head that was installed by the owner rather than a handyman/plumber.

An option to set more than one primary recipient.
One property has two owners who have strongly requested they both receive all email communications. Currently we can only select one primary recipient in PT (which suits 99% of our owners) so we are relying on memory to do this manually. This is far from ideal.
It would be ideal to select all the recipients who want to receive email correspondence.

Commercial Transaction History
It would be good to see all invoices issued and/or cancelled as well as receipts on the tenancy history so we don't have search for invoices or link the invoice to the payment receipt for easy access.

Maintenance Snooze Date
It would be great if maintenance could have a due date on it so that it is only shown in the maintenance list if it is due, similar to a task? With the option to filter to see all maintenance as well. But at the moment when I look at my maintenance list I'm overwhelmed by what needs to be action, but often I'm waiting for quotes/approval and sometimes I don't need to action it for 2-3 weeks, so it would be great for it to be removed from the list until it is due to be actioned, so that…
