  1. We need more information in the Property Details section:
    - a section to enter the location of the car space(s)
    - a field for number of storage cages and their location
    - tick boxes for whether property has embedded electricity, gas, hot water, internet etc.
    - a section for material facts

  3. The information behind a link can be changed at any time or the link can be "broken" at any time. This doesn't generally happen in well run companies, but if there was a legal dispute between owner and an agent, it would be possible for the agent side to break or alter the information behind any link.

    In order to give owners more confidence that ownership statements cannot be altered I far prefer a statement to be sent as a PDF. That way the facts are frozen in time and if there was any dispute between agent and owner the…

  4. Bpay creditors do not receive statement / remittance advise after payment. It will be good if we have the option of generating statement / advise to confirm the payment status. Real life example, we need to order a security key from Strata urgently, payment sent through bpay but Strata asked for a remittance advise which we are unable to provide.

Rather than having to go through a tenant's ledger with them, it would be handy for tenants to have the number of days and amount of arrears displayed on the tenancy ledger, also perfect for property managers processing tenancy applications with ledgers from other agents using Property Tree. No need to go through every transaction in the ledgers if these are displayed, makes life easier.

    Hi Supporters, we appreciate your feedback on this suggestion. As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

  8. An Income & Expenditure statement should be able to be created directly through the Ownership profile.

  9. Request to Add Compliance Check Option on DashboardHi Team,

    I would like to request an addition to the Agency section on the dashboard: an option for Compliance Check Reports. This would allow us to easily track which properties:

    Have pending compliance checks

    Are due soon

    Require follow-up

    Implementing this feature will help us manage compliance more efficiently and ensure that no important deadlines are missed.

  11. Be able to enter a permanent note on inspection reports ie Dangerous Dog @ Property. Also some form of automation for maintence so trades are aware. Especially helpful if staff do not usually attend the property. Even if it was a pinned note but instead of selecting the current options of PPty Note, Ppty receipt or Creditor/Tenancy it could be an inspection or maintenance pinned note.

  12. I wanted to provide some feedback on how Property Tree could improve, particularly for managing commercial properties.

    At present, the system does not allow us to filter which tenants receive specific types of notifications. For example, in many commercial tenancies, there is both an accounts team (who need to receive invoices and receipts) and on-site staff (who need to receive routine inspection notices and maintenance notifications). Currently, all parties receive everything, which creates confusion.

    It would be extremely beneficial if Property Tree allowed us to set preferences or filters for each tenancy contact, so that we can choose:

  15. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  16. Have an option to list properties in alphabetical order, or numerical order on owner statement rather than just the order of property ID, so easier to read, you could do this in REST, there was an option in property - REPORTING ORDER.

  17. Would be great to be able to attach a document EG an email, report or picture about an incident/arrears etc to a note created in the PT system that may be an on-going issue/have an ongoing story where chronological information contained in the 1 place is important

  19. We have once again received a query from an Owner regarding the : STATEMENT HISTORY EXPENSES VS INCOME (6 MONTHS) PAYMENT HISTORY (6 MONTHS) Table and Graph.

    I would just like to reiterate my concerns with the wording/information on this report/table.

    I understand and have verified that the information is based on the Ownership Ledger dates.

    I believe, however, this is misleading for the Owner’s Statement, as this is not the information per “STATEMENT HISTORY”.

    My suggestion is to either change the Title or perferable change the information to correspond with the Ownership Statement dates.

  20. Suggestion to create a feature to send a mail merge email to all the tenants or owners of a particular strata plan. This will be extremely useful when agents need to forward important notices relating to all the tenants or owners. (Fire inspections, notice of building works etc.)
