In notes Property under keys, allow for photos to be dropped in.
Being able to drop in photo's we can exactly what keys we are either holding as well what keys building managers are holding and what we have given out. This will be a great help.

Tenant held funds if paying past settlement date on a change of Ownership.
Being able to put a potential proposed settlement date in the tenant vacate section for a change of ownership, so that tenancy funds receipted automatically go to held once they pay past the proposed settlement date to ensure that funds for the new Owner aren't paid to the old Owner. Like we are able to do with vacating tenants if they pay past the vacate date where it automatically clicks into held.

Easily reassign a work order
When we assign a trade and send a work order to a trade, it would be handy to have the option to unassign and re-assign a new trade to the same without having to delete and re-create the job.
So often we have the tradie ring and say they're to able to attend, so it would be good to just remove them and send to someone else, rather than cancelling and re-sending.35 votes -

Attach copies of documents from the library when sending emails from the links under contact cards for tenant and / or owner.
Have an ability to attach copies of documents from within the document library when sending emails to property owners - rather than having to download the document, then attach it via searching. A one step attachment would be better from within the program.

I have just tried to use your live chat. It is now an AI bot. They were not able to help me. Check the most recent chat. I have tried emailing before without a response or days have past. I am now on hold. It has been 40 minutes and I am still waiting.

Be able to send statement & emails & CC in another party automatically
Owners have asked to have another party cc'd into emails, it would be nice to be able to set this up to happen automatically, at the moment you can only select 1 email

Ledger Display Improvement
The tenancy ledger difficult to follow when reviewing receipts, invoices and payment allocations.
Suggested improvements:
- Clearly link receipts to the invoices they have paid.
- Display invoice numbers and receipt numbers on separate lines to make transactions easier to identify and reference.
- Add a status against invoices (Paid, Partially Paid, & Outstanding).
- Display an "In Hand" or "Available Funds" amounts showing money currently held and available for allocation.3 votes -

Anti Money Laundering
Australia is strengthening its Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) regime, with major reforms (Tranche 2) starting 1 July 2026. These laws, overseen by AUSTRAC, require businesses to identify, mitigate, and report risks of illicit funds. New industries, including lawyers, accountants, and real estate agents, must implement AML programs and report suspicious activity. I recommend Property Tree creating another TAB in sales for this purpose.

SMS communications should be able to come from the property manager's phone number. Alternatively, you should be able to divert the allocated phone number's phone calls to your office phone. Currently, if a client receives a SMS, when they call the number it is disconnected.

Automated Key Return Reminder
It would be great if there was a way to have an automated message sent to individuals that have logged keys out as a reminder to return them. Something similar to the below (both text and email would be great)

Routine inspection
Routine inspection integration with apple calendar and Microsoft calendar. (So when you setup a routine inspection date and time it automatically goes into your calendar). This is a must have. PT own Eagle software and Eagle software already does this so it would be easy for PT to do this.
