Easily reassign a work order
When we assign a trade and send a work order to a trade, it would be handy to have the option to unassign and re-assign a new trade to the same without having to delete and re-create the job.
So often we have the tradie ring and say they're to able to attend, so it would be good to just remove them and send to someone else, rather than cancelling and re-sending.30 votes -

Automated Key Return Reminder
It would be great if there was a way to have an automated message sent to individuals that have logged keys out as a reminder to return them. Something similar to the below (both text and email would be great)

WorkFlow Audit Reporting
When auditing workflows for reporting it would be helpful if it had further insights.
IE. When a new tenancy moves in, I can run a report for all of December and 20 completed workflows may appear but 30 new tenants may have been signed up so there would be a gap of 10 missing.
To work this out I would have to run the workflow report and the a original lease start date report to work out the missing profiles.
This would be the same with a end of tenancy etc.

Option to auto-upload documents to Owner/Tenant Portal
Addition of an option to have documents such as lease agreements & routine inspection reports completed in Inspection Express to not only auto-feed back into PropertyTree but for such documents to be auto-ticked to be 'visible on portal'.

Tenant rent credit to appear on commercial tenant ledgers
In the event a Commercial/retail tenant has a rent-free period, if a credit is applied to an existing rent invoice, this is not recorded or reflected in the tenant ledger effectively. If a new employee was to take over, the ledger is extremely difficult to see if there was ever a credit applied, it just shows a lot of cancelled invoices and replacement invoices. A reason for the rent credit is requested when entering but is not noted down on the ledger once entered. The reason is only recorded on residential ledgers not commercial.

Owner ledger display
I noticed that if there are multiple properties under one ownership, then the owner ledger shows all properties records together, it is hard for us to find a record of one single property, hope you can a function allowing user to check owner records of one single property.

Email Format / Layout
When you open a email in communications where there are multiple replies, it goes into different clickable sections separate each email like a conversation in outlook emails.
It puts the communication thread out of order and is not that user friendly.
When you look up emails in communications, you are then clicking on the email icons for that thread to try and find the email you are searching for. It makes the process a little clunky.

To have an admin function where communications can be deleted that were sent out in error and we do not want the record on their card. For example a breach notice

Routine inspection
Routine inspection integration with apple calendar and Microsoft calendar. (So when you setup a routine inspection date and time it automatically goes into your calendar). This is a must have. PT own Eagle software and Eagle software already does this so it would be easy for PT to do this.

General Inspection Notes Rollover
The general notes in routine inspection, would be great if they rolled over to the next inspection when created. ie so can see owner likes to attend. It can appear in the inspection summary as well. Very helpful when a junior does an inspection

Time based fee triggers
Please add time based fee triggers for property transactions. Eg we require admin fees to be entered under the property for some of our managements and only for the common property for unit blocks owned by one ownership. Would be great if we can have this set up to trigger on a certain day of each month prior to end of month being run so they will appear on these owner statements.

Pop up on rent increase if dated within 12 months of last increase
With the new legislation coming into effect, is it possible to have an alert when entering a new rent schedule that the last rent change was within the last 12 months? The user then has the option to continue with the new rent schedule or cancel. thanks

We get our management agency agreements updated and resigned when we increases fees or make changes. It would be good if under the property section, then the DETAILS TAB and under PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INFORMATION there was
- Original authority start date
- Current authority start date
- Management gained date
- Gained Reason
