  3. Currently we can set up to automatically a tenant or owner that the lease is due for renewal at x days. We would like an option that we can set up automatic emails to the agent at x days so they can be triggered to individualize the communication to the owner.

  4. Hi as a Sales Administrator, since the law changed in the industry, although I can disburse funds, the principal/licensee, has to do all the bank authorisations.. The agency statements, i.e. 7/16_18 Carnation Avenue, Casula, when i print the statement, i physically write in the property address it refers to... Is it possible that Property Tree can have the property address inserted/printed on the statement? This would be alot more efficient that writing for management/principals etc, what property it refers to. Sales Administrators can no longer authorise through the bank, level 1 and principals only can do so? This will make…

  5. This report is very useful, but would be better if we could filter for Outstanding Invoices for due date period. Like paying Creditors, could we have the choice of invoices 10 days, 30 days, 45 days, All invoices or Flexible date.
    We use this report to check when we have available funds but invoices overdue for an amount over the funds available. It enables us to split the invoice payment when appropriate, or release without Witholding Agency Fees

  6. Show the Original Lease Start Date on the Receipting Screen so you can decide whether to enter the amount as a Holding Deposit and enter the date into Hold until for reporting and allocating funds

  9. As a relative newbie to Property Tree, I discovered too late that income and expense codes are included in the drop down menu when invoicing tenants. This in turn has meant I already have errors in this financial year that the system will not allow me to correct. It would be at the very least preferable if the system would show the account number along with the description when invoicing - then at least you could ensure you are not making errors with selecting the correct account code.

  10. Sometimes rent is receipted twice due admin error and tenants think they are well ahead therefore it is important for tenants to be notified of their new paid to date.

  11. We have queries on the I&E statements and when going back to either the PM or owner it will be easier if they can see the account name instead of the account code on the ledger. There is no report to show you what has been used under a specific account code other that the ledger.

  13. PT is very hard to read when you put a email / note in the notes section and it makes it go into a paragraph. Not easy it this is needed to be printed for some reason. Would be good for it to save as it is put in there.

  15. Ability to send bulk entry notices for routine inspections instead of having to create each one individually.

    You should be able to select the upcoming inspections and send the entry notice to all tenants with the realworks integration.

  16. Just as tenants are emailed invoices, there should be an automated email when cancelling said invoice so there is no need to do extra emailing for notification of the reason for cancellation.

  18. When sending an email (new or reply) it has a really large gap when you hit enter to make another paragraph and it defaults to System Font, it would be great to be able to select your own font.

  19. Being able to drop in photo's we can exactly what keys we are either holding as well what keys building managers are holding and what we have given out. This will be a great help.

  20. Feature Request: Automated Owner Invoice Overdue Notifications

    Property Tree already offers strong automation for arrears, inspections and maintenance, but there’s a gap when it comes to ownership invoices.

    I’d like to propose an automated workflow that triggers when an ownership invoice becomes overdue, with the ability to send a branded email reminder to the rental provider. This would be particularly useful for items like landlord insurance renewals, smoke alarm subscriptions, compliance services and other owner-funded invoices that require timely payment to avoid lapses in coverage.

    The key elements that would make this feature valuable:
