  1. This is a pain, I have 97 ‘open’ tasks that I have to transfer to two other team members, and the only way to do this is to open each one to see who the property manager is now following the re-distribution of properties between these two team members.

  4. It would be good to be able to copy a mobile number from a creditor, tenant, owner from the mobile app. Currently it can't be done.

  5. Can you please add a field that you can enter the buyer's bank account details in advance like you can with the vendor's bank account details (on Financials Tab). Currently you can only enter them at the time of disbursing funds, so if you make a mistake etc, and need to start again, you need to re-enter the details.
    Would greatly help with advanced preparation of settlements.

  6. On the main screen for tenants there should be a way to see any outstanding invoices, arrears do show but it should show all unpaid invoices sent to the tenant

  8. From the Compliance register Search results
    Have an additional action to Create Bulk work orders, that include all relevant information from the notes
    So i can send multiple work orders for one trade in one easy action
    Possibly even a tick box on each property in the report to exclude properties

  9. Increase invoice field description to be longer than string with a maximum length of 255. Alternatively add a message with clear instructions automatically limiting their character limit.

  10. move the bond & deposits field closer to lease and rent or make it part of this field so that it is completed and updated when prospects are converted or easily completed when rent increases are done.

  11. Currently if we offer 2 months free management fees to clients, there are no way in Property Tree such that the management fees will be charged after 2 months time.

    For now, we have to remember to do this in 2 months time.

    Maybe Management Fee option can be enhanced such that the trigger can happen after a certain date.

  12. Have the Ability to Amend the Creditor Entered (in Property-Financials-Edit Invoice) so invoice does not need to be reentered, as a whole

  13. When a invoice is processed, you cannot see which user has completed this or see a log.

    We have had a couple of instances where we needed to address certain situations around task management and accountability and due to know log, it has made it difficult.

  15. Please could we have the ability to cancel and archive several work orders at once rather than having to click into them one at a time. We are in the stages of cleaning up our system and have multiple pages to archive and have only found we can do this one by one which is not an efficient method. Thankyou

  17. Please add additional trigger options for inspection fees!

    Currently we either have to manually charge fees for each entry and exit inspection, or have the fee trigger set as 'inspection closed', which means every time we do a routine inspection and close it off it triggers 3 fees, the routine inspection fee, an entry inspection fee and a final inspection fee, which we then have to manually delete the two we don't need.... so either way, we're manually processing things!

    Please consider adding extra triggers for the entry and final reports so that all fees can automate appropriately?

  19. When paying a bond deposit authority (specially retail bond board) we should be able to search and select the tenant that we are wanting to pay out the bond rather than clicking the "x" next to every other tenant.

  20. In Rest you were able to go straight to the property and bring up all transactions / creditor payment made for that property instead of viewing through owner ledger and searching.
