  1. Show tenants current rent amount on the receipt. It shows on the receipt screen when entering and after it's been entered, but that does not pull through to the printed/emailed receipt

  2. Have the total arrears display on the receipt. On the receipt screen once entered it shows the arrears for rent, this should come through to the printed/emailed receipt. Same for invoices - it doesn't currently show the outstanding amount, only what has been paid (it doesn't even show what the original invoice amount was)

  4. When you entered a receipt into Rest, you could see where the tenants would now be paid to and also what remaining arrears there were left to pay. In PropertyTree you can't see this unless you open the receipt again after it's confirmed.

  5. Once an unknown receipt has been entered it would be great to be able to make notes as to what has been done to date for auditors

  9. Flag whether the tenant is set to charge for water usage when creating a tenancy invoice and oncharging tenant via creditor invoice (currently only does within Invoice Genius so is not consistent)

  12. Add a Water invoice for tenants where we can add a water reading into the tenancy invoice and have that new water reading update against the reading information stored on the tenant profile. This information should then populate against the new water invoice that is entered against this tenant

  13. Would like more merge fields to be able to add to communication templates such as Key Numbers, Inspecting Agent, Inspection Day of the Week, Days Overdue, Strata details, Alarm Code, Bond Top Up (outstanding amount being difference between required and held)
