routine inspections
I would like to be able to add the actual inspector of the property as a merge field on the auto communications. Currently our communications come from the Senior PM, but the PM (another person) is completing the inspection. If times need to be changed the correspondence should be able to be navigated to the inspector of the premises rather than the Senior PM.
The point of contact for inspections is dictated by what is set up under User Management > Business Roles. A user need to then be added to the Business Role against each Property. If there is no user set against the business role, the inspection auto comms will be sent from the Property Manager point of contact.
