Client Portal activation email
When we activate an owner to have access to the Client Portal, we receive an email but it currently does not have any identifying information in the email as to which owner or property it relates to.
Please have an identifier included in the email.

Pre-filled bond refund form
All NZ users generate the same bond refund form.
It woudl be helpful if Palace provided a document template for this based on Tenancy Services bond refund form, and included prefilled data from Palace.
i.e. the bond number and total bond ammount.....

Hiding transactions not only on owner statements but on tenant details and rent summary.
If we can hide the reverse of a transaction on the same month, ie an error reversed and hidden, for an owner statement
Can we please also have this not showing on rent summaries (I understand not on tenant details). It gets a pain to explain to tenants the error and to tribunal as well.6 votes -
Automation Hub Email Communication
The email address of the second tenant (additional tenant tab) should be picked up as well when using the automation tab.
Noticed that when sending an email using the automation hub, only the primary email address is getting the message. Also, it would be nice that we can add a CC email address when setting up the automation so that the PM will be copied to, especially when sending in bulk messages

When we get the notification that the sms or emails have been sent, it would be good to know who these were sent to so we can monitor them

Task Management - Start Dates for tasks
When creating tasks, please allow us to enter a start day. Tasks will only appear on the To Do list starting from the Start Day.

Task Management Automatic Entity
When starting a Workflow, please allow us to select one Entity (A specific Tenancy, Property or Owner) at the top and have the associated tasks in the workflow automatically populate the Entity box with the relevant Entity based upon the templated Entity Type.

When an Entry Report or Routine Inspection is uploaded into the Property Diary, can it automatically change the Include in Portal toggle to Yes so that it will appear on the Owners Portal?

Account Property Charges and Supplier Charges Dashboard
If multiple accounts personnel are involved, is there a way to display all unprocessed charges collectively on the screen, so they can easily identify any potential duplicate entries? do not need toggle each account person.

When you do invoicing (Suppliers and Tenants) can an alert come up when an attachment is too large. It would save a lot of hassle to realise that the issue was being caused by a large attachment and nothing further.

Accidental Submit of Inspection Report
While conducting inspections, it's quite easy to accidentally press the 'Submit' button partway through. This is easily done because the button is located in the same place as the 'Take Photos' option when in a room.
If the 'Submit' button is pressed by mistake, there's currently no way to return to the inspection and continue. This is especially frustrating when halfway through an ingoing inspection.
Prior to the most recent update, we were able to re-enter the property and resume the inspection, but it seems that functionality is no longer available.
Ideally, we’d like to see a confirmation prompt appear…

API to upload transactions
It would be great if there was an API POST request so that you could upload transactions into Palace using API. This would be especially helpful with water invoices. I have water invoices that download automatically into Sheets. And I would be able to fully automate the process were there an API Post request possible for uploading transactions. I wouldn't need to manually go through selecting Supply charge on water invoices. Hopefully you can implement this

Automation Hub Communication
Automation Hub, Would like to be able to send communication to an owner from their property diary to notify them that the tenant is in rent/water arrears and advise them of the steps we are taking to remedy this.

Email report
Run a report that shows all emails that have been sent and received into palace.
It would be great if we could run the report between dates (similar to the tenant movement report). Would also be ideal if emails could be searched by title? Not all emails are grouped.
I feel like this could be a great fail safe if emails were accidentally archived or allocated to the incorrect diary.5 votes -

Every time when a property listing is published on our website we need to add the web link manually to the Palace so that it reflects on Trade Me Listing.
Can it be automated so that whenever a property listing is published the URL from our website gets automated on web link field on Palace instead of adding it manually.1 vote
