Automation Hub, Would like to be able to send communication to an owner from their property diary to notify them that the tenant is in rent/water arrears and advise them of the steps we are taking to remedy this.

Show PM on Receipting Screen
It would be great if the receipting screen showed who the PM is as some PM's charge commission and some don't.

Email report
Run a report that shows all emails that have been sent and received into palace.
It would be great if we could run the report between dates (similar to the tenant movement report). Would also be ideal if emails could be searched by title? Not all emails are grouped.
I feel like this could be a great fail safe if emails were accidentally archived or allocated to the incorrect diary.5 votes -

Hi Palace,
Every time when a property listing is published on our website we need to add the web link manually to the Palace so that it reflects on Trade Me Listing.
Can it be automated so that whenever a property listing is published the URL from our website gets automated on web link field on Palace instead of adding it manually.1 vote -
Owner bank accounts report is not secure data
The Owner Bank accounts report should come under "Special Reports". I have discovered that all our users can access this report, which has no options and contains owner names, addresses and bank account details for the FULL PORTFOLIO, not just their own properties. If this report was recorded under special reports we would be able to toggle off access via the user authorities.

bulk property work order
Work Order to Multiple Properties, for instance; Gutter cleaning and chimney cleans. One work order to a Supplier for multiple properties. This would save so much time preparing for winter.

Read receipt for SMS messages
Can there be a function added to Palace for read receipts for SMS messages just like there is for emails? With the new law changes coming for how notices etc are sent, this would be another way to prove that the notice or message was served.

inbox integration tracking
Getting an external inbox integration so when emails are sent from palace and people reply to them it can save the reply in the diary rather than only replying to outlook or google.

Add a hyperlink
Have the ability to add a hyperlink to text within the Property, Advertising text box, so when published to the likes of Trade Me, there is a clickable link within the advert.

When archiving a tenant then the property it would be handy to have a pop up to remind you to archive the owner if it's the only property they have

Vacated tenants - end date showing at transactions
Can we please bring back the end date showing next to the tenancy when completing a "Tenancy -Invoice Details" - (currently only shows "Date Started" dates) this could help prevent potential double up/incorrect charge or help prompt calculation of correct usage for water for example if there is yet to be a current tenant.

Bond payments to Tenancy Services should appear in Tenant transactions
You can see the Bond receipt under Tenant transactions - Other amounts, but you cannot currently see when the bond was paid to Tenancy Services.

Custom View in Transaction List
When processing transactions, it would be fabulous if we could see the properties listed in the 'details' column instead of the tenant. Reason being, we have the same corporate tenant in many different properties. When manually processing rents, there is no way to review which property the rents have been allocated to to ensure no mistakes have been made before 'processing'

Auto replies on invoices sent to palace that do not arrive in palace
When we send invoices through to palace to document flow, quite often some invoices do not arrive in palace. As we are sending 20 - 80 invoices at a time and only 2-5 invoices to not show up. There is no easy way of knowing what has not shown up in Palace and we are unaware that invoices are missing until we receive a reminder notice from the supplier. It would be great if an email failed to reach palace there was an auto reply that the message failed to send.

Quick View (recent clicks)
There should be a Quick View on the the side panel underneath the "financial, supplier, tenancy tabs. This should have RECENT clicks, for example: a property you were recently in or a tenant you were recently looking at.
It's annoying when you click "back" and you have to search the property again. It would be good just to have a list of about 5 or 10 recent clicks (similar to the quick access panel in Microsoft folders)1 vote -
Timestamp for photos taken within inspection reports.
It would be great to be able to see, or at least be able to access time-stamps for photos taken within inspection reports, particularly full inspections (without having to access them through the device's camera roll). This would be useful to have for verification for owners, tenants, and definitely for tribunal hearings.

Trademe and I believe Realestate can now display STUDIO listings. However, it appears that the feed from Palace to those sites does not. Please update the API feeds to allow properties with 0 bedrooms to show as STUDIO on those sites.

Please remove recent changes when logging an invoice
How can we remove the recent change that has an extra button you need to click when logging an invoice, and the email confirmation for each invoice which clogs up your inbox. Its a huge pain both of those, I liked it way better before.

Arrowing through inspection photos instead of having to open each photo in a new tab
It would be great if when typing your inspection and looking back through the inspection photos you have taken if you could click on the photo and arrow through them instead of having to open each photo in a new tab to view it full size.
