Transaction lock for Mid Month processing and Admin Fee processing
Having a transaction lock option when processing Mid Month and also when processing Monthly Admin Fee charges off the Dashboard so there are no interruptions of other transactions being processed at the same time.

Tenant acknowledgement of letter sent advising of Inspection
Is it possible to set up something so when inspection letters are sent out through the tenancy custom views option, that a 'Read receipt' or 'confirmation request' can be there for the tenants to respond. e.g when you turn up and they say they were not aware of the inspection!

Tenant rent in Credit
It would be VERY useful if tenants with rent in credit could pull through to the tenant home page instead of showing 0 rent owning - similar to showing the amount of rent owing. This would make it so easy for managers to quickly check when tenants have large rent credits whether they are deliberately paying extra or that there has not been a misallocation of receipts

Alert to advise no attachment when emailing advising of an attachment
When emailing would like an alert to advise that there is no attachment when the email says 'please see attached...'. This is particularly important for rent increase notices to tenants as on occasion an email has been sent without the required notice.

Event Triggers
It would be great if there was a feature within Palace for setting up triggers so that an action occurs after a specific event? For example, when a tenant is added, a reminder is sent to a designated staff member to charge the letting fee and monthly recurring admin fee.

Add other amounts owing to tenant movement report
Tenant Movement report - It would be great to swap out the letting fee amount to other amounts owing. This report is a good one to generate when we need to see which tenant needs to be archived, but currently, we cant see if there is an other amount owing on it. As we can no longer charge letting fees we don't need this to show on this report.

Hopefully will elimintae all the queries when new rent amount will commence, usually iwners ask when they receive a statement although the were advised previously

Add in more options in the "merge feildns" for invoice templates
When you go to email an owner or tenant an invoice it comes up with Dear, this looks unrprofesional and we need to be able to add merge feilds so we can add their names, to make it more personal.

Move a email from Property Diary to Owner/Tenant Diary
I would like to submit a idea to have a option of moving a email from a property diary to either owner diary or tenant diary. Sometimes we send emailsf from the incorrect diary and it would be useful to be able to "move" from one diary to another.

Add / Edit Custom Views
Currently only 30 custom views and we require additional custom view tabs to record all electrical appliances per property, also date of purchase and warranty info plus water meter plus ICP plus we want to record all Rubbish & Recycle Bin Numbers per property.
There should not be a limit on custom views as this function should be a personal choice and custom made per user / owner on what information they want recorded. These fields are extremely important for owners to recognise when their appliances were installed etc and also for budgeting purposes for the next financial year. We…4 votes -
the owner doesn't want to receive invoice for EOM
Following EOM or mid-month owner payments, the majority of owners prefer to receive their statements along with invoices, while some prefer to receive the statement only without the invoices. Is it possible to set up a preference for each owner, allowing them to choose whether or not to receive invoices with their statement? This would help better accommodate the individual preferences of the owners

Email a casual owner an invoice for services from their pending charge
Can we email an invoice to the owner for the pending charge so they pay from the charges screen. the statement shows a pending invoice but because its not a transaction it doesn't look like it is owed

Invoice Email with txt reminder
When an invoice email is sent to tenants via Palace, a corresponding reminder text message is also dispatched to their phones, prompting them to check their email. As there are ongoing complaints from tenants indicating that they are not receiving the initial invoice email.

Alerts - these should pop up on the tenants screen/owners or property screen when you open it up.
Alerts should pop up when you open the related screen, so it is an obvious alert.
It is hard to remember to hover over the exclamation marks to the side, especially for important reminders/alerts

In the Social Module - remove the dropdown for the "Interpreter's Language".
In the Social Module - remove the dropdown menu for the "Person Details - Interpreter's Language" so we can enter the language ourselves. For example, we have many ESOL Pacifica tenants, but the current languages listed in the dropdown don't include them. Would be nice to be able to customise.

Alert pop up on inspection app ( healthy and safety) ( notes for inspector )
Pop up alerts in app when a new inspection is started for health and safety notes e.g vicious dog or make sure to check the gardens for xxxxx.
This would be helpful and could be reoccurring until removed and not seen by tenant or owner ??
