Bond payments to Tenancy Services should appear in Tenant transactions
You can see the Bond receipt under Tenant transactions - Other amounts, but you cannot currently see when the bond was paid to Tenancy Services.

A link in 'Transaction Entry - Payment Bond' are to view the PAL bond form
A link in 'Transaction Entry - Payment Bond' are to view the PAL bond form when making the bond payment. This would be handy to make sure the right bond form is loaded, signed and the correct details are on the form. Especially when the bond centre doesn't let us know if something is incorrect ie not signed by all parties

Custom View in Transaction List
When processing transactions, it would be fabulous if we could see the properties listed in the 'details' column instead of the tenant. Reason being, we have the same corporate tenant in many different properties. When manually processing rents, there is no way to review which property the rents have been allocated to to ensure no mistakes have been made before 'processing'

Email a casual owner an invoice for services from their pending charge
Can we email an invoice to the owner for the pending charge so they pay from the charges screen. the statement shows a pending invoice but because its not a transaction it doesn't look like it is owed

Auto replies on invoices sent to palace that do not arrive in palace
When we send invoices through to palace to document flow, quite often some invoices do not arrive in palace. As we are sending 20 - 80 invoices at a time and only 2-5 invoices to not show up. There is no easy way of knowing what has not shown up in Palace and we are unaware that invoices are missing until we receive a reminder notice from the supplier. It would be great if an email failed to reach palace there was an auto reply that the message failed to send.

Quick View (recent clicks)
There should be a Quick View on the the side panel underneath the "financial, supplier, tenancy tabs. This should have RECENT clicks, for example: a property you were recently in or a tenant you were recently looking at.
It's annoying when you click "back" and you have to search the property again. It would be good just to have a list of about 5 or 10 recent clicks (similar to the quick access panel in Microsoft folders)1 vote -
Timestamp for photos taken within inspection reports.
It would be great to be able to see, or at least be able to access time-stamps for photos taken within inspection reports, particularly full inspections (without having to access them through the device's camera roll). This would be useful to have for verification for owners, tenants, and definitely for tribunal hearings.

Trademe and I believe Realestate can now display STUDIO listings. However, it appears that the feed from Palace to those sites does not. Please update the API feeds to allow properties with 0 bedrooms to show as STUDIO on those sites.

Stop notification of Tenancy Invoices being generated & emailed
Don't need to see after processing Tenancy Invoices the notification that the 'invoice is being processed and then the invoices are currently being generated

Please remove recent changes when logging an invoice
How can we remove the recent change that has an extra button you need to click when logging an invoice, and the email confirmation for each invoice which clogs up your inbox. Its a huge pain both of those, I liked it way better before.

Have alarm code on key report when checking out multiple keys
While checking out keys for multiple properties, It would be great if we can also see door codes and alarm codes especially, alarm codes.
Currently, we check out keys and then need to manually go to each property to get codes. Very TIME CONSUMING.

Arrowing through inspection photos instead of having to open each photo in a new tab
It would be great if when typing your inspection and looking back through the inspection photos you have taken if you could click on the photo and arrow through them instead of having to open each photo in a new tab to view it full size.

Coloured sections for inspection reports
It would be great if we can highlight the inspection reports to show different colours for different levels of repairs that need to be done. e.g red would be urgent work required, orange needs to be done but can be addressed later, and green would be that nothing needs to be done, or the past repairs have been actioned.

the owner doesn't want to receive invoice for EOM
Following EOM or mid-month owner payments, the majority of owners prefer to receive their statements along with invoices, while some prefer to receive the statement only without the invoices. Is it possible to set up a preference for each owner, allowing them to choose whether or not to receive invoices with their statement? This would help better accommodate the individual preferences of the owners

Tenant rent in Credit
It would be VERY useful if tenants with rent in credit could pull through to the tenant home page instead of showing 0 rent owning - similar to showing the amount of rent owing. This would make it so easy for managers to quickly check when tenants have large rent credits whether they are deliberately paying extra or that there has not been a misallocation of receipts

Tenant invoice credit document flow
Doing tenant invoices via document flow. When tenant has a credit available you are able to use the credit against the invoice.
Currently the invoice is still send out to tenant showing the full amount even if the credit has been used.
Can it be set up that when invoice is process in document flow and credit is used , the invoice sent to tenant shows the amount and the credit used and what the balance owing is after the credit has been used.3 votes -
heatpump
Would be awesome if there was a space for us to pop in the date a heatpump was serviced so we can set up a reminder. There is no place for this currently.
