  1. I know you can do a $10 overide on Watercare for example, but what we need is the option of "if then that". So where a water invoice is less than $100 then 10% maint fee applies, but if the invoice is above $100 it can be capped at $10 flat fee. Our BDMs like to offer special fees to customers.

  2. A lot of my workmates need frequent updates from me (I manage maintenance, but they manage the relationship with the tenant).

    If I am assigned a task in Task manager, I'd love a function where I could select another staff member to be notified of particular updates to that task.

    ie. Notify on edit. Notify on state change (to do/ in progress/ pending/ done). Notify on date change.

  3. I'd love to be able to see more tasks on a single screen without scrolling so I can get a more complete picture of what's on.

    I propose a 'minimize' button, or 'simplified view option' that removes the description from the card so it just shows: Title, Entity, Due date, priority.

    *You could also remove the 'Priority tag' (High/ Medium/Low) and simply highlight the top of each card with the respective colour (red, blue, green, white)

  4. The Task Manager is great, but it can get overwhelming if you have a number of individual tasks and a few workflows going.

    Possible solutions:

    Toggle workflow view.
    (so you can only see tasks that DONT belong in a workflow.)

    Collapse Workflows.
    Include a collapse button on Workflow cards. When pressed all tasks associated with that workflow disappear except for the one you clicked (which then turns a different color or has a big "+" in the title so you know there are associated tasks.

  5. Invoice Owner when No Funds are Held - can we do an invoice that still comes up in Pending / Insufficient Funds to an owner (for removal of advertising, etc) when the owner has no money? Would be good for the invoice to be emailed to the owner as it would if the owner had funds, otherwise we need to do a manual invoice which is more double handing.

  6. Hi,

    I’m setting up my Dashboard to get the best use and value from it. I’ve noticed that the Rent Review chart currently displays a blue graph for properties that are 30 days from their rent review date.

    Since legislation requires 60 days’ notice before a rent increase, this isn’t particularly helpful. Is there a way to adjust the chart parameter from 30 days to 60 days—or ideally, to 67 days? That would give me about a week to send out the notice to tenants after completing the review.

    I hope that makes sense.

  7. when doing a receipt tenancy invoice and (eg: water payment), the receipt could automatically be sent to the tenant.

    currently you got to spend 5 minutes going into transactions, history, find the transaction, download, sign it, take a screen shot, crop and send them their copy. its very long winded.

  9. Would be great to customise the Receipt - Tenant Multiple section of the transaction screen so it could be set up more specific for our office (eg. have one box as Receipt (other)(ledger) instead of having to click on the drop down and select it everytime we need to receipt to Tenant Invoice Credit.

  10. Using the document editor is really slow and frustrating (especially when it comes to text colours, sizing, and hyperlinks). It'd be awesome to have a cleaner editor and be able to add emojis to keep our communication current (instead of being stuck with Microsoft Word 2009 standards)! :)

  13. In a tenant's profile, under the Extended Details link, the Date of Birth doesn't automatically update the age according to today's date. One has to go into the calendar and manually click on the birthdate to update the age.
    Could an automatic update be incorporated to reflect a tenant's current age whenever we open the Extended details link or open the their profile?
    This is especially key information for those of us working in the social housing sector where a tenant moving onto Superannuation at age 65 may require some adaptations to the tenancy or to their rent.

  14. When adding a tenancy invoice for water there is only 5 sections to allow us to add individual expenses seperately. Would it be possible to add another 3 or 4 as some water bills have multiple expenses for the same type eg: water usage can take upto 6 sections, and then we need to add the supply charge. Hope this makes sense. Thank you 😊

  15. We monitor via Reminders against the Property on when the annual review date is due for all smoke alarms. Currently this is a long winded process, that we have to write down all properties that need their smoke alarms checked (we use the 1st of the month for all those alarms that need checking within that month). It would be great to have this per the Rent Reviews in the Dashboard, when it we can create a spreadsheet of all the smoke alarms to check. This would free up a lot of time, and ensure we haven't missed any when…

  17. As with iPhone already having this function in the Palace App, can we please have this function applied to Android users. Property Managers find this incredibly useful in knowing who is calling you given we have large and always changing portfolios

  18. Could you please add an Ingoing/Outgoing Inspection charge under the Commission/Fees section in the Property main menu, just below the Inspection Fee(routine)?

    We have separate charges for routine inspections and for ingoing/outgoing inspections, so it would be helpful to have them listed separately.

    • To enable photo viewing scrolling (users currently need to select and close each photo individually) -Both thumbnail and expanded photo display sizes made larger to view more clearly. -History of digital inspections contained within a single owner profile page. E.g if you created 4 digital inspections, links to all inspections be available to owners for easy reference (possibly with a 12 month expiry?). -A download button so owners can download a PDF version. -Photos and order to be in the same order as what is submitted on app
