  1. when doing a receipt tenancy invoice and (eg: water payment), the receipt could automatically be sent to the tenant.

    currently you got to spend 5 minutes going into transactions, history, find the transaction, download, sign it, take a screen shot, crop and send them their copy. its very long winded.

  2. Would be great to customise the Receipt - Tenant Multiple section of the transaction screen so it could be set up more specific for our office (eg. have one box as Receipt (other)(ledger) instead of having to click on the drop down and select it everytime we need to receipt to Tenant Invoice Credit.

  3. I know you can do a $10 overide on Watercare for example, but what we need is the option of "if then that". So where a water invoice is less than $100 then 10% maint fee applies, but if the invoice is above $100 it can be capped at $10 flat fee. Our BDMs like to offer special fees to customers.

  4. Hiding transactions not only on owner statements but on tenant details and rent summary.
    If we can hide the reverse of a transaction on the same month, ie an error reversed and hidden, for an owner statement
    Can we please also have this not showing on rent summaries (I understand not on tenant details). It gets a pain to explain to tenants the error and to tribunal as well.

  5. Invoice Owner when No Funds are Held - can we do an invoice that still comes up in Pending / Insufficient Funds to an owner (for removal of advertising, etc) when the owner has no money? Would be good for the invoice to be emailed to the owner as it would if the owner had funds, otherwise we need to do a manual invoice which is more double handing.

  6. It would be handy if you could edit the supplier bank account from the online file as part of end of month. i.e. new supplier added and to be paid but bank account number not entered so if we had the option to edit/add bank account number before processing payment file this would avoid having to pay the supplier manually or going into the supplier, making and saving the necessary changes and re-creating the online file.

Can we please bring back the end date showing next to the tenancy when completing a "Tenancy -Invoice Details" - (currently only shows "Date Started" dates) this could help prevent potential double up/incorrect charge or help prompt calculation of correct usage for water for example if there is yet to be a current tenant.

  8. It would be great if there was an API POST request so that you could upload transactions into Palace using API. This would be especially helpful with water invoices. I have water invoices that download automatically into Sheets. And I would be able to fully automate the process were there an API Post request possible for uploading transactions. I wouldn't need to manually go through selecting Supply charge on water invoices. Hopefully you can implement this

  9. When you do invoicing (Suppliers and Tenants) can an alert come up when an attachment is too large. It would save a lot of hassle to realise that the issue was being caused by a large attachment and nothing further.

  12. How can we remove the recent change that has an extra button you need to click when logging an invoice, and the email confirmation for each invoice which clogs up your inbox. Its a huge pain both of those, I liked it way better before.

  13. You can see the Bond receipt under Tenant transactions - Other amounts, but you cannot currently see when the bond was paid to Tenancy Services.

  14. When we send invoices through to palace to document flow, quite often some invoices do not arrive in palace. As we are sending 20 - 80 invoices at a time and only 2-5 invoices to not show up. There is no easy way of knowing what has not shown up in Palace and we are unaware that invoices are missing until we receive a reminder notice from the supplier. It would be great if an email failed to reach palace there was an auto reply that the message failed to send.

  15. When processing transactions, it would be fabulous if we could see the properties listed in the 'details' column instead of the tenant. Reason being, we have the same corporate tenant in many different properties. When manually processing rents, there is no way to review which property the rents have been allocated to to ensure no mistakes have been made before 'processing'

  16. The portfolio summary report does not reflect the same information in the portfolio details report. The summary report has a bunch of revenue lines that do not reflect that of the details report so it is impossible to reconcile them to one another.

  17. We need to have some kind of warning 'pop up' if you about to reverse a transaction number that has already been revered.

    Perhaps a warning also when reversing a supplier payment that has already been paid (ie actually paid out of the bank - included in a bank upload)

It would be fantastic for the supplier remittances to show invoices that have been entered but are pending/unpaid awaiting funds the way the landlord statements do so that when they get paid they don't call/email asking whether invoices have been received they can see that they are received & entered awaiting funds & it stops us having to generate the unpaid invoices report to send to them if it just included on the bottom of the remittance
