  1. To streamline the integration side with Sats and TPS, currently when Sats does an annual service and they update the certificate this is not updated in the palace system, it stays the same ,and does not UPDATE to the current certificate, which means a manual edit for every single property, with TPS I would like to see the capability to sync the smoke alarm report from palace instead of just the HHS report from palace for the rental agreements. Currently a lot of time is spent double checking and having to correct manually .

  3. There is currently no field under the owner details for company name or legal entity name under which the property was purchased under. We normally need this important detail for our Tenancy Agreements. As a work around, we use the 'Last name' field for the company name. Any third party API that is linked to Palace collects this last name as the field for the owner. Technically speaking, there should be a separate field for the contact name/Owner name and a separate field for the company or trust name that the property was purchased under.

  4. When we vacate a property, could the following be automatically completed through Palace:
    1. Automatically notes the date so when we generate a custom report, the date is noted for reporting purposes. Rather than having to manually input the date.
    2. The status of the property become 'Inactive'.
    3. Perhaps a pop up with a selection of options around why the property is 'Inactive', for example, 'Clean, repairs & maintenance to be completed', 'Chattels awaiting to be replenished' etc.

  5. Currently in Palace there is only option to put in Insurnace details for the owner in a small space.

    I request that we have an insurance tab under the property edit screen that allows us to add insurance details and/or multiple policies that there could be (a policy can be different for different properties under the same owner). Also be able to add documents - the certificate of insurance as well as the policy. The expiry date needs 2 options - a set date which sets a reminder in our dashboard a month before or we can run a report…

  9. Add the Option to add Statuses to the Master Inspection Template
    This will help streamline the first (Routine and Full) inspections at a property. Statuses can be added/edited once an inspection is in the property diary, however, this is laborious when creating inspections for the first time (or if the template is reset).

  10. Currently there is no merge field for the date when Tenants / Owners / Properties are archived. This would be a huge bonus for reporting so PM's can clearly see archive statistic for each area T/P/O/S

  11. When you do a custom view to bulk message the tenants or send a letter would be great to be able to group the messages. eg Rent overdue etc..
    Currently only can be done if emailing the tenants.

  14. I would like an error message to pop up when an attachment in the diary is more than 20MB and wont process. Currently there is no error message to indicate why and in some instances says "Saved successfully"

  15. When entering a supplier invoice, if you copy and paste an invoice amount that contains a comma (ef it's over $1,000) then it will dump all the numerals after the comma, creating an invoice for just a couple of dollars. OOPS! Please fix.

  16. Currently, when a property manager is archived and a new PM takes over, ALL the old PM's Diary entries are changed to reflect the new PM's name, including all the posts done before the new PM was even on the scene. Please fix this!!
    The challenges this can create within a team not being able to accurately see who entered a given post are frustrating. Also, it has legal ramifications - ex. when we go to Tenancy Tribunal, and the posts outlining the interactions with a tenant are attributed to the wrong PM...

  20. Update the email log in system reports to identify when an owner, supplier or tenant has marked palace emails as Spam and confirm if the email has been successfully received at the recipient end.
