  1. Have the ability to only view my inspection import/export when we click the eye for our portfolio but its its un ticked then have the ability to see others import export with out having to change user permissions

  2. I would like an error message to pop up when an attachment in the diary is more than 20MB and wont process. Currently there is no error message to indicate why and in some instances says "Saved successfully"

  3. When entering a supplier invoice, if you copy and paste an invoice amount that contains a comma (ef it's over $1,000) then it will dump all the numerals after the comma, creating an invoice for just a couple of dollars. OOPS! Please fix.

  4. Currently, when a property manager is archived and a new PM takes over, ALL the old PM's Diary entries are changed to reflect the new PM's name, including all the posts done before the new PM was even on the scene. Please fix this!!
    The challenges this can create within a team not being able to accurately see who entered a given post are frustrating. Also, it has legal ramifications - ex. when we go to Tenancy Tribunal, and the posts outlining the interactions with a tenant are attributed to the wrong PM...

  7. Within the Invoice Breakdown section of the Invoice Tenancy transaction, it would be beneficial to be able to add expense codes (possibly different, per line item) and ledger accounts (again, possibly different per line item). This will save time as we wont need to process multiple invoice tenancy transactions, for invoices that have multiple components to it.

  8. It would be great if the email had a little curved arrow indicating it has been replied to in the inbox display. Rather than having to go into the owner/tenant diary to see if its had a reply.

  9. It would be really helpful when invoicing a tenant if the balance of the "other amounts owing" showed on the invoice.
    This would save time not having to send a separate email reminding them of outstanding amounts or showing any credit they might have. Often tenant round payments up so there is a small amount in credit which - if they could see this they could adjust their payment to clear it.

  10. Inspection Date Report

    When we schedule inspections for the month so what we need is a report that shows the date the last inspection for that property was actually completed (i.e. the date that displays on the first page of the inspection report).

  13. Tenant statement - We would like to be able to send our tenants statements every 3 months, showing the rent received, rent status and any Invoices paid and/or overdue. A simple statement is all that is needed, all current reports show a bit to much information a snap shot of the three month period would be fantastic.

  14. Can we change the Expense when entering a work order / invoice into Palace. Eg. our plumber is entered in as Plumbing Repairs, but if he installs a Hot Water System, then we need to change the Expense to Install Hot Water, but this can't be done until we go into the Transaction / History and change it there. There is no where to change it when doing the Work Order or entering the Invoice.

  15. Include user name of person who receipted funds on Trust Receipts. We do not print receipts in general however it may be an issue for our auditor. At present if we were to generate a receipt from transaction history then we would have to print out and sign. If the user who processed the receipt was identified in the space for the signature that would be useful. Especially if you do proceed with the idea for generating and sending receipts after processing.

  16. Having minimum 8 characters and no multifactor/2factor is not secure enough for a platform that stores customer identity information such as passports and drivers licenses. We should be able to control the minimum password length for our organization.

  17. When entering invoice details for "Transaction Entry - Invoice Supplier" it would be better if the address is also shown rather than just the Owner. Surely the invoice is being lodged against a property, and some owners own several properties.

  18. Photos are quite hard for owner to see in their report. Other software programs produce bigger clearer pictures.

  20. Would be great that when a new tenant pays their first rent (deposit) and/or the bond for us to be notified via email. As this would save us having to check it daily. If we could set up an alert for these 2 fields would be great.
