  1. It would be great if the email had a little curved arrow indicating it has been replied to in the inbox display. Rather than having to go into the owner/tenant diary to see if its had a reply.

  2. It would be really helpful when invoicing a tenant if the balance of the "other amounts owing" showed on the invoice.
    This would save time not having to send a separate email reminding them of outstanding amounts or showing any credit they might have. Often tenant round payments up so there is a small amount in credit which - if they could see this they could adjust their payment to clear it.

  3. Inspection Date Report

    When we schedule inspections for the month so what we need is a report that shows the date the last inspection for that property was actually completed (i.e. the date that displays on the first page of the inspection report).

  6. Tenant statement - We would like to be able to send our tenants statements every 3 months, showing the rent received, rent status and any Invoices paid and/or overdue. A simple statement is all that is needed, all current reports show a bit to much information a snap shot of the three month period would be fantastic.

  7. Can we change the Expense when entering a work order / invoice into Palace. Eg. our plumber is entered in as Plumbing Repairs, but if he installs a Hot Water System, then we need to change the Expense to Install Hot Water, but this can't be done until we go into the Transaction / History and change it there. There is no where to change it when doing the Work Order or entering the Invoice.

  8. Include user name of person who receipted funds on Trust Receipts. We do not print receipts in general however it may be an issue for our auditor. At present if we were to generate a receipt from transaction history then we would have to print out and sign. If the user who processed the receipt was identified in the space for the signature that would be useful. Especially if you do proceed with the idea for generating and sending receipts after processing.

  9. Having minimum 8 characters and no multifactor/2factor is not secure enough for a platform that stores customer identity information such as passports and drivers licenses. We should be able to control the minimum password length for our organization.

  10. When entering invoice details for "Transaction Entry - Invoice Supplier" it would be better if the address is also shown rather than just the Owner. Surely the invoice is being lodged against a property, and some owners own several properties.

  11. Photos are quite hard for owner to see in their report. Other software programs produce bigger clearer pictures.

  12. Add in a Policy number text box to the insurance area under the options tab in the property so this can pull through to agreements generated in other software.

  13. Would be great that when a new tenant pays their first rent (deposit) and/or the bond for us to be notified via email. As this would save us having to check it daily. If we could set up an alert for these 2 fields would be great.

  14. When entering a new address into Palace, Palace can look up a street name and postcode, but mysteriously leaves the suburb and city blank. Surely it can add these in automatically?

  15. Some (most!) supplier invoices (or owners, or tenants) don't have the bank name or branch listed. Can you set up Palace to auto collect this info based on bank account number using a site like https://www.paymentsnz.co.nz/resources/industry-registers/bank-branch-register/ ?

  16. Would it be useful if Palace offered the option to Hold back Management Fees + GST within bulk ledger payments for fees taken from rent - where the Tenancy or Guest (Holidays) have not commenced yet?

  17. When a tenancy has been archived and you need to email the tenant, you need to copy the email address before going to the email screen as it doesn't auto fill or com up in the drop down. Be great if it still came up in the drop down

  19. Is there any way we can add more than 15 digits for bank accounts - We are having a few issues with accounts now having more digits and dropping one number is sending payments to wrong accounts.

  20. Being able to change the font size and style in the whole document all at once, rather than have to change all the sections NOT including merge fields separately from each merge filed. This is a bug, surely!
