When using System Keys (Admin), it would be great if the key numbers displayed in a column next to the property address (where number of keys, keys checked out and key instructions show). Having to click on the address then look at the key number and edit etc from the table at the top of the screen adds a lot of time when having to redo a lot of key numbers.

Give Managers Access to Only Property Information
We have someone who just does property inspections for us and we want them to be able to have access to just the PROPERTY and TENANCY tabs not the OWNER tab. If these could be separated in Authority/Permissions that would be great.

Portfolio transfer and archive the resgined PM
When transferring the entire portfolio from the resigned property manager, please ensure that the archived properties under the resigned property manager are also transferred. This will streamline further actions for archiving the resigned property manager as a user.

Ability to group correspondance in custom view for SMS and Mail
When you do a custom view to bulk message the tenants or send a letter would be great to be able to group the messages. eg Rent overdue etc..

Increase or control minimum password length
Having minimum 8 characters and no multifactor/2factor is not secure enough for a platform that stores customer identity information such as passports and drivers licenses. We should be able to control the minimum password length for our organization.

Custom Fields for Suppliers
It would be very helpful to have custom fields available for Suppliers. There are several types of information that we would like to store that are not currently covered in the standard fields under Suppliers.

Move the Month End Button
The Month End button is directly under the Reconciliation button and is difficult to undo if you accidentally hit it. It would be good if it was at the bottom of the page so is less likely to be hit unintentionally.

Restrict Access to Certain Custom Views
It would be helpful to be able to restrict access to certain custom views. There are several we use with sensitive information that we don't want some users being able to access but as they are a custom view they are open for anyone to download - Old Palace Live function

Add Correspondence button under Edit drop down
Add Correspondence button under Edit drop down screen by the property list where email, sms & diary are

User settings should remain and not revert to default.
When a user changes default settings ie selecting "All" instead of individual users that default should be able to remain and not change when you leave the screen.
