  1. Having a transaction lock option when processing Mid Month and also when processing Monthly Admin Fee charges off the Dashboard so there are no interruptions of other transactions being processed at the same time.

  2. How can we remove the recent change that has an extra button you need to click when logging an invoice, and the email confirmation for each invoice which clogs up your inbox. Its a huge pain both of those, I liked it way better before.

  3. It would be great if there was a feature within Palace for setting up triggers so that an action occurs after a specific event? For example, when a tenant is added, a reminder is sent to a designated staff member to charge the letting fee and monthly recurring admin fee.

  4. When you go to email an owner or tenant an invoice it comes up with Dear, this looks unrprofesional and we need to be able to add merge feilds so we can add their names, to make it more personal.

  7. When you reverse an accidental transaction/invoice and then hide it - it is not removing itself of the property expense report. This error then is sent to the client when doing end of financial year and their property expense report for the year. (even though its reversed)

    Can this be sorted so not shown going forward please

  9. Alerts should pop up when you open the related screen, so it is an obvious alert.

    It is hard to remember to hover over the exclamation marks to the side, especially for important reminders/alerts

  10. When doing a rent review through the reminders screen, it would be good to have a warning if the increase is within 12 months of the last one. You can see the last increase date on the screen but if you miss it, there is no warning. If you do an increase via the tenant screen, there is a warning. It would be good to have the warning also in the reminder screen as that method calculates the new increase date for you.

  11. Pop up alerts in app when a new inspection is started for health and safety notes e.g vicious dog or make sure to check the gardens for xxxxx.

    This would be helpful and could be reoccurring until removed and not seen by tenant or owner ??

  12. Would be great that when a new tenant pays their first rent (deposit) and/or the bond for us to be notified via email. As this would save us having to check it daily. If we could set up an alert for these 2 fields would be great.

  13. It would be great if the email had a little curved arrow indicating it has been replied to in the inbox display. Rather than having to go into the owner/tenant diary to see if its had a reply.

  14. Have a function that offers a list of draft emails that are awaiting to be send. Currently if we forget which property or tenant we saved the draft for, there is no way to find it unless I go through each diary one by one.

  15. Currently, when a property manager is archived and a new PM takes over, ALL the old PM's Diary entries are changed to reflect the new PM's name, including all the posts done before the new PM was even on the scene. Please fix this!!
    The challenges this can create within a team not being able to accurately see who entered a given post are frustrating. Also, it has legal ramifications - ex. when we go to Tenancy Tribunal, and the posts outlining the interactions with a tenant are attributed to the wrong PM...

  16. Work orders that are still saying 'Quote Requested' or 'Work in progress', but are long processed or done through TAPI. In TAPI they are closed off, but in Palace they remain 'open' and it is cluttering up Palace. It would be great to have the option to bulk-change the statuses of these in Palace rather than having to go through each individual work order manually!

  19. Sending communication from dashboard to tenants - ie Expiring leases, over due rent.
    Could you please add the tenants 'invoice media' so we know if we need to email them, send a letter or if set to none we know they are vacating and not to send them anything. Sending communication from the dashboard isn't user friendly without this field.

  20. Photos are quite hard for owner to see in their report. Other software programs produce bigger clearer pictures.
