  2. Using the document editor is really slow and frustrating (especially when it comes to text colours, sizing, and hyperlinks). It'd be awesome to have a cleaner editor and be able to add emojis to keep our communication current (instead of being stuck with Microsoft Word 2009 standards)! :)

  3. The email address of the second tenant (additional tenant tab) should be picked up as well when using the automation tab.

    Noticed that when sending an email using the automation hub, only the primary email address is getting the message. Also, it would be nice that we can add a CC email address when setting up the automation so that the PM will be copied to, especially when sending in bulk messages

  4. All NZ users generate the same bond refund form.
    It woudl be helpful if Palace provided a document template for this based on Tenancy Services bond refund form, and included prefilled data from Palace.
    i.e. the bond number and total bond ammount.....
    This would be a time saver and reduce user error.

  7. We monitor via Reminders against the Property on when the annual review date is due for all smoke alarms. Currently this is a long winded process, that we have to write down all properties that need their smoke alarms checked (we use the 1st of the month for all those alarms that need checking within that month). It would be great to have this per the Rent Reviews in the Dashboard, when it we can create a spreadsheet of all the smoke alarms to check. This would free up a lot of time, and ensure we haven't missed any when…

  8. In a tenant's profile, under the Extended Details link, the Date of Birth doesn't automatically update the age according to today's date. One has to go into the calendar and manually click on the birthdate to update the age.
    Could an automatic update be incorporated to reflect a tenant's current age whenever we open the Extended details link or open the their profile?
    This is especially key information for those of us working in the social housing sector where a tenant moving onto Superannuation at age 65 may require some adaptations to the tenancy or to their rent.

  9. Hiding transactions not only on owner statements but on tenant details and rent summary.
    If we can hide the reverse of a transaction on the same month, ie an error reversed and hidden, for an owner statement
    Can we please also have this not showing on rent summaries (I understand not on tenant details). It gets a pain to explain to tenants the error and to tribunal as well.

    Includes key numbers, property addresses, and the ability to filter by assigned agent. Very similay to what we can create with the advanced key report however the ability to filter by agent.

    • To enable photo viewing scrolling (users currently need to select and close each photo individually) -Both thumbnail and expanded photo display sizes made larger to view more clearly. -History of digital inspections contained within a single owner profile page. E.g if you created 4 digital inspections, links to all inspections be available to owners for easy reference (possibly with a 12 month expiry?). -A download button so owners can download a PDF version. -Photos and order to be in the same order as what is submitted on app

  11. It would be handy if you could edit the supplier bank account from the online file as part of end of month. i.e. new supplier added and to be paid but bank account number not entered so if we had the option to edit/add bank account number before processing payment file this would avoid having to pay the supplier manually or going into the supplier, making and saving the necessary changes and re-creating the online file.

  12. When we activate an owner to have access to the Client Portal, we receive an email but it currently does not have any identifying information in the email as to which owner or property it relates to.

  14. Having a transaction lock option when processing Mid Month and also when processing Monthly Admin Fee charges off the Dashboard so there are no interruptions of other transactions being processed at the same time.

  15. Trademe and I believe Realestate can now display STUDIO listings. However, it appears that the feed from Palace to those sites does not. Please update the API feeds to allow properties with 0 bedrooms to show as STUDIO on those sites.

  16. It would be VERY useful if tenants with rent in credit could pull through to the tenant home page instead of showing 0 rent owning - similar to showing the amount of rent owing. This would make it so easy for managers to quickly check when tenants have large rent credits whether they are deliberately paying extra or that there has not been a misallocation of receipts

  17. Work Order to Multiple Properties, for instance; Gutter cleaning and chimney cleans. One work order to a Supplier for multiple properties. This would save so much time preparing for winter.

  18. Have the ability to add a hyperlink to text within the Property, Advertising text box, so when published to the likes of Trade Me, there is a clickable link within the advert.

  19. The Owner Bank accounts report should come under "Special Reports". I have discovered that all our users can access this report, which has no options and contains owner names, addresses and bank account details for the FULL PORTFOLIO, not just their own properties. If this report was recorded under special reports we would be able to toggle off access via the user authorities.
