  1. The Owner Bank accounts report should come under "Special Reports". I have discovered that all our users can access this report, which has no options and contains owner names, addresses and bank account details for the FULL PORTFOLIO, not just their own properties. If this report was recorded under special reports we would be able to toggle off access via the user authorities.

  2. Reminders hold important information, such as rent reviews, smoke alarm checks etc. At the moment, it can't be printed out, to mark off as we progress through each reminder, which we remove when completed. So we use Snipping Tool to copy and paste a page every time for the current month. It would be great to have a report that prints out a date range, would save a lot of time.

  3. Could a section with a calculator for dates be added. Would be helpful when issuing 2 strike notices, 14 day breach notices or 90 day notices.

It would need to account for service times.

I can see a simple add date, ie todays date, request service days as a whole number and then it calculates ie 28 days, 63 days, 90 days etc etc

  4. Apartment Buildings can have hard wired smoke alarms as part of building and then as part of WOF

It would be good under the area where smoke alarms are recorded in Palace to be able to add these with option of hardwired instead of adding expiry - currently unless you add a fake date you can not add these and their locations. Yes we can add building wof dates as they expiry but it doesn't identify properly that it is hardwired.

  5. There is currently no merge field in custom views to pull the smoke alarm expiry date. This would be super helpful when checking overall smoke alarm compliance

  6. Add in a Policy number text box to the insurance area under the options tab in the property so this can pull through to agreements generated in other software.

  7. Include user name of person who receipted funds on Trust Receipts. We do not print receipts in general however it may be an issue for our auditor. At present if we were to generate a receipt from transaction history then we would have to print out and sign. If the user who processed the receipt was identified in the space for the signature that would be useful. Especially if you do proceed with the idea for generating and sending receipts after processing.

  8. When a tenancy vacates, smoke alarms are checked between tenancies. In Tenancy Agreements, (we use TPS), we need to enter in the smoke alarm locations/type of smoke alarm/expiry date/new or used and date of checking the alarms and who has checked them. Tenancy Agreements for incoming tenants are generally prepared well in advance of a tenant vacating and this information is never available until just prior to the tenant moving in. We manually type this information for each new tenancy, that forms part of their Tenancy Agreement. I would like to see a simple report that can be printed, similar…
