Have alarm code on key report when checking out multiple keys
While checking out keys for multiple properties, It would be great if we can also see door codes and alarm codes especially, alarm codes.
Currently, we check out keys and then need to manually go to each property to get codes. Very TIME CONSUMING.

Rent Arrears - Should only show up when ONE day in arrears not on day due
Current RENT ARREARS shows up when it is the day the rent is due - which isn't actually arrears, as if a tenant pays that day they are paying on the day they are due. Therefore our reporting is out and can be confusing. Rent arrears should show ONE day overdue the day AFTER the rent is due - which is officially when they are in arrears (as we don't reconcile until the day after).
This affects rent arrears reporting and also automation for one day in arrears.2 votes -
Property Expense report showing hidden transactions - remedy
When you reverse an accidental transaction/invoice and then hide it - it is not removing itself of the property expense report. This error then is sent to the client when doing end of financial year and their property expense report for the year. (even though its reversed)
Can this be sorted so not shown going forward please

Property Reports Diary Group Report to show all data
The Report only shows 1 line (100 characters) of the Diary Entry that was entered in the Diary field, but there are 2000 available characters space to enter notes.

Make the Work Order search more user-friendly
Could use this as a great tool for monitoring and following up work orders. However, it just freezes and you can't put anything in date order etc

Inspection Import
Inspection Date Report
When we schedule inspections for the month so what we need is a report that shows the date the last inspection for that property was actually completed (i.e. the date that displays on the first page of the inspection report).

Company name or Legal Entity Name as a field rather than using the last name field
There is currently no field under the owner details for company name or legal entity name under which the property was purchased under. We normally need this important detail for our Tenancy Agreements. As a work around, we use the 'Last name' field for the company name. Any third party API that is linked to Palace collects this last name as the field for the owner. Technically speaking, there should be a separate field for the contact name/Owner name and a separate field for the company or trust name that the property was purchased under.

Update the property 'Date Available' to the day after 'Tenancy Vacate Date'?
Currently, when you add a vacate date to a tenant, you get asked if you want to set the property date available to the Tenancy Vacate Date. This should be the day after the vacate date.

Vacating a property
When we vacate a property, could the following be automatically completed through Palace:
1. Automatically notes the date so when we generate a custom report, the date is noted for reporting purposes. Rather than having to manually input the date.
2. The status of the property become 'Inactive'.
3. Perhaps a pop up with a selection of options around why the property is 'Inactive', for example, 'Clean, repairs & maintenance to be completed', 'Chattels awaiting to be replenished' etc.1 vote -

Need to be able to generate a Summary of Rent report for tenants that are on fortnight rent periods

Archive date to become a merge field for reporting purposes
Currently there is no merge field for the date when Tenants / Owners / Properties are archived. This would be a huge bonus for reporting so PM's can clearly see archive statistic for each area T/P/O/S

Have rent arrears show in red on home screen and reports
Can we change it so that when a tenant is in arrears it shows up red on the home screen and also on reports? Can we also make it clearer by putting DR beside it and when they are in credit put a CR beside it? It would make it easier for tenants to understand and for us to explain the report to them

Add the property managers name to the 'Tenancy' screen that lists tenants
If a tenant calls, or we are trying to find which property manager the tenant belongs to, rather then search the tenant & then have to go to the property to see who the property manager is, if an extra column could be added naming the property manager, then we would have tenant, property & property manager visible on one screen

Can we default rent and invoice arrears list to CURRENT tenants ?
currently it defaults to ALL tenants including vacated. We hardly look at that vacated tenant arrears so it should default to current tenants and if we want to choose vacated we can select that manually. Thanks :)

Add Last Inspection Date to Property Custom View column choices
In the Property Custom Views, we can currently choose the NEXT INSPECTION DATE for one of the columns.
We would be able to get a much better and more user friendly report to have the LAST INSPECTION DATE if this was available to choose from. Can we please get this added as it comes up in the standard Inspection report, so must be available.

Custom Views - show on report or do not show on report slider button
Currently when creating a custom report all columns show on the report - would be great to have a show on report slider to select which items should show - especially when it comes to filters i.e Archive Status, Property Status etc. These can be filtered out if using excel but not if using pdf

Available List - changes as below
It would be amazing if we were able to choose the properties that pull through on the available list or have the option to only pull through properties that are listed on trademe or has the 'publish entry online' box ticked.
