  1. While checking out keys for multiple properties, It would be great if we can also see door codes and alarm codes especially, alarm codes.

    Currently, we check out keys and then need to manually go to each property to get codes. Very TIME CONSUMING.

    Every time when a property listing is published on our website we need to add the web link manually to the Palace so that it reflects on Trade Me Listing.
    Can it be automated so that whenever a property listing is published the URL from our website gets automated on web link field on Palace instead of adding it manually.

  4. When reversing a transaction, have the ability to make a 'note/comment' as to reason for reversal.

  5. Tenant Movement report - It would be great to swap out the letting fee amount to other amounts owing. This report is a good one to generate when we need to see which tenant needs to be archived, but currently, we cant see if there is an other amount owing on it. As we can no longer charge letting fees we don't need this to show on this report.

  6. When we send invoices through to palace to document flow, quite often some invoices do not arrive in palace. As we are sending 20 - 80 invoices at a time and only 2-5 invoices to not show up. There is no easy way of knowing what has not shown up in Palace and we are unaware that invoices are missing until we receive a reminder notice from the supplier. It would be great if an email failed to reach palace there was an auto reply that the message failed to send.

  7. Currently only 30 custom views and we require additional custom view tabs to record all electrical appliances per property, also date of purchase and warranty info plus water meter plus ICP plus we want to record all Rubbish & Recycle Bin Numbers per property.

    There should not be a limit on custom views as this function should be a personal choice and custom made per user / owner on what information they want recorded. These fields are extremely important for owners to recognise when their appliances were installed etc and also for budgeting purposes for the next financial year. We…

  9. There should be a Quick View on the the side panel underneath the "financial, supplier, tenancy tabs. This should have RECENT clicks, for example: a property you were recently in or a tenant you were recently looking at.
    It's annoying when you click "back" and you have to search the property again. It would be good just to have a list of about 5 or 10 recent clicks (similar to the quick access panel in Microsoft folders)

  10. Current RENT ARREARS shows up when it is the day the rent is due - which isn't actually arrears, as if a tenant pays that day they are paying on the day they are due. Therefore our reporting is out and can be confusing. Rent arrears should show ONE day overdue the day AFTER the rent is due - which is officially when they are in arrears (as we don't reconcile until the day after).

    This affects rent arrears reporting and also automation for one day in arrears.

In Diary, you have given the option to raise reoccurring invoices, but you haven't given the option to choose to email the invoices or not. as some of the customers don't want to see same reoccurring invoices every week. Can email invoice to customer become an option rather than compulsory like when you raise manual one-off charge in transaction, you will have the option to decide whether to email this invoice or not.

  12. It would be great if once a property inspection is downloaded if the photos could be easily reordered (eg drap & drop method common in many apps). - Is there a way this could be done? Apologies if already suggested

  13. Currently the auto-reply button, once set, only replies to people that don't have a @gmail address. Can this be resolved please, so all addresses get their auto-reply?

  14. SMS - We need to see the name of who it is we have messaged, not just their number coming up on the display. If it could sync with the landlords and tenants numbers in the system then we would know who has replied if we have texted a few people via Palace that day.

  15. When a tenancy has been archived and you need to email the tenant, you need to copy the email address before going to the email screen as it doesn't auto fill or com up in the drop down. Be great if it still came up in the drop down

  16. The portfolio summary report does not reflect the same information in the portfolio details report. The summary report has a bunch of revenue lines that do not reflect that of the details report so it is impossible to reconcile them to one another.

Would love to be able to schedule emails to go out at a specific time and date (like outlook" so if you are working non traditional hours for whatever reason, you can schedule emails to go out during business hours or even to be able to schedule emails to go out to tenants at certain intervals in advance - exit emails, welcome emails etc.

  18. In Palace server, once an work order email was sent there was a "email sent" on the work order screen. In Liquid the only way to tell is to save the workorder, go back to the property screen (which doesn't always work, sometimes the back button takes you back into the workorder), then go into the diary to see if it has gone. There needs to be some sort of indication on the work order.

When you open up say an email on the second page of any diary the system does not take you back to where you were and instead takes you back to the top of the diary with no marker or highlight to show which email you were just in. If you are going back and forth through the diary you have to remember the date or title to find it again but would be so much quicker and easier if it highlighted where you were or have just been. This would help a lot when you are printing off paperwork…
