Smoke Alarm Annual Review similar to Rent Reviews in the Dashboard
We monitor via Reminders against the Property on when the annual review date is due for all smoke alarms. Currently this is a long winded process, that we have to write down all properties that need their smoke alarms checked (we use the 1st of the month for all those alarms that need checking within that month). It would be great to have this per the Rent Reviews in the Dashboard, when it we can create a spreadsheet of all the smoke alarms to check. This would free up a lot of time, and ensure we haven't missed any when writting down manually.
