Tenants Invoices - Comments Section - Can only fit 255 Characters.
Sometimes if there is a lot of work to be done, especially in a final, there is a big description on the invoice to on charge, but I can only fit 255 Characters. This is a pain as I have to go through it manually and try and edit it so it says the same thing but not using as many characters. if we could have this field allowing more characters, this would make it a lot easier.

2 options (Water trust and Deposit in trust) to allocate to tenants invoice when charging
Processing Invoices in Document Flow, when charging tenants, being able to choose 2 options to take the money from their trust. At the moment I can only choose one so have to manually assign to tenants invoice after it has been approved as we have Advance Water Trust and Deposit in Trust (if I remember - if I don't I have to clean the assignments up as I see them). Would be great if I could tick both and then I don't have to go back and assign manually.

Pet alert- on the main page of the inspection app
Is there anyway to add a pet alert on the main page of the inspection app to alert me or any new property manager that pets are or not allowed at the property? Otherwise it is only in a tenancy agreement and note recorded anywhere for the future. Many thanks

Supplier Insurance expiry date automatically fed to Dashboard as 'Reminder'
Would be time saving & a great way to keep track, if when we enter the Supplier Insurance details & expiry date under the 'options' tab that the expiry date is fed to Dashboard as a 'Reminder' to chase up Insurance upon expiry date.

Email scheduling
Would love to be able to schedule emails to go out at a specific time and date (like outlook" so if you are working non traditional hours for whatever reason, you can schedule emails to go out during business hours or even to be able to schedule emails to go out to tenants at certain intervals in advance - exit emails, welcome emails etc.

Reminder for due date for creditor payment
If we have an option for a due date for invoices then have the reminder sent to PM if the invoice is due for payment or outstanding rather than getting notice from creditors.

Option to send Mid month statements to owners with no funds/overdrawn
mid month statement should be sent to the owners even though they are overdrawn. And along with the invoices

Ability to archive letters/ document templates in Palace
Would be great if we could archive (rather than delete) letter/ document templates that we are not using (but do not want to delete in case needed in future) to reduce number of 'current' letters we have saved under Document Templates

Option for owner remittances to be switched off for individual owners
We send owners a remittance at mid month payout (and for other payments outside of EOM). Is it possible to add an option in the owner's financial or options tab to switch off the remittances. We have a few owners that don't want to receive remittances but the majority do want a remittance.

Allow more than 1 owner access the owner portal
A lot of our owner groups have multiple owners (ie husband and wife, Trust, etc). It would be useful to allow the owners to have a login per person. It would also be useful to know which email or emails are currently active on the owner portal. If the email field is changed for the owner, this does not change the login to the owner portal.

Supplier Screen: ability to add practicing licence and Health and Safety policy information
To ensure suppliers have the required compliance before allocating work and to enable us to monitor where insurance or licences are expiring. Add in the supplier edit screen fields for this information and add merge fields to be able to report off.

Archive button for mail within individual email
The Palace inbox has an archive button within the inbox area, but none within an individual email. To archive and email after reading it, you need to click back, find the email, and then archive it.
An archive button within each individual email would remove this back and forth.

Check out keys before archiving a property
It would be great if you had to remove the key from the system before you archived a property. At the moment you cannot archive a property unless the key is checked in, but unless you have actually removed the keys from your key cupbaord and given them back to the owner when we go to generate a new key we often find there are keys hanging up on that number already and then you have no idea what the keys are for and they end up in the bin.

Different supplier email addresses for work orders and remittances
We have several suppliers that would like the remittance advice to go to their accounts team, but Palace automatically selects the primary email address when doing a bulk payment. The primary email address is where the work orders are sent, which is a different email address.
I understand that Palace allows for two email addresses, but when using Tapi, its defaulting to using the primary email, the same as Palace does with remittances.
It would be great to have a tick box in the supplier screen that asks if you want remittances sent to the primary email, or another email.

New supplier with no bank details
When loading a new supplier it would be good to be notified if bank account number is not entered like when you load a new owner

SMS Replies in diary do not show phone number
When there are multiple tenants, it would be useful to see the phone number the SMS reply has come from displaying in the diary.
