  4. Following EOM or mid-month owner payments, the majority of owners prefer to receive their statements along with invoices, while some prefer to receive the statement only without the invoices. Is it possible to set up a preference for each owner, allowing them to choose whether or not to receive invoices with their statement? This would help better accommodate the individual preferences of the owners

  5. It would be VERY useful if tenants with rent in credit could pull through to the tenant home page instead of showing 0 rent owning - similar to showing the amount of rent owing. This would make it so easy for managers to quickly check when tenants have large rent credits whether they are deliberately paying extra or that there has not been a misallocation of receipts

  6. Doing tenant invoices via document flow. When tenant has a credit available you are able to use the credit against the invoice.
    Currently the invoice is still send out to tenant showing the full amount even if the credit has been used.
    Can it be set up that when invoice is process in document flow and credit is used , the invoice sent to tenant shows the amount and the credit used and what the balance owing is after the credit has been used.

  8. I would like to submit a idea to have a option of moving a email from a property diary to either owner diary or tenant diary. Sometimes we send emailsf from the incorrect diary and it would be useful to be able to "move" from one diary to another.

  9. The Report only shows 1 line (100 characters) of the Diary Entry that was entered in the Diary field, but there are 2000 available characters space to enter notes.

  10. Current RENT ARREARS shows up when it is the day the rent is due - which isn't actually arrears, as if a tenant pays that day they are paying on the day they are due. Therefore our reporting is out and can be confusing. Rent arrears should show ONE day overdue the day AFTER the rent is due - which is officially when they are in arrears (as we don't reconcile until the day after).

    This affects rent arrears reporting and also automation for one day in arrears.

  11. When using Document Flow for Water Invoicing, we must remove the Owners name and address details on the Water Invoice and attach it to the Tenants invoice. Document Flow would be marvellous for Water Invoicing if we had the option to amend the document which is attached and resave to the document flow transaction prior to approving. At present, we have to amend the PDF before sending to Palace and then it will not match.

    Please vote to be able to change the document which is attached and is ultimately sent to the Owner and tenant.

  12. Having a transaction lock option when processing Mid Month and also when processing Monthly Admin Fee charges off the Dashboard so there are no interruptions of other transactions being processed at the same time.

  13. When doing a rent review through the reminders screen, it would be good to have a warning if the increase is within 12 months of the last one. You can see the last increase date on the screen but if you miss it, there is no warning. If you do an increase via the tenant screen, there is a warning. It would be good to have the warning also in the reminder screen as that method calculates the new increase date for you.

  14. In the Social Module - remove the dropdown menu for the "Person Details - Interpreter's Language" so we can enter the language ourselves. For example, we have many ESOL Pacifica tenants, but the current languages listed in the dropdown don't include them. Would be nice to be able to customise.

  15. It would be great if there was a feature within Palace for setting up triggers so that an action occurs after a specific event? For example, when a tenant is added, a reminder is sent to a designated staff member to charge the letting fee and monthly recurring admin fee.

  16. Add an Action to be selected to Work Orders as Work Order Pending (so we can enter the details of a work order and save it, but not send it to the tradie as we haven't yet spoken with the owner).

  17. When you go to email an owner or tenant an invoice it comes up with Dear, this looks unrprofesional and we need to be able to add merge feilds so we can add their names, to make it more personal.

  18. When emailing would like an alert to advise that there is no attachment when the email says 'please see attached...'. This is particularly important for rent increase notices to tenants as on occasion an email has been sent without the required notice.

  19. Could there be an extra tab added under the Inspection Template. We'd like to have a more simplified template for owners who don't want all of the features and statuses in their routine reports. Would save time instead of having to delete out of each property report, and we don't lose the current template that is also popular.
