  1. It would be handy if you could edit the supplier bank account from the online file as part of end of month. i.e. new supplier added and to be paid but bank account number not entered so if we had the option to edit/add bank account number before processing payment file this would avoid having to pay the supplier manually or going into the supplier, making and saving the necessary changes and re-creating the online file.

  3. When we activate an owner to have access to the Client Portal, we receive an email but it currently does not have any identifying information in the email as to which owner or property it relates to.

  4. All NZ users generate the same bond refund form.
    It woudl be helpful if Palace provided a document template for this based on Tenancy Services bond refund form, and included prefilled data from Palace.
    i.e. the bond number and total bond ammount.....
    This would be a time saver and reduce user error.

  5. Hiding transactions not only on owner statements but on tenant details and rent summary.
    If we can hide the reverse of a transaction on the same month, ie an error reversed and hidden, for an owner statement
    Can we please also have this not showing on rent summaries (I understand not on tenant details). It gets a pain to explain to tenants the error and to tribunal as well.

  6. The email address of the second tenant (additional tenant tab) should be picked up as well when using the automation tab.

    Noticed that when sending an email using the automation hub, only the primary email address is getting the message. Also, it would be nice that we can add a CC email address when setting up the automation so that the PM will be copied to, especially when sending in bulk messages

  7. Audit key report
    Includes key numbers, property addresses, and the ability to filter by assigned agent. Very similay to what we can create with the advanced key report however the ability to filter by agent.

  11. When starting a Workflow, please allow us to select one Entity (A specific Tenancy, Property or Owner) at the top and have the associated tasks in the workflow automatically populate the Entity box with the relevant Entity based upon the templated Entity Type.

  13. When an Entry Report or Routine Inspection is uploaded into the Property Diary, can it automatically change the Include in Portal toggle to Yes so that it will appear on the Owners Portal?

  14. If multiple accounts personnel are involved, is there a way to display all unprocessed charges collectively on the screen, so they can easily identify any potential duplicate entries? do not need toggle each account person.

  15. When you do invoicing (Suppliers and Tenants) can an alert come up when an attachment is too large. It would save a lot of hassle to realise that the issue was being caused by a large attachment and nothing further.

  18. Would be good to be able to see notes as a rolling document and being able to scroll rather than individual items and then having to click into each one to look, this is more for SDA.

  19. While conducting inspections, it's quite easy to accidentally press the 'Submit' button partway through. This is easily done because the button is located in the same place as the 'Take Photos' option when in a room.

    If the 'Submit' button is pressed by mistake, there's currently no way to return to the inspection and continue. This is especially frustrating when halfway through an ingoing inspection.

    Prior to the most recent update, we were able to re-enter the property and resume the inspection, but it seems that functionality is no longer available.

    Ideally, we’d like to see a confirmation prompt appear…

  20. It would be great if there was an API POST request so that you could upload transactions into Palace using API. This would be especially helpful with water invoices. I have water invoices that download automatically into Sheets. And I would be able to fully automate the process were there an API Post request possible for uploading transactions. I wouldn't need to manually go through selecting Supply charge on water invoices. Hopefully you can implement this
