An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Bhavesh, currently you can create a custom visitor questionnaire workflow for a location and set 'pre-screening' type questons to be asked at a preset frequency (Every Visit, Once Only, Every 7, 14, 30... 720 days). We are about to release a new feature called Communities whereby you could create a community called 'VIP Visitors' or 'Special Visitors' and then early 2025 we hope to release the ability to create Inductions for Communities. I will leave this open for vites to ascertain wider community interest but we are confident we have a soluton pending.

When you create an NDA for the visitor to sign you should select in the Custom Questionnaires editor fo rthe NDA quesiton the tick box titled: "Send copy to host" ( Host notification must be enabled). We will also runa test and confirm if this applies to pre-registered visitors prior to arrival and on completion of the questionnaire as part of pre-screening.

It is not currently scheduled simply due to the overwhelming demand from multiple users for other features. I will however leave this open for votes to ascertain demand across our userbase. An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Carly, there is a Trigger where the event = 'Contractor signs in' (under the Trigger Details tab) and the 'Trigger Rule = 'Contractor does not have a certification' and value = 'Any Certification'. Is this sufficient? I will leave open for feedback.

At this stage we have no demand other than your submission for extending the Sync Portal executions beyond 10 however; we will 1) leave this open for further feedback and votes, and 2) ask our engineers if we can increase it without impact to the stability of the platform..

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks Abbey, adding a rule to the auto-sign-out function found under the 'Automation & Occupancy' settings for a location sounds great. What would those rules be: For example: Could the exceptions be based on not auto-signing them out if they said they would be onsite beyond the auto-sign-out time OR based on 'Purpose of Visit'. An example of a 'Purpose of Visit' might be 'Overnight Visitor' - I will leave open for comments and votes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Great idea Sam, Gallagher, along with several other access control systems are on our roadmap but have not yet been scheduled for development as our roadmap schedule is full until end of Q3. It will go through a prioritization workshop closer to Q3. I will leave open for votes and comments for now.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thankyou Nancy. I'd like to gather more info on your idea. So I will set the status to 'Assessing' where people can still comment and Vote but in the meantime we will review our 'Triggers' to ascertain if an automated notification can be created for those employees 'scheduled' to be onsite but have not signed in yet.
You can set a Trigger to send a reminder via email, or sms, to all employees still onsite (say set it for 8pm) who forgot to sign out - to sign out. Of course they can only sign out from an offsite location if they have OnLocation Mobile or can login to the desktop web app from their offsite location.
You can use 'Instant Message' - an option within the 'Important Notices' feature to send out a message reminding those onsite to sign out if they are really offsite. The 'audience' options for the instant message can be 'All Employees', or Only Employees Onsite' or Only Employees Offsite'
If you need assistance setting that up that last Trigger or how to use the 'Instant Message' feature don't hesitate to contact support.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Brian, we looked at the use case for this so we will gather requirements internally and try to schedule this into our work. We will update you once scheduled. The requirement would be to provide for placeholders that 'match specific course not passed for this person' and 'match any course not passed by this person'

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you Resaw, we assume you are referring to the message that is sent to those via SMS to self-verify AND that the change you require is to include the name of the zones being evacuated. We do have some clients with 20+ zones and if they evacuate say 19 of them we would have to list 19 zones which could result in multiple SMS credits being consumed for the sms msg. We will review to see if we can resolve this in some form for you.

However; we will review how we communicate summaries and how we present this in the summary. I'll leave your comment open for assessing and further votes but we will review this.

We have tried to accommodate all clients globally by adopting the centralized alignment whilst be sympathetic to the limitation of various screen ratios and sizes. If we do receive support from the community we will look to support your request.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Natalie, we believe this could be supported within Custom Questions without the Google address lookup match however we will leave this for feedback from the wider user community in this forum. As an aside we do support address fields within the contractor profile if you use the 'Custom Fields' add-on and yes; it does incorporate Google Address lookup.

We do have a partner, Time and People, based in Australia, who provide an integration with Integriti. https://lp.timeandpeople.au/integration/ Whilst we have within our roadmap a number of access control integrations to deliver, including Integriti, we most likely won't get to Intregiti until late 2024 or 2025. Great idea Vincenzo. With respect to creating an evac event from the public tone system. We do not at this stage support API's for OnEvac however we will look at suporting a basic API to start and stop Evac events. With respect to triggering a public tone when an OnEvac event is created by your team we could create a new Trigger to support your request. However we do have an extensive roadmap for this year but we will leave open for votes and comments. I think the latter part of your request we can look at this year.
