Tokens by email or SMS
Add an option to send tokens directly to users by email or sms (the same way as inductions). This will allow users to have their access code digitally without having to print a badge.

Hello Anaisis, your employees and contractors, if using the free OnLocation Mobile app, are automatically issued with a Token as a QR Code which can be used to express scan into a site. Refer to the Access Summary article below.

If a visitor is pre-registered their token is emailed to them via the feature called OnPass

Thanks for the Feedback! The thing is that our company can receive about 800 contractors during shut down. These workers come from different parts of the world and requiring them to download an app in their personal phones for a temporary work can be really challenging. It would be great the possibility to send the QR Code to their email or phone number (similar to OnPass for visitors).
