  1. We would like to be able to see which user has sent a work order. Currently it just shows it as auto under the communication history.

  2. The Rent Summary Report within the Tenancy Tribunal report is a very difficult report to explain at tribunal when an explanation is required eg to a judge and or tenant

    It would provide alot more clarity if the Date Paid column also included the paid to date of the rent paid at that date. This would explain the Arrears Amount column as well.

  4. Creditor Remittances - would be good to be able to add a deposit reference (eg account number) to show on the receivers bank statement. Even though the remittance is emailed some large companies (eg credit check companies who receive 100's of deposits daily) receipt the funds incorrectly based on the company name on the bank statement being similar to another agency. They also say the emailed remittance is not received, could be in junk, maybe blocked by email hoster, but either way our funds are not being allocated correctly and it's time consuming to get this corrected.

  5. I'd like to see a specific function which expands the current tags function that allows for ownership payments to be date specific on a monthly basis. For example a landlord requests that their rent be released to them on the 20th of the month to coincide with a mortgagee repayment. This function would be particularly helpful to ownerships with multiple properties rather than paying rents each time a tenant makes payment. The function should only allow for the release of funds on that date as a failsafe when paying other ownerships also.

  7. Capture more information in the information audit, such as changing dates (leases, vacating), bond details, charging fees, editing bank account details. Would be good to be able to have this accessible by profile too

  8. Hi as a Sales Administrator, since the law changed in the industry, although I can disburse funds, the principal/licensee, has to do all the bank authorisations.. The agency statements, i.e. 7/16_18 Carnation Avenue, Casula, when i print the statement, i physically write in the property address it refers to... Is it possible that Property Tree can have the property address inserted/printed on the statement? This would be alot more efficient that writing for management/principals etc, what property it refers to. Sales Administrators can no longer authorise through the bank, level 1 and principals only can do so? This will make…

  9. Show the Original Lease Start Date on the Receipting Screen so you can decide whether to enter the amount as a Holding Deposit and enter the date into Hold until for reporting and allocating funds

  11. Have a "Email On" Date or timeframe i.e. "14 days before" for recurring tenant invoices. At the moment the recurring invoice feature sends the invoice on the date it is created, but for rental invoices, our customers want to received them earlier to pay rent in advance.

  12. Have been using Ad Hoc emails and adding a second email address to get a copy emailed to additional tenants etc - but that doesn’t show up in the Communications or Print View (and it really should). Otherwise we have no record that the email went to both email addresses.

  14. When cancelling a fee there are limited options and often we cancel fees in order to pay an owners outgoings then re-enter the fee afterwards. Can you add a new option 'delay'?

    1. Have the ability to edit the 'Category' in the compliance register for a property. This would be handy when the incorrect Category is selected
    2. Have the ability to edit the details in the Compliance History for a property if required

  18. Pre- tick sending inspection reports to "owner" type only in inspection emails to ownership entity. It currently pre-ticks to send to all ownership entities eg. Emergency contacts.
