  1. I have a note pinned to a property not to enter any creditor invoices, but when I process through invoice genius that pinned note doesn't appear anywhere. I think it would be great to have this link, we almost lost an owner due to an invoice being processed from her rent

  2. "Original Lease Start Date" NEEDS to be a mail merge field. There is no way to indicate how long the tenants have stayed at the property in the merge fields.

  6. Auto Communications - Time / Day Communications are Sent -
    We are constantly receiving reports from tenants that auto-communications are being received after 6.00pm.
    This is not reasonable.
    The auto-communications should be RECEIVED during business hours.
    We should also have the ability to select whether our office chooses to send auto-communications on weekends or public holidays.
    This is an issue that Property Tree should be fixing now. It's certainly been discussed enough times.

  7. I have an owner with multiple properties over two agencies.
    He wants to be able to sort or filter his documents in the 'my documents' section.
    There is no option to do this and order the current order seems be be a bit random.
    Would be nice to be able to select a property and only have its supporting documents available on the screen.

  8. When receipting and there are a number of different items showing on the allocate funds to section - it would be nice if these where broken down in to colour bars, eg green for rent and bonds, pink for invoices etc...
    As it stands now with the very light grey and white, it's open for error to allocating to the wrong item.

  9. There currently isn't an ability to define arrears by periodic or effective for commercial tenancies. Only for residential.

  10. The payee information card links the payee to a contact and this is not always the case. If the payee could be linked to the bank account name instead. This does show correctly on the ownership statement but it does not show correctly from our internal end which causes concern and confusion. E.g. If we pay ABC Pty Ltd, the payee should say ABC Pty Ltd not the contact name of Joe Smith who is just a representative of the company.

  11. when logging in to PT on mobile and you get your one time code and click 'add from messages' the entire number is populated into the first box - it would be good if this was changed to populate into the boxes correctly.

  14. When creditor statements are sent out, the user who processed the payment is listed in the signature on the body of the email. Currently, there is no way to change the name, or remove it. It would be great to be able to edit this.

  15. Love the compliance register
    Love that you can now search properties with no compliance
    Hate that when you created the compliance register you migrated the existing smoke alarm compliance over calling it migrated smoke alarm and now we have two categories for the same thing and as a result no clear way of searching for properties with no smoke alarm compliance. Can you create a bulk update for compliance categories so we can transfer them one way or the other rather than having to individually update each property?

  16. Not sure why this has changed from date order to $ amount order. I believe it is because they wanted the Report (printed - not CSV) to match the order of the Transaction Credit Receipts in Tenant Download. I can't see how that would benefit anyone? Surely no-one wants to change/check the date for each transaction, one at a time? Easiest to keep the date for each day's transactions, complete that day/date, then move to the next day.

  19. Current process (below) is quite manual. Hoping for a build that you can part pay on invoice payment screen, this would minimize a lot of workflow process time, in turn business time/hours. Even a way to part pay accounts such as being able to click pay invoice and whatever is available will go towards the invoice.

    1. Find the invoice in the property file.
    2. Edit the invoice with how much is available to pay.
    3. Pay the invoice.
    4. Then re enter the invoice for the remaining amount.

  20. A report is needed which shows which bonds are still outstanding (to be finalised) for vacated tenants, like you can do in REST. The vacating report in PT does not give any bond information.
