  2. to have a search engine where you can search for expired compliance for properties on their own in case any have been missed when entering, and those that have no details for compliance at all.

  3. We would like the tenant card profile to show the effective arrears, not the arrears without part payment applied. The PM's go into the tenant card and see the red arrears amount and tell tenants they are in arrears, when the actually are not, as this is not effective arrears showing

  4. It would be good to have the ability to delete a note on an owner or tenancy file. Currently if I accidentally create a note to the wrong file I can't delete it, only edit it to say note created in error

Is there a way that the communication screen can be expanded so that property managers can see all emails outstanding (instead of the 8/9 shown) and is there a way to flag the ones that have actually been read? Failing that, is there a report that can be compiled showing emails still outstanding so that emails can be 'tidied' up regularly?

  13. While the Bank Deposit page in Property Tree displays the individual receipts created (e.g. cash receipts), the Bank Deposit Sheet doesn’t. It only displays the total amount.

    The Bank Deposit Sheet (is often stamped by the bank and) is kept for record/audit purposes.

    Having individual receipts listed would provide transparency on each transaction.

  15. We've noticed that when held tenancy funds are applied to rent (e.g. after a bond claim), receipts are not sent to tenants, as they would be if it were a direct rent receipt.

    It would be great if this could change so that it's more transparent about how the funds are being used.

  17. Can we please have a list of payments made towards an invoice show on the tenancy invoice screen? This would make it easy to see when the last time a payment was made as well as how often payments are being made.

  18. Adding routine inspections of a particular date to the map journey planner in property tree to plan your inspections. Or be able to see all your routine inspections in a list and be able to select them and have the map journey planner check the best route to see if I would like to book those inspections for those properties.

  19. Regarding the Income and Expenditure Statement, the owner listed the items required by the ATO. They would prefer to not have the statement show information that would come from another party (ie bank/broker).

    Example - Total capital allowances & Total legal fees

    They suggest that PT produce subheadings that align with the ATO fields and group the expenses into the subheadings. For example;

    Total Repairs
    - Air Conditioning
    - Fire Protection
    - General Repairs and Maintenance

    Total Agent Fees
    - Income and Expenditure Fee
    - Residential Management Fee
    - Administration Fee

    Total Body Corporate Fees
    - Strata - Admin /…

  20. Would be great to have integration with REA ignite, similar to Snug integration. This would allow approved tenants to be imported straight into property tree, cutting down data entry and saving any manual processing errors. Our REA rep advises that they are open and willing to begin working on an integration.
