The option also to split a creditor invoice example – rates might be under one “property” but needs to be charged across three other tenancies and property addresses (this is abit more technical but does happen) and then mean manually need to invoice each tenant but a flag or pop up at the time would be great

  5. It would be most efficient if we could set a task to follow up on something at the same time as an email. The task could then be attached to the email so you could easily open the email at the time you are completing the task

  6. When running the ‘Bonds & Deposit Summary’ report to check for the Status ‘NO BOND’, and if you have a multiple bond accounts, it shows the tenancies that don’t have that selected account.

    For example, if searching for NO BOND on Commercial Bond, it will list ALL Residential Tenancies (simply because they don't have the Commercial Bond setup on their profile).

    However, Residential Tenancies will never need a Commercial Bond. So, they should not be on that Search Result.

    An additional Filter Option for the Management Type: Residential / Commercial might also help with this.

  8. When selecting a creditor on a work order, the faint blue is so hard to see - i click on and off it a few times to make sure i have a creditor attached.

    1. I found it's hard to maintain the repairs movements without option to send email/message following up with our trades.
    2. Also the photos uploader only allows photos to be uploaded one by one and no video allowed If these two features can be added, this will be very helpful.

  10. It would be great to have the ability to record when a tenant has been removed from a tenancy without having to create a whole new tenant card or simply delete the outgoings tenants details.

    Deleting the tenants details and changing the profile name just erases the tenant and makes it hard to provide a reference for them in future.

    Creating a new tenancy card means having to download and re-upload all files from the old card to the new and prevents the display of their previous history when generating a ledger.

  12. Since the tasks upgrade has happened we are finding we are having to double handle a lot of things. especially maintenance, to be able to follow up
    when entering maintenance we used to just put a note in with a follow up date, now we have to create a maintenance request, a task and a note which is creating a lot more work and becomes confusing when having to redirect to different pages to update dates and notes.

  14. In the tenant profiles can a section to add Date Of Birth please be added. When doing many tasks such as leases, bonds, connections etc. this information is required and it is quite annoying to not have it be with the rest of the tenants details. Thank you.

  15. Add Automated Communications Trigger for X Days to Vacate Date.
    The current system allows you to send automated communications X days from the lease end date. However if a vacate date is entered for the tenant this blocks the communications from going out. We would like to send reminders to tenants that their lease end date is x days away as well as advise them of the rent owed to vacate. As such, we request to have the option to send automated communications based on vacate date or for the vacate date to not prevent communications triggered by the lease…

  17. Notify users when any emails, messages or SMS fail rather than having to go and check a list. Perhaps an alert at the top of the page which then produces a list of what needs to be checked. The impact of missing this information is huge, particularly with compliance.

    Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.

    Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?

    Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).

    In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)?   19. It would be much easier for tenants to understand their receipts and ledgers if rent was calculated to the day.

    It would reduce large part payments and the confusion that most tenants have regarding this especially when looking at their receipts.
