  1. Hi, Can I suggest that when you search for a landlord in the "Search Bar" at the top, can the details of the "Property" be shown. This would be helpful when identifying landlords with multiple properties. Presently, it shows the address of the landlord and an id number that means nothing to me when I am looking for a property address. Thank you

  2. When work orders are downloaded there is no date on them. recipients are complaining that there is no date for the creation on the work order. When you download the existing work order it makes the creation date the day you download it not the actual date you create the work order.
    The date would and could be relevant for any tribunal issues for repairs and maintenance at tribunal.

  5. Having a status on the tenant and landlord end that's says that the tenant or landlord has opened the email, it now only shows that it gets delivered.

  6. It would be great to have in Invoice genius a link to view job work order. This would allow you to check that quoted amounts match the invoice or if you have multiple jobs, to select the correct job rather than having to go out and open via maintenance.

  8. It is necessary to have the Tenancy ID as a Merge Field in the Auto Comm template for Tenancy Invoices. Currently, the Tenancy ID only displays on an Invoice if ‘Tenancy Invoices’ is ticked in the Trust Configuration (screenshot below) however, that is not an option for clients using DEFT, because they do NOT want to share their Trust details with the tenants, but they still want their Tenants to receive the Tenancy ID (e.g. also for adhoc invoices etc)

  9. create another line in the creditor invoicing so we can enter both the service & usage charge in one entry as well as being able to invoice the tenant portion

  13. There should be a way to pay someone from owner funds as a quick disbursement without having to create them as a creditor, create an invoice and then pay 1 invoice only to have to archive them as a creditor?

  14. When trying to work out properties where no compliance option has been selected, Property Tree does not have a report to aid with this. Could an option be added to the existing Compliance Register to allow for this. Ie. in the Managed By dropdown add an option for 'no compliance option selected.' Then clients could filter by this option.

  15. It would be great if an e-mailed remittance was generated & sent when refunding held funds rather than having to send a separate e-mail to advise the tenant or new Agent if we are transferring overpaid rent

  16. Can we please have a field to add the property managers/user email to a quote request? Without it, a creditor only has the propertytree@propertytree email address and doesn't know who to send the quote to within the agency.

  18. Currently if we offer 2 months free management fees to clients, there are no way in Property Tree such that the management fees will be charged after 2 months time.

    For now, we have to remember to do this in 2 months time.

    Maybe Management Fee option can be enhanced such that the trigger can happen after a certain date.

  19. We receive bulk funds from places like NSW Land & Housing and then have to cancel the unknown funds receipt to then re-receipt it to multiple tenancies rather then being able to allocate to multiple tenancies.
