  1. For added security, MFA(text/email/app) should be added for those that has Admin Role or Owner of the system even without enabling Single sign-on with SAML.

  2. Not sure if it's possible but make the OnEvac alerts more noticeable. If the push notification can be red, bolder, etc. Just so people are more likely to see it.

    Thank you Jamie, at the moment OnEvac event notifications and SMS Self-Verify requests to those onsite are sent as SMS; which uses Plain Text so adding colour is out of our control. The same limitations exist for the 'Subject Line' in an email. What we are looking at is introducing a OnEvac notification as a Push Notification in OnMobile (the free mobile app for Employees and contractors). However; the employee can still override any notification (including a Push Notification); regardless of urgency or intent, by setting their notifications in their mobile device to 'Not Disturb' - we will continue to monitor iOS and Android functionality releases to see if we can accommodate your request at some time in the future.

  3. We use “insurance” under Service Providers to store not only the insurances the providers should have contracted in order to work with us, but also to register other legal documents required by law when doing business with us. This information are company (not individual) certifications. Some examples: A legal certification of a company to do high rise window cleaning or a lega certification of a heat generators maintenance company to perform works on this kind of equipment, etc. My suggestion, is to extend/modify the concept of Insurance not only to insurances policy but also to other “company qualifications”, or more…

  4. If there is a click button in sign In/Out Manager for the admin person to send out an reminder to all staff who have not signed in or signed out that would be great and for this an option to put their on site days and times while creating their profile is required.

  5. Our reception team use OnLocation to monitor who is on site or working remotely. It would be useful to have the ability for employees to add a note via the app which shows on the dashboard. For example 'Working from home', 'At a conference in Wellington', Annual Leave until 12 January' etc - which is visible as an optional column in the Sign In/Out Manager section.

  6. The ability to view previous versions of an induction would be great. The module already collects employee information on what version was completed - but no option to view archived/previous versions of the induction. This would be important when checking records after an incident. Major and minor versions would help decided if the changes need to be communicated to all employees.

  7. Make the employee Activation email editable. The email that a new employee receives on a new account creation is horrible. Please allow admins to modify the template.

  8. Deliveries currently only get notified to employees via email or text message. Can the option for this to also be sent through the app as a push notification be added. (Same as when you have a visitor.)

  9. We have a trigger to not allow employees to sign in if the induction training is incomplete. But the trigger does not pop up until the employee goes through the whole sign in process and answers about 10 questions. It would save a lot of time if the trigger popped up on the screen right after the employee searched for their name. This would also be helpful for contractors as well.

  10. More flexible options for induction notifications. The ability to set notification options per induction instead of for all inductions. The ability to receive fail notifications only, instead of both pass and fail notifications. This would cut down on the number of emails we receive - we only need to know if there's been a problem.

  11. It would be beneficial to be able to print out induction/training documents within OnLocation. This is required for FENZ Evac Schemes and workers that do not have email or mobiles. It would be easier than taking screen shots. Thanks

  12. We currently spend a lot of time manually processing contractor induction requests - contractor members will email us to request an induction, we clarify and then enter their info, and send them the relevant induction.

    A time-saving measure would be to add a form to our company website where contractor members can add and submit their own information, this links to and adds their info to On Location, and their induction is automatically sent.

    I realise that there are some intricacies to this around data management e.g. any new contractor organisation not already in On Location will still require manual…

  13. Please add an exception for Visitors to have an exception added like employees and contractors. We have visitors who come in over night who are being signed out even though they are still on site.

  14. Add a basic reporting feature on OnLocation Mobile with a report with similar behaviour than "People Presence" found on the web app. Report can be more simple than the one on the web app by just asking a few options like source (Employee/Contractor/Visitor), just a date range, no filters, and avoiding the infographic (only the "report" format).

  17. Our business operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, on 12 hour shifts. Our night shift crosses over the midnight mark, from one day into the next day. The current automation and occupancy settings do not fit the operating parameters of our business operations.
    Could we please have an automatic sign out setting, that was based upon the number of hours, not a specific time of day.

  18. When in a contractor profile, you can view the members with one click, and then click on a desired member to view their profile. It would be great if you could do this moving the opposite way as well. So that when you are in a member's profile, you click to see the organisation and then click on that to view the profile, instead of having to go back to the organisations list and searching for it.

  19. Currently, the logs available for our Employees SyncPortal show only the last 10 executions. Sometimes when we need to investigate something wrong, it would be useful to have access to older executions.

  20. I’ve had some feedback regarding the “Previous” and “Next” buttons.

    Because the “answer options” button(s) are kind of greyed out and the “next” button is highlighted, apparently visitors are missing to select the answer prompt.

    Is there by chance a possibility to have more formatting options for the questionnaires? (ie. colours/position of pictures/answer prompts).
