Automation & Occupancy Settings - Automatic Time Out
We're a 4-site, 3-shift operation, Monday - Friday, in addition to having a 3-day, 12 hour weekend shift that operates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We really need to have a way to input employees into shifts per location, because obviously, signing everyone out at 5:00 pm doesn't work because On Evac is never going to be able to provide an accurate count as to who's on-site and who's not.

The ability to schedule reports ie. run on the 1st of every month and send to an employee

Contractor self-registration
It would be useful if new contractors could self-register on the kiosk when they arrive at our location for the first time. This will speed up the onboarding process and cut down on admin.

Automated Exports
I would like to see the ability to set up automated frequency exports from the system direct to a user email address.
I.e. export a list of active contractors on a monthly basis in csv, export list of contractors who got denied entry each week etc.
This function would be useful for active monitoring or data updates where api integration is unavailable.

Triggers for Asset Management
Be able to set a trigger for asset management. For example, if a contractor forgets to turn in a checked out keycard at the end of the day, a trigger can be made to email a designated person so that the contractor can be contacted to turn it in.

Option to turn off Global Roamers to receive Panic Alarm message
Currently, Global Roamers receive a message when a Panic Alarm is triggered at a location they are set as Global Romer for. The customer would like the option to turn off Global Roamers receiving notification when a Panic Alarm is triggered.

Archiving Workers/Contractors
Would be good to be able to archive workers that have left the Organisation. We still require information, but do not want inductions sent or for them to be able to log on. Contractors would be the same.

Evac integration with 3rd party systems
We have an evacuation panel that allows staff to press an evacuation button which in turn sounds a tone across the site. It would be ideal that by pressing this button, it also triggers a Evacuation event with WolEvac (similar to what a Wol Evac manager would do). Currently we have to press the evacuation button and then also create an event in wol evac. A trigger could also occur the other way round with a Wol Evac event triggering the tone. Our Evacuation system is IP based and is part of the Jacques IP based public address system.

Add Locations as a filter for all reporting.
MRI is set up by location, a company can have many locations. So when trying to gather data on eLearning Inductions it seems crazy that I cannot filter these by location. Please could this be added in the future.

Create and Induction training for Visitor similar to Contractors.
This will allow visitors to complete any site required training before arriving on site. Also have retraining (expiration) date so that they can retake it annually.

Adding the induction link to the ‘Matcher Person’ Placeholder on a Trigger
During the Contractor sign-in process, we use triggers to deny access due to the Induction not being completed, expired, or failed.
Could we please have the same trigger also send the correct induction link to the contractor via email or text?

Customisable 4th Guest Group
Having a 4th guest option for sign in beyond Visitor, Contractor or Employee - this group should be customisable & can be set up to receive visitors or be pre-registered, or pre-register visitors or have a profile.
There should also be the ability to have a separate sign in workflow for this group
This would allow for the option of a Student user group, or Tenant user group, or Patient user group, or Members as at gym club, Volunteers, etc that are different to the traditional Guest types10 votes -

Custom Questionnaire Acknowledgement being sent to Host before Visitor Comes OnSite
When Pre-Registering a Visitor and sending a Questionnaire with Custom Questions that require a Signature. A Host should be able to receive the signed document and acknowledgement by email before the Visitor Signs in. This would be an integral asset for Businesses that require forms to be signed befoer coming on site. The workflow would be as followed:
- A Host invites a visitor (Pre-Registers them) and they receive our NDA and a Health & Safety Questionnaire in advance by email.
- The visitor signs the NDA and completes the Questionnaire in advance, and we receive this data back before they arrive…

Ability to Pre-Register Contractors
The ability to pre-register contractors, we have the ability for pre-registering visitors, but it doesn't include contractors. This functionality would be a valuable improvement - it will give
Improved security: We would be able to track who is expected to attend the site, which would help to improve security.

Option to have a textbox for answering a questionnaire in eLearning/Induction/Courses
Option to have free text textbox for Employee/Contractors to answer an induction question as currently we only have an option to select a single/multiple/image options. This is basic requirement for any eLearning/Courses where the question type would be choice based ( single/multiple/image) selection or a free text for users to provide their comments. Kindly review and let me know when you think this can be added. We wanted to use OnLocation system as our core LMS system without having to license any other 3rd party systems.

If we add a 'free text' option then the ability to 'pass' someone on that specific question would be based on them entering something; in fact anything at all (even n/a). As we could assess a statement entered by the inductee being true or false is there are specific example you could share with me directly of a question.
