Our team have reviewed the idea and have decided to seek further feedback as to the type of reports we should support for an initial release. We will probably facilitiate a survey to formally gather user feedback.

Just had a talk with customer and this is exactly what they want. They are going to have 6 different locations and a automated monthly report would help them a a lot.

Absolute must have for any enterprise app such as MRI.
We have integrated our access system to MRI using available APIs to update employee's presence when they swipe their card anywhere on our site.
A scheduled report/extract to send the presence information to the wardens/line manager would streamline our process.

Hi Team, wondering if there is any update on this at all?
It would be an amazing function as we are looking at using people presence reports to assist with timekeeping.

Our site would absolutely love this! Would help out alot!
Would be interested in just Sign In/Out report for the previous X time or so.
Our accounts are looking at using it for automating the payroll system a bit more.

Type of reports we would be interested in:
- Employee's not signed in over a selected time period
- Contract report (to manage due to expire)
- Insurance report (to manage due to expire)
- Certificate report (to manage due to expire) -

This would make automation between OnLocation and other platforms very viable. This would be fantastic!
Increasingly my coworkers have been asking for reports for certain departments, and as this demand increases, this job becomes a lot more demanding. If there was a scheduled option for this, OnLocation would quickly become very essential at my workplace.

Hi Natalie, great idea. We have been thinking about this for some time. We'd like further comment and input from users as part of our 'gathering of requirements' process so I will update status to gathering votes (and more feedback).
