Auto email work orders for compliance items ie fire, thermoscan, backflow checking
It would be great if work orders could be automated for the regular compliance items as it is so time consuming. Things like 6 months fire checks, annual backflow testing, annual thermoscans.

When we enter a rent adjustment, the system has updated to have the option to also add the bond adjustment, it would be great if there was a way to enter a date when the bond is due to be paid and only then have it set as payment required as we are unable to receipt funds for the bond until the rent adjustment date.

An elderly owner with multiple properties and multiple statements has requested the address for each statement be made more obvious (larger or highlighted or placed elsewhere in the statement) as they have vision problems and when doing their accounts they are struggling to find the address in each statement

Option to issue statement / remittance advise for bpay creditors
Bpay creditors do not receive statement / remittance advise after payment. It will be good if we have the option of generating statement / advise to confirm the payment status. Real life example, we need to order a security key from Strata urgently, payment sent through bpay but Strata asked for a remittance advise which we are unable to provide.

archiving occupants / co-tenants
Ability to archive occupants or co-tenants instead of deleteing them or having to leave them in the portal (marked as vacated).
As sometimes it can clog up list of tenants in properties where we have had a few change of tenancies, but ability to still search them up if archived if needing to do a rental reference.8 votes -
Multiple property access for tenants in portal
If a tenant vacates from one property and moves into a new property also with property tree, They can not access the new tenancy until the previous one is archived which sometimes can take time when finalising. They should be able to view both properties.

suggestion to improve Property Tree by not allowing multiple properties to be attached to one owner profile.
Having the option to not allow multiple properties to be attached the the one owner/s profile, keeping each property separate.
When receipting rent or entering owner invoices to only be attached to the relevant property, keeping each income/expenses separate, with individual statements.
My suggestion to improve Property Tree is by not allowing multiple properties to be attached to one owner profile.

Selective Syncing via the PT-Eagle Integration
PT → Eagle sync operates on an all-or-nothing basis for eligible rentals
No filtering or opt-in controls available.It would be nice if we could select which listings we want to send via the integration would work in conjunction with the two-way sync UV

Enabling to re-order workflows within management tasks.
Would like to be able to re-order workflow templates around. We are working on templates and when some are published I would like to move to the bottom so that the ones I am still working on show up the top or vice versa as unpublished. Or be able to alphabetise.

Commercial Transaction History
It would be good to see all invoices issued and/or cancelled as well as receipts on the tenancy history so we don't have search for invoices or link the invoice to the payment receipt for easy access.

Why is archiving properties/tenants/landlords such a nauseating process.
You can keep the checklist as an option, however there should be a quicker archive option.

Search field for the document section
Please add a search box to the "Documents" section under Ownership, Property, and Tenancy profiles.
It would really help in quickly locating specific files. The filter icon is not useful.2 votes -

SMS communications should be able to come from the property manager's phone number. Alternatively, you should be able to divert the allocated phone number's phone calls to your office phone. Currently, if a client receives a SMS, when they call the number it is disconnected.

Communications Platform: Reply Preview Option
It would be beneficial to enable full email content preview when replying within the Communications Platform, to use the entire screen space eliminating the need to scroll through the message . SMS message preview shows the whole screen but not email.
