  1. Would like to be able to see a note against the tenant/invoice that is pinned - For example, when invoicing a creditor (such as SA WATER) andinvoicing a tenant at the same time, the notes that is pinned does not show. This only shows if you are creating a tenancy invoice.
    Can the pinned note appear against the tenancy????

  2. I would like to request your assistance in developing a system to automatically send cancellation emails for routine inspections. Currently, there is no automated process in place, and this would greatly improve communication with tenants.

  3. New pet laws NSW - having the option to carry out a pet inspection 3 months after the pet is approved and being able to track this would be very beneficial.
    We all delay routine inspections but we would not delay a pet inspection and having this labeled and trackable would help

  6. When receipting to an ownership in the Tenant Download screen, it would be helpful if after searching the ownership, it clearly showed the related managed property to ensure accuracy.

  7. We have an issue where holding deposits are taken by Direct Debit but we have to convert the tenant from a prospect to load in the direct debit details. This is then charging our new tenancy fees.

    We need to be able to convert the tenant but have the trigger for the fee be Original Lease Start Date.

    Having to convert a tenant from a prospect to get an ingoing completed and lease generated (without having to duplicate the information) means we are charging an owner fees before the lease commences.

    The only work around is to have duplicate fees…

Financials tab - when you go in to the recent transactions area and then open up an invoice, when you use the back button function you are taken back to the financials page - not the recent transactions page where you were prior. It is most frustrating when you are looking up a number of invoices. Can this be looked in to please.

  10. Ability to Link a paid invoice to maintenance job. In trying to close off old maintenance jobs, it would be good to be able to link the paid invoice and close the job.

  11. Currently you can only see 1 number beside a contact. If a contact has multiple numbers eg a home & mobile, only 1 is visible at a time. Therefore you have to remember they have 2 and click edit to see the other number. Would be good to be able to view all numbers or at least have a drop down beside the number to prompt that they have multiple numbers

  14. When you exit communications if it could stay on that page where you are up to instead of refreshing Home, becoming frustrating when you have to open the communication to check if thats the email you are looking for.

    OR better way to search communications.

  16. Work orders should have "Status Updates" on work orders. Such as Quote Requested, Waiting on Approval, Work Order sent, Completed, Rejected, Hold, Owner Attending.

    This will make it easier when following up on work orders where the job is currently at.

  17. Hi few things,

    1. For the statistics report, the top section is always current data and if you want a certain time frame only the bottom section is for then.

    It would be great if the whole report was for the period you select.

    1. User statistic reports, it would be great to have a report for users to track their actions/kpis - email sent, sms sent, work order created/completed, quote request, how many times maintenance notes are updated to track maintenance follow ups, task creation and completion (more importantly completion), and other general ones which the main stat report covers.

  18. In Tenancy Rent reviews - add a Column of "property manager" as an option. At the moment to view a whole agency and understand which PM is behind, and who is under control you need to select each PM one by one. For large agencies, it takes a while.

  19. Is it possible to have when adding a buyer to a sale that a set of tasks automatically gets added to the property in the same way as when you add a new sale property marketing fees are automatically added

  20. Agencies should be able to provide credits against an ownership profile just like you can create credits against a tenancy profile. This allows for if agencies offer credits - such as a free month of management, we should be able to apply this as a credit instead of waiving fees.
