  1. It would be great if we could select to have automated reminders off on weekends and public holidays. Currently we have to manually turn off on a Friday and back on Monday. To have an option to have them automatically switch off for these times would be fantastic and stop a lot of abuse and grumpy people emailing to say a payment has been made and we don't receipt over weekends. Despite having an automated email advising everyone, they don't seem to read these.

  2. As you are able to bulk edit and close routine inspections in Inspection Summary, also have the option to do this for Ingoing inspections (for apartment/co-living accommodation configurations).

  5. If I'm send the owner an email for eg a rent increase remove the old tenant from the drop down menu. If they are archived why do I need to email them?

  6. Every mid-month and end-month I encounter a very frustrating issue involving BPay batch payments. Most strata invoices and some other creditors have very long BPay reference numbers. DEFT Payment Systems, for example, have 16 digit reference numbers.

    The issue is this: When PT generates the BPay batch file for uploading, PT compresses the long reference numbers when generating the Excel spreadsheet which is then imported to our bank trust account. A long reference number gets converted to 85730570+16, for example. The bank trust account rejects these compressed reference numbers due to an invalid character (the '+' symbol).

  8. We sign up General Sale Authorities in our office which have no expiry period. It would be great if we could have an option in "Listing Type" to select General Sale Authority and the authority period displays N/A. We currently make an important note to display it's a General Authority. It would be helpful if B+D could reflect this in the listing screen under listing type. Thank you

  9. When entering a vacate date in the system, pre-populate the vacate information into merge emails to the owner and landlord.

    Vacate email should contain information such as confirmation of vacate date, rent owing, preferred cleaners/gardeners etc.

    Other platforms have this functionality, and it should prompt the user in a pop-up when entering the vacate date on if they would like to send the vacate information email to the tenants and owners.

  10. We have a few tenancies where they hold no bond (mostly as owner requested not to/family friend etc)

    We cannot edit the bond REF section to say 'No Bond Required' and or add a description unless the amount is greater than '0'.

    We do not want to enter an amount as then it will have those funds as outstanding and we would like the reporting to be accurate.

    Can there be a way to have a section for 'no bond' and or be able to write into what's available with the amount being kept as $0.

  13. We need to be able to see the due dates of tenant invoices when receipting rent. For example, when we receipt money to a tenancy and we have more then one tenant fee, we cant see a due date so we dont know which one to pay first. There is no invoice number either so we cant check in the tenant profile before receipting.

Rather than having to go through a tenant's ledger with them, it would be handy for tenants to have the number of days and amount of arrears displayed on the tenancy ledger, also perfect for property managers processing tenancy applications with ledgers from other agents using Property Tree. No need to go through every transaction in the ledgers if these are displayed, makes life easier.

    Hi Supporters, we appreciate your feedback on this suggestion. As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

  16. Include a tick box for invoices entered to be visible to owner automatically without having to go in an manually tick this particularly as owners often want to view these at end of financial year.

  18. When opening and reading a email, you have the hyperlink for the name and address above the body of the email that you can click on.

    When you click on these hyperlinks it takes you to that page which is great but it is in the same window.

    It would be great to either be able to have that hyperlink automatically open a new window with the details or be able to right click and 'open new tab'.

    This way you can review the email and work on the details in another screen.

  20. Would be great to be able to attach a document EG an email, report or picture about an incident/arrears etc to a note created in the PT system that may be an on-going issue/have an ongoing story where chronological information contained in the 1 place is important
