  1. Would love to see an option to prevent part payment of agency fees & instead hold funds until sufficient to pay the fee in full.
    Would stop owners questioning multiple payments toward letting fees etc.

  2. Presently the Caller ID on the contacts app displays the Contacts First Name and the Initial of the Surname. It would be more useful if the caller ID could display the Contacts Full Surname .

  3. REST used to have a temporary creditor button when adding a creditor so they were all deleted at the end of month automatically This would save time having to go through and delete them manually

  4. Rental Schedule - has a yellow square for you to pick the anniversary date of the next increase.

    Is there any way we could look into having a rental schedule from the last rental increase (12 months) that you could not issue a rental increase within that period. As NSW can only increase the rent once every 12 months.

  5. Ability to add the status of the owner's compliance on their ownership statement, so they are aware if their landlord insurance, smoke alarms compliance is up to date for each property.

  6. With the addition of the new Tasks feature, it would be great once a Task has been Done to also have the ability to Archive. I have noticed that although the task has been changed to Done, it still appears on the Task Tab against the Property, Tenant etc, and it gets confusing when you are working through tasks specific to that property, as the Tasks list looks long, when in fact it isn't.

  7. Please consider adding the option to select the property when paying selected creditors. It would make life easier as currently we need to go through all invoices entered although we only need to pay 3-4 (overdue) invoices for a specific creditor.

  8. Currently water invoices are only printable by manually printing each one - being able to print all invoices entered in a day for postage would make this job much quicker.

  11. Would like the ability to set the statement date rather than on the day the statement is created, so a full month statement can be created. Currently if month end falls on a weekend the report is dated for the day the statement is generated.

    As a example we would like to create an ownership statement for the 31st of the month so the statement period is from 1st - 31st of a month in line with accounting periods.

  13. It would be great if you could design a statement that carries on the tenant/s part payments to the following statement. Our clients get very confused when they may receive more than usual on month & then less the following month & don't understand why.

  20. one user have access to create new creditors, however, not the bank details section. This is to be added by another authorised user. Or one user able to create the creditor inc bank details, however, needs to be authorised and approved by another authorised user.
