Authenticator
When using the PT Contacts App, Stop the request to log in & Authenticator at each use. Allow it to stay log in for a sufficient period of time

This should keep you logged in for 1 hour - please let our support team know if this is not operating correctly (and if so, what type of device you are using) and they can look into this.
