  1. Requesting the ability to increase the size of the email template screen (similar to this option which is available in Notes by dragging down the triangle/dashes in the bottom right hand corner)

    Driving me mad not being able to see the entirety of my email when composing.

  2. I wanted to provide some feedback on how Property Tree could improve, particularly for managing commercial properties.

    At present, the system does not allow us to filter which tenants receive specific types of notifications. For example, in many commercial tenancies, there is both an accounts team (who need to receive invoices and receipts) and on-site staff (who need to receive routine inspection notices and maintenance notifications). Currently, all parties receive everything, which creates confusion.

    It would be extremely beneficial if Property Tree allowed us to set preferences or filters for each tenancy contact, so that we can choose:

  3. Have the option to make two Primary contacts, as mostly all the landlords want information and correspondence not just one. That way this speaks to inspection manager and routine inspection reports can be emailed to both landlords automatically instead of typing them in every time for properties.

  5. We have a few tenancies where they hold no bond (mostly as owner requested not to/family friend etc)

    We cannot edit the bond REF section to say 'No Bond Required' and or add a description unless the amount is greater than '0'.

    We do not want to enter an amount as then it will have those funds as outstanding and we would like the reporting to be accurate.

    Can there be a way to have a section for 'no bond' and or be able to write into what's available with the amount being kept as $0.

Rather than having to go through a tenant's ledger with them, it would be handy for tenants to have the number of days and amount of arrears displayed on the tenancy ledger, also perfect for property managers processing tenancy applications with ledgers from other agents using Property Tree. No need to go through every transaction in the ledgers if these are displayed, makes life easier.

    Hi Supporters, we appreciate your feedback on this suggestion. As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

  8. An enhancement to the MRI Owners Portal that would greatly improve compliance and reduce manual follow-up for property managers. Enable owners to upload their landlord insurance documents and update policy details (including expiry dates) directly in the portal. The system could update compliance on the owner card and if applicable automatically send reminders to owners when their insurance is due for renewal.

    Key Benefits:

    Owners can self-service updates, reducing admin workload.

    Automatic reminders (e.g. 60/30/7 days before expiry) help prevent lapses in coverage.

    PMs can view status at a glance and export reports for compliance.

  9. When opening and reading a email, you have the hyperlink for the name and address above the body of the email that you can click on.

    When you click on these hyperlinks it takes you to that page which is great but it is in the same window.

    It would be great to either be able to have that hyperlink automatically open a new window with the details or be able to right click and 'open new tab'.

    This way you can review the email and work on the details in another screen.

  12. Be able to enter a permanent note on inspection reports ie Dangerous Dog @ Property. Also some form of automation for maintence so trades are aware. Especially helpful if staff do not usually attend the property. Even if it was a pinned note but instead of selecting the current options of PPty Note, Ppty receipt or Creditor/Tenancy it could be an inspection or maintenance pinned note.

  14. We have multiple tenancies were companies are paying the rent for staff and require invoices - can this option be added to the residential side where rent and dates can be carried forward without the deletion of manual invoices.

  15. Currently, if something is accidentally entered or marked as completed incorrectly, there’s no way to remove it from the system.

    For example, we have a migrated “Smoke Alarm” category that we no longer use. There are three properties where this category was marked as complete, and it can’t be deleted from the property tab. As a result, we now have a redundant category cluttering the list that we don’t and will never use.

  18. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…
