  1. When you enter a rent payment from a tenant and it is entered incorrectly, once we delete it through the system, the tenant should receive notification that the receipt is deleted.

  3. Include a tick box for invoices entered to be visible to owner automatically without having to go in an manually tick this particularly as owners often want to view these at end of financial year.

  4. All invoices paid or added to property tree or Invoice Automate automatically added to the owners portal under their own section so that you can give the owners auditor access to their portal to access all the invoices for reconciliation without having to request the information from the agents.

Banks have limits to the amount of payments included in ABA files - it would be great to see a pop up to say - payments included in the ABA file that is about to be downloaded exceed 500 - do you want to continue (in westpac case it is 500)..... further more under setting if one could put in their banks limitiations assuming they are all different - then the pop up can respond to that or better yet just say aba can't be downloaded as it exceeds your banks upload limit - reduce to 500.

  6. Have the option to make two Primary contacts, as mostly all the landlords want information and correspondence not just one. That way this speaks to inspection manager and routine inspection reports can be emailed to both landlords automatically instead of typing them in every time for properties.

  7. Have ability to toggle "Workflow Bar" on screen at all times, regardless of if you are completing an action so that you do not need to navigate to and from the page to see Workflow. For example: at the moment, the workflow bar only appears if completing an "action" but there are only 4 actions available (being edit lease & rent, edit vacate, add rent & schedule, and send email) None of these actions relate to setting up a new management, therefore the workflow bar cannot be utilised when it would be great to have it on screen.   8. It would be good if Property Tree will hold multiple BPAY references for each property for the same creditor. Example when Strata Levies are received separately for a car space to the actual unit they generally have different BPAY references so invoice genius does not pick up when its different.

  9. It would be very helpful if all users within the same agency could view invoices uploaded via Invoice Genius, regardless of who uploaded them — as long as they have access to the same portfolio or property.

    Currently, it seems that invoices are only visible to the user who uploads them, which limits collaboration and can lead to duplicated efforts or confusion.

    This feature would improve team workflow, transparency, and invoice management across the team.

  10. Hi,

    Few things I would like to suggest

    1. When creating workflow templates, you select which profile it is for tenancy, property or owner. It would be great when you duplicate the template that you can choose a different profile if needed and or when you reopen/edit an existing one, you can change it for the desired profile.

    2. Be able to link emails sent to the workflow/tasks

    3. General tasks for the agent - for that to be a tile on the dashboard so when you are on it, the general tasks are staring you in the face and you do not…

  11. When looking at a list of expiring leases it woud be great to add a column where you can make a note for yourself where the communicaiton is up to and be able to edit it.

  14. There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication. It is imperative as at times, "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication.

  15. To have a notes option in the columns of rent reviews. We can make a note advising if we have actioned or to see the recommendation at a glance. We can also easily distinguish the ones we have actioned.
    This is already a feature on the inspection summary page.

  16. Have an option when paying out unknown funds to include an EFT Reference that is displayed on the bank statement of the person receiving the money. This is especially important when paying out unclaimed money to revenue as payments to them must include a reference number which they provide.

  17. When applying a credit to a tenant, either for rent or against an invoice.
    If they have paid for something on behalf of the LL, which the landlord could claim, it would be great if this could reflect on both the owners statements and also on the tenants to reflect why the credit was applied.

  20. Remove Revoked Users OR Read Only User from Communications Assignee List. This is making it very difficult to monitor emails when staff are away etc as alll users that have ever been entered into the system show in this list. It also shows us all of our read only agents etc. We cannot revoke access without reallocating any communications to the user anyway so would be great to have only active people show and maybe a revoked section if needed. OR at least have read only or revoked next to the users name and filter them to the bottom. We…
