  1. To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.

  2. Current statements do not include invoices, rather they are a separate document. Landlords have suggested to us that they would like to see their statements include invoices from creditors shown in the same pdf document as their month end statement.

  3. We would love to be able to schedule an ingoing condition inspection without a tenancy profile. We often have staff completing inspections before we have leased a property, particularly with our current turnover rates here in Vic. It would be advantageous to have a manual add from the property profile.

  5. It would be nice if the compliance reminder and its details could be emailed to the relevant PM, turning red is fine but if we don't go into the property card, we don't see it?

  6. Ability to Archive Properties instead of Deleting

    If a landlord gives back a management of a property or access is required for an old report for a property, there is no ability to make a property/inspection active again without contacting support.

    Reports are not accessible on deleted properties.

    Archived properties should not be included in the active property count.

  8. Please look at putting in the ability to create your own wording for a type of increase. We have a several tenancies which just don't quite fit into the standard "fixed, CPI, market" category.

  9. REI intergration - It should grab the "ownership name" not the ownership contact name. This leads to incorrect info populating which is less than helpful

  11. Level of authentication when updating different things in PT, should be configured by agency rather than a one rule for all accounts.
    Currently PM's have to authenticate when adding a new Owner to PT, some agencies do not want this & would like to have option to switch it on, or off

  12. It would be great to add a new mail merge field for Tenancy_RentPeriodNew. There is an option for RentAmountNew but no option for when the payment period is changing also.

  13. When checking due dates for Building/Pest Inspection, Finance approval etc, you have to go into the edit pencil beside BUYER: Deposit paid, Settlement date. We should be able to see important condition dates on the same page.

  14. We are always trying to improve the % of Receipts that process automatically (within defined parameters). Currently we use the Tenant Download report for manual receipts to identify these Renters/Payments and send an email to advise of the problem with their receipts. This email advises them of their Rent amount, Rent period and Rent ReferenceID and includes instructions to assist with where to put the reference. It would be amazing if we could somehow automatically send (where appropriate), these emails (and/or SMS) to these Renters. This would be a real time saver and improve receipting efficiencies down the track by…

We think a HIGH PRIORITY tab would be good where we could store notes that need to be easily accessible i.e. New Appliance installations with warranty dates, Insurance Claims in progress; Emergency Details; things that you don't want to have to go looking for through pages of Notes but need quick access to.

  19. It would be great, when sending emails, that the user banner is automatically selected, and you can change to Company if you wish, rather than having to select banner each time.

  20. Automated Tasks please:

    1. when the rent is due for review
    2. when the lease is due to expire
    3. when a vacate date is entered
    4. when a new tenancy is entered
    5. when compliance is due to expire
