  1. When entering in bond information, we should be able to send a bond invoice, like a rental invoice.
    if not paid, it should also be noted on the invoices sent out to the tenant that it is due/overdue

  3. You can only send an automated reminder for invoices once it's in arrears, suggest having a days' before option so 7 days before it's due, tenant gets an email reminder.

  4. Can the program be set for when a new property ECR is entered, the areas entered for the report flow through to be the areas for the routines?
    That what ''Bedroom one left of the Laundry'' should stay as bedroom one on all reports.

  5. In Rest we had the option to add our own global comment to things like Work Orders, Statements, Invoices, Income and Expenditure reports. This allowed us to have a tailored note or disclaimer within the document. At the moment we can only add tailored information within body of the email.

  6. Make the bpay reference field go red/error when entering references that have spaces. If you cant process the payment with spaces then the system should not allow spaces when entering the reference number.

  7. We really need to be able to put journal entries through for accounts that may have been miscoded or correct a gst error on an invoice paid.

  8. The alarm bell in the top right corner should "visually vibrate" or blow in and out of size, or create a pop-up reminder notification for Tasks. Also once task marked as DONE, they should automatically save to PT and clear from the active tasks list bar.

The option also to split a creditor invoice example – rates might be under one “property” but needs to be charged across three other tenancies and property addresses (this is abit more technical but does happen) and then mean manually need to invoice each tenant but a flag or pop up at the time would be great

  12. We had an issue recently where a batch of manual fees were charged in consecutive months. It would be great if there was an alert when manually charging fees.
    If PT could let you know the last date that the fee had been charged, so it could be checked and only charged if correct. Or even an alert if the fee has been charged in the last 6 months.
    This would save time for us having to cancel & refund the fee but also the owner having to pay the fee and then wait for a refund.

  13. Currently Sensitive Notification emails for bank accounts are only if the details are edited, there is no email for the initial entry of details. For example, if a new creditor is created and bank account details are entered upon this initial set up, there is no Sensitive email.

  15. Add PM email as an option to be cc'd into a mail merge email.

    As an admin person, I send all rent reviews and any other letters on behalf of PM's.

    It would be good to have the PM email address as an option to add in cc. when an email is sent so that I don't have to manually do it each time.

  16. since change of system this week, the auto attachment of company banner is removed from emails sent from actions., you now have to remember to attach your banner to emails so your signature appears on emails sent to clients, this has only just been removed with update and needs to be reinstated urgently or we are sending emails and having to remember to attach banner.

  17. When creating a new Inspection for a tenant it would be great to be able to have Tenant Assisted Inspection as an option - currently it is only Routine, Ingoing and Outgoing. When looking at a tenant profile and an inspection is in the confirmed stage we can not tell if it is a Tenant Assisted Routine or an Agent Routine which is booked.

  19. Insurance entered for a property should not go over with the property during change of ownership as this would have been for when the previous owner managed it not the new ownership.

  20. We need to be able to charge management fees on commercial tenant invoices, example pro rata rent increase invoices - like we could in REST - currently very manual & time consuming
