  3. Is there a way that the communication screen can be expanded so that property managers can see all emails outstanding (instead of the 8/9 shown) and is there a way to flag the ones that have actually been read? Failing that, is there a report that can be compiled showing emails still outstanding so that emails can be 'tidied' up regularly?

  7. While the Bank Deposit page in Property Tree displays the individual receipts created (e.g. cash receipts), the Bank Deposit Sheet doesn’t. It only displays the total amount.

    The Bank Deposit Sheet (is often stamped by the bank and) is kept for record/audit purposes.

    Having individual receipts listed would provide transparency on each transaction.

  9. Can we please have a list of payments made towards an invoice show on the tenancy invoice screen? This would make it easy to see when the last time a payment was made as well as how often payments are being made.

  10. Regarding the Income and Expenditure Statement, the owner listed the items required by the ATO. They would prefer to not have the statement show information that would come from another party (ie bank/broker).

    Example - Total capital allowances & Total legal fees

    They suggest that PT produce subheadings that align with the ATO fields and group the expenses into the subheadings. For example;

    Total Repairs
    - Air Conditioning
    - Fire Protection
    - General Repairs and Maintenance

    Total Agent Fees
    - Income and Expenditure Fee
    - Residential Management Fee
    - Administration Fee

    Total Body Corporate Fees
    - Strata - Admin /…

  12. It would be great to see, Property Tree make all data fields availaible in Property Tree as merge fields in auto communications and e-mail/letter merge fields. Example being having the ability to show "Paid From" "Paid To" "Inhand Credit" "Effective Paid To" in the body of the auto receipt e-mail.

    Reasoning behind this is the tenants in QLD are shown an Effective date on their receipt that includes the In hand credit however this is not explained on the receipt and tenants get confused by this.

  14. Ii would like to be able to create an invoice for the owners to pay for things like advertising or other charges that they may wish to pay direct rather than from the rent. Similar to a tenant invoice or commercial rent invoice but for the owner.

  15. It would be highly beneficial for commercial tenancy ledgers to show a notation whenever credits are added to a tenancy via replacement invoice. At present, the only notation available is the replacement invoice and the reason does not show in the same way that it does on a residential ledger. Whilst the reason is visible within Property Tree on the receipting screen, this is not helpful when providing a ledger to a tenancy or reviewing a ledger in general.

  18. Adding routine inspections of a particular date to the map journey planner in property tree to plan your inspections. Or be able to see all your routine inspections in a list and be able to select them and have the map journey planner check the best route to see if I would like to book those inspections for those properties.

  19. Processing Sales Marketing & Sundries Flat Fees are cumbersome and difficult to track. Doing this same task in REST was far superior and easily tracked all on the same tab. Once you have processed a marketing fee in Proerty Tree it does not show as being disbursed without referring to the ledger and will potentially allow you to disburse for that item again should there be sufficient funds. REST had a tab for marketing with the following columns - Date/Creditor/Description/Inv#/Amount/Actioned/Charged - you would complete these boxes throughout the marketing campaign.
