  2. Can you please add a field that you can enter the buyer's bank account details in advance like you can with the vendor's bank account details (on Financials Tab). Currently you can only enter them at the time of disbursing funds, so if you make a mistake etc, and need to start again, you need to re-enter the details.
    Would greatly help with advanced preparation of settlements.

  3. We've noticed that when held tenancy funds are applied to rent (e.g. after a bond claim), receipts are not sent to tenants, as they would be if it were a direct rent receipt.

    It would be great if this could change so that it's more transparent about how the funds are being used.

  5. It would be great to be able to access the lease document easily without hunting through documents. Including any old leases. Similar to the Compliance tab would be great.

  6. On the main screen for tenants there should be a way to see any outstanding invoices, arrears do show but it should show all unpaid invoices sent to the tenant

  8. Would be great to have integration with REA ignite, similar to Snug integration. This would allow approved tenants to be imported straight into property tree, cutting down data entry and saving any manual processing errors. Our REA rep advises that they are open and willing to begin working on an integration.

  9. Auto Communications - Time / Day Communications are Sent -
    We are constantly receiving reports from tenants that auto-communications are being received after 6.00pm.
    This is not reasonable.
    The auto-communications should be RECEIVED during business hours.
    We should also have the ability to select whether our office chooses to send auto-communications on weekends or public holidays.
    This is an issue that Property Tree should be fixing now. It's certainly been discussed enough times.

  10. When receipting to a tenancy, it would be helpful to be able to see what held funds the tenancy has available and also have the option to apply some or all of these held funds to their rent and/or invoices during the receipt process. This would save having to go back to the tenant later and doing a separate step to allocate tenancy funds.

  11. Currently you can search for tenancies in arrears and days.
    For states outside Victoria who invoice tenants regularly (water etc.), we require a report function to advise arrears by days - that is not via Business Insights.

  14. Implement a calender into property tree that will pull across all rent increases, inspections, vacating tenants etc, that way you can pull up your calender for the day, EXAMPLE: if you've selected 'notify rent increases 14 days prior' it will be there ready to go for you 14 days before it is due.

  18. Default font on Property Tree is too light and hard to read when all office lights are on. Office lights are usually white bright and within one hour it becomes a nighmare trying to read grey font. HELP please

  19. When a duplicate invoice is detected it should include the date it was last put into the system and/or paid, as service charges and levies are commonly the same amount, in intervals throughout the year. This stops us having to check it isn't currently in the system for payment.
