  1. Would be handy to have an activity log not only just for user activity to monitor work efficiency, but also on a property page to see all maintenance / inspections / communication at a quick glance rather than digging through different tabs.

  3. We've noticed that when held tenancy funds are applied to rent (e.g. after a bond claim), receipts are not sent to tenants, as they would be if it were a direct rent receipt.

    It would be great if this could change so that it's more transparent about how the funds are being used.

  4. My idea is to change the rent arrears day from the day the rent is due to the next day as the Residential Tenancies Act NSW 2010, states that the rent is due on or before the day it is due. So, if the tenant pays their rent on the day it is due, they are not one day in arrears and they shouldn't be showing as they are in arrears.

  5. Hey Team!
    It would be handy to customise lease expiries/ lease renewals communications on specific tenancies, such as a "task" orientated set up specific for lease expires/ lease renewals on individual properties.
    Basically what I want to do, would be to customise an email to an owner recommending an increase amount and renewal for 12 months, however rather then creating our own email and sending it every month in advance to every owner, it would automatically be sent on a specific date that we set.

  6. Used the same as owners managements, smoke alarms and owners insurances this will give us a place to easily record and follow up outdated contractors. Having the ability to also send out reminders and requests for updates would be the biggest time saver.

    Hi Supporters! we've been digging deeper on this topic and after a bit more feedback if you have any -


    1. We can introduce a compliance tab to the Creditor and you'd be able to track any items you wish (you could configure your own categories as you do with properties). Would you prefer to see a separate Creditor Compliance Register for reporting, or keep this information in the current Compliance Register with the ability to filter between Property Compliance and Creditor Compliance?


    2. When a Creditor Compliance item has expired, what behaviour would you like to see? I warning when you enter a creditor against a maintenance job? and/or when a maintenance email is sent? 


    Any other notifications or areas that should be considered when we look to implement creditor compliance?

  7. When setting up a new PT account, there should be an option allowing the agency to clone all templates in their original PT account, i.e. logos, letters, notices, tasks, categories & business roles.
    This would greatly help if the agency is expanding into new PT accounts using their current trading name.

  8. Need to be able to amend/remove the notation at the top of a Commercial Invoice that indicates that it is an 'amended' tax invoice. We have a number of commercial tenancies that are receiving a 'credit' and as soon as this is applied, it creates a new invoice (which is great) but then adds this note to the top left of the invoice - which will only create mass confusion with our commercial tenancies.

  10. Right now, for ownerships who have multiple properties linked to their portal account, the order of properties is sorted by Property ID from lowest to highest. It would be great to have this order sorted by address line. For example, if you had an owner with 10 units in a block, by order of 1 to 10.

  13. When converting a prospect to a tenant you enter all the lease information however the bond field doesn't come up at that stage. Once the tenant is created you have to go to bond section and enter it then. Many times it is overlooked, so would be best to do it at the conversion stage.

  15. Currently when a quote request is sent, the quote comes back, you attach it to the request. If it is decided not to go ahead with that quote, you press the "complete Job" button on the quote request, but it does not complete it, it cancels it and automatically sends the cancellation to the contractor. Then I get phone calls from the contractors saying they have already been to the job and quoted. Its very frustrating. We just need to be able to complete it off from the maintenance list without cancelling or emailing the contractors.

  17. At the moment the portal communications are only accessible via the envelope tab. It would be very helpful to have the comms saved in several locations in Property Tree, i.e. under the tenant/ owner tab

  18. We have multi owners who just see that they have received a payment in their bank statement. Several have asked if the property address can appear there so they know which one the payment is for. It is not currently possible to configure this.
