  1. At the moment it's only for the days after, once the rent is overdue, but it would be ideal to have one for before the due date as well. For example; "Rent Due Tomorrow" with the description inside as "Friendly Reminder, your rent is due tomorrow, please make sure payment is made to avoid arrears on your ledger!"

  2. There is no option for tenancy invoice amount merge field to be added to the tenancy invoice email template. please get this added so the amount appears in the email and tenants don't need to click the link.

  3. Would be good to have a merge field available for inspection type, so that the auto communications for notifying or sending the report can capture what type of inspection is being scheduled or has been done.

  4. Notify users when any emails, messages or SMS fail rather than having to go and check a list. Perhaps an alert at the top of the page which then produces a list of what needs to be checked. The impact of missing this information is huge, particularly with compliance.

    Update: Additional fields have been added to the ‘Status’ drop-down under Communications History to give you more details on email delivery status, this is available to you now. We are continuing to investigate other areas to better notify you of any sending failures.

  6. All email signatures currently are banners. This is very limited to having the entire content of an email signature within an image banner.

  7. Ability to add a clickable link into the user banners i.e. QR code link to be clickable not just scannable in the image. Extend format of files from just PNG and JPEG to Other formats that include links.

  8. Some tenants need reminding that rent has just dropped into arrears sooner than others, like repeat offenders, on the tenancy profile, where you can turn on or off rent arrears notices, it would be great to be able to quickly click a button that would send a rent arrears notice via email or text to only that tenant.

  9. The new Communications Platform does not have a Forward ability and only has a reply option. Work around: If you reply to the email and replace the email address to the recipient required this will then work as a forward. Would be easier to just have a Forward option.

  11. When setting up an Auto Communication, it would be good to have an option to copy in the user/point of contact. I.e setting up lease expiry emails to tenants. It would be good to be alerted somehow when this email is automatically sent to tenants so we can follow up if there is no response.

  12. Be able to send another email by replying to your own email when you want to send another message related to the first but you can't because the owner/tenant hasn't replied to your original message yet so instead of continuing on the same thread you have to make a whole new email thread. And that can get messy and confusing.

  13. The completed messages in the Communications Centre is accessed through the filter icon at top. It would be great if this was moved to be sitting as 'Completed' on the left hand pane along with "My Inboxes" "Sent" and "Failed'

  16. Would be helpful to have an out of office option for messages that are received out of hours. Especially when a tenant is requesting maintenance. We could then include emergency contact details to the email etc

    Hi Supporters, we're at the final stage of passing this through to our development team and want to ensure that we have the access levels correct. 


    There will be an Auto Reply option for each user, that would send the Auto Reply (when active) if an email is received into your inbox (assigned to you). Each user would have access to control their own Auto Reply.


    There would also be a Company Auto Reply option, that would send (when active) if an email is received into the Company inbox. 


    We're after feedback on who needs access to the Company Auto Reply option? Would this be something that would be set and controlled by an Administrator or Super User level only? If so, would it be beneficial for all users to still "see" what the Auto Reply is set to when it's Active? Or could the Company Auto Reply be editable…

  17. Where we have the option to turn automated arrears notices on or off for a tenant, it would be good to select the contact (or all contacts) that this goes too. With commercial we have lots of stored contacts and don't want them receiving these notices.

  18. Ability to live chat with owners and tenants, and have that conversation recorded in PropertyTree. Be able to select when in office, away or busy with option to suggest response/quick response to common queries

  19. When filtering reports or bulk merges, have the option for profiles that are not tagged (ie, select the tag associated but have the option to see those not tagged only)

  20. When sending an email, or maintenance job it would be great to be able to have a list of known contacts appear that can be copied into the email. So if this was maintenance for a property you could chose to copy in the owner and/or tenant (and their email would appear to select), also any company contact, so the Property Manager could be copied into the email too.
