  1. Need to have the firstname seperated so that mail merge and communication has this entered correctly instead so that letters are addressed correctly.

  2. Can we please have a $ threshold in PT that we can set so tenants that are only a small amount (say $1) in arrears are not sent reminders. Also can we please have the ability to select 1 tenant to be the main contact re arrears messages.

  3. When creating a bulk mail merge to the ownership, an option up the top with 'filters' should be 'Scheduled Inspection'. Exactly like when you are sending a mail merge to the tenancy. My agency sends out Inspection notices out to the owners as well.

  4. I recommend adding a lease review reminder 3 months before a lease ends to avoid human error.

    This will give us le-way time to conduct a rental appraisal, negotiate with the owner etc.

    I want to avoid accidentally overlooking a lease renewal to avoid going periodic.

    With the new QLD tenancy laws this would be very handy as it could cause a problematic situation if it does go Periodic.

  5. Add merge fields into the Tenancies in Arrears automated communications to include the ownership name and tenancy lease start date so that Notice to Remedy can be sent as an auto communication instead of bulk mail merge.

  7. Could the attachment be in the body - currently it can be there or all the way at the bottom so is easily missed.

    Any attachment that is added in addition to those included in the template will appear outside the body of the email. If a banner is included however, then the attachments will appear after the banner as the banner is pulled as part of the body of the email.

  8. I would like to have a way to send automated communication to the tenants once a work order and a quote request is sent to a contractor. This way the tenants will be aware that the contractor will be in contact with them to arrange a time.

  9. Integrate with outlook so that emails sent from Property Tree can be responded to through Outlook AND autosave function where all communications to and from tenants and landlords email address through Outlook autosave to Property Tree communication or documents

  13. PT is very hard to read when you put a email / note in the notes section and it makes it go into a paragraph. Not easy it this is needed to be printed for some reason. Would be good for it to save as it is put in there.

  14. Ability to send bulk entry notices for routine inspections instead of having to create each one individually.

    You should be able to select the upcoming inspections and send the entry notice to all tenants with the realworks integration.

  15. Just as tenants are emailed invoices, there should be an automated email when cancelling said invoice so there is no need to do extra emailing for notification of the reason for cancellation.

  16. Can you please add the Merge Field for {Text Field On Email Dialog} to the default Auto Communication template for 'Request Owner Approval of Maintenance Job Quote'.
    Reason, when selecting to send such a Request, the free text field makes a user believe any entered text will be shared with the Owner. But it won't unless a user adds that merge field to the Auto Comm prior .
    It makes the free text field misleading.
    Alternatively, add a comment to that free text field, informing a user to add the merge field to their Auto Comm should they want to…

  17. Now we are trying to keep all emails in Property Tree, it is critical that we are able to send emails of all lengths, including those with more than 4000 characters. We currently can't send an email greater than 4000 characters!

  18. When receiving multiple attachments in an email received in the Communication Platform, to be able to download all files in one function rather than one at a time. Also if there could be an option of saving the images to the Document Management or into a Maintenance request.

  19. We have so many mail merge templates that when we use the dropdown to select the template we have a big list of them to go through (currently in alphabetical order). Would be great to have custom categories for our mail merge templates so that all the rent arrears templates displayed together, and then all the lease templates etc.

  20. Would like a template field for Tenancy Overview to enable an overview to be included in a mail merge for rental arrears sent to the tenant by email. I think this would help the tenants understand the arrears and avoid PM's having to send 2x separate emails.
