  1. Recently discovered that landlords and tenants with hotmail emails fail. Lots have hotmail. please fix so I don't need to contact them externally to property tree

  2. It would be most efficient if we could set a task to follow up on something at the same time as an email. The task could then be attached to the email so you could easily open the email at the time you are completing the task

  3. Is there a way that the communication screen can be expanded so that property managers can see all emails outstanding (instead of the 8/9 shown) and is there a way to flag the ones that have actually been read? Failing that, is there a report that can be compiled showing emails still outstanding so that emails can be 'tidied' up regularly?

  4. We are always trying to improve the % of Receipts that process automatically (within defined parameters). Currently we use the Tenant Download report for manual receipts to identify these Renters/Payments and send an email to advise of the problem with their receipts. This email advises them of their Rent amount, Rent period and Rent ReferenceID and includes instructions to assist with where to put the reference. It would be amazing if we could somehow automatically send (where appropriate), these emails (and/or SMS) to these Renters. This would be a real time saver and improve receipting efficiencies down the track by…

  7. Hey Team!
    It would be handy to customise lease expiries/ lease renewals communications on specific tenancies, such as a "task" orientated set up specific for lease expires/ lease renewals on individual properties.
    Basically what I want to do, would be to customise an email to an owner recommending an increase amount and renewal for 12 months, however rather then creating our own email and sending it every month in advance to every owner, it would automatically be sent on a specific date that we set.

  8. I would love to be able to add another PM's number to the system so that individual PM's can be contacted about the work orders they are responsible for - it's my understanding that we can only have one number in the system which seems strange???

  9. Currently, when you're adding a phone number to a contact (tenant or owner) you can assign it a label of (Fax, Mobile, Home, Work). Some of our contacts have multiple numbers that need to be distinguished with more than that.

    It would be nice to have this as a custom field - for example "Emergency" or "After-hours".

  11. Would be great to have an easy view for PM's to view emails sent to creditors. If this was saved against the property profile as well (not just creditor comms), this would make it easier for PM's to find all comms & be across what is going on in their portfolio

  12. To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.

  14. we oversee entire complexes and sometimes we need to email all tenants regarding certain things that require a photo being sent - currently have to attach a photo to a Word doc and then add it as an attachment.
    It would be great to be able to just paste it into the body of the email so I know it's easy to be seen by the recipient.

  16. It would be great if cntacts being set up could receive certain communications such as an automatic chck box which you can remove some communicatiuons for. We have lots of tenants who have their accounts managed by others or tenants who hold a lease like a company and they put their workers in there. The workers need entry notices and tenant info but not invoices or arrears notices and things. Being able to separate the communication for each tenant as needed would be really beneficial to effective client management and client satisfaction.

  17. Could the option to select a merge field while typing an ad-hoc email be added, without the need to select a template? We lease a few homes to one single company and it would be very beneficial to have the Property Address merge field so we can add it to the subject line or in the body of text. Thank you.

  19. Add PM email as an option to be cc'd into a mail merge email.

    As an admin person, I send all rent reviews and any other letters on behalf of PM's.

    It would be good to have the PM email address as an option to add in cc. when an email is sent so that I don't have to manually do it each time.

  20. since change of system this week, the auto attachment of company banner is removed from emails sent from actions., you now have to remember to attach your banner to emails so your signature appears on emails sent to clients, this has only just been removed with update and needs to be reinstated urgently or we are sending emails and having to remember to attach banner.
