Email communication thread, reply to agency sent email
Be able to send another email by replying to your own email when you want to send another message related to the first but you can't because the owner/tenant hasn't replied to your original message yet so instead of continuing on the same thread you have to make a whole new email thread. And that can get messy and confusing.

Unfortunately you can’t pick up a sent email in communications and send another back to the tenant/recipient, using that same communication history.
If you hit RESEND it will only re send the exact same email back to the tenant as it did initially. You can’t modify and add to that either.
So we need to be able to pick up the last email that has been sent and piggy back off it to keep the thread running like you can in Outlook. Starting a new email for an existing issue is not desirable. Sometimes you may need to prompt a recipient to respond to, perhaps a request etc in your initial email. Please consider amending this which would make going through communication history so much more effective. -

This is really needed please, please please as conversation thread can get very messy and confusing for both parties.

Any chance that this is going to be implemented any time soon? Its such a pain not having an email thread and having to start new emails every time if someone hasn't responded

Please, please, please implement this suggestion as well as Alex Collins suggestions in the comments! Without these, the communications feature is practically useless

Adding to this item also on behalf of Harcourts Client.
Currently if you close a communication, you cannot re-open the thread in owner/tenant card.
Meaning you must search through communications inbox to find then generate a reply/new thread. Ideally this could be actioned on the Owner/Tenant card.
