Ability to easily send rent arrears notice manually for just one tenant when needed
Some tenants need reminding that rent has just dropped into arrears sooner than others, like repeat offenders, on the tenancy profile, where you can turn on or off rent arrears notices, it would be great to be able to quickly click a button that would send a rent arrears notice via email or text to only that tenant.

Can we have a button under the tenants profile to manually send them the rent arrears notice, via email or text, instead of waiting for the automated system that is usually not set up until tenants are in arrears at a later date
