  1. Transfer of tenancy / property to new owner

    when we complete a property transfer from one owner to another as the property has sold and we've retained the management, the original start date of the tenancies should be automatically transferred to the commencement date within the new tenancy record

  2. OWNERS PORTAL - for emails sent to the owners for activating the client portal, save the email to the Owner Diary,

    When I activate an owner in the client portal I have absolutely no idea whether the email has been sent or not. Can you please add the email into the owners diary. I have had so many owners say they never received the email so there must be some issue with it. It would be good to give them a date and time.

  3. Rent Arrears Notice

  4. Additional tenants: Should be able to click on the name instead of having to go over to the edit button.

    When you go into additional tenants presently you have to go across to the edit and click on that. Why can it not be click on the name and it opens?
