  1. Would be great if you could move (drag) items around in the diary so they follow each other in a logical order eg if an owner accepts a quote via email and you activate the work order then drop everything else into the diary from outlook that related to that work you could shuffle them into the correct order

  4. In the Property Custom Views, we can currently choose the NEXT INSPECTION DATE for one of the columns.

    We would be able to get a much better and more user friendly report to have the LAST INSPECTION DATE if this was available to choose from. Can we please get this added as it comes up in the standard Inspection report, so must be available.

  5. When something goes wrong, we get a pop up box saying error, but it gives no information, this must be frustration to the support team when we report it and it is frustrating to us. Can it have some information inside it please

  6. If a Work Order is completed, then it should show up under the Closed Work Orders rather than the Current Work Orders when you filter them.
    When you are tidying up the database, its annoying to have these WOs still showing up.

  7. Currently the invoice amount merged from palace is for ALL the invoices but it should just be the outstanding invoices. I have to override the amount manually which takes up time and defeats the purpose of having the amount merged in first place.

  8. We need to have some kind of warning 'pop up' if you about to reverse a transaction number that has already been revered.

    Perhaps a warning also when reversing a supplier payment that has already been paid (ie actually paid out of the bank - included in a bank upload)

  9. It would be helpful to be able to restrict access to certain custom views. There are several we use with sensitive information that we don't want some users being able to access but as they are a custom view they are open for anyone to download - Old Palace Live function

If a tenant calls, or we are trying to find which property manager the tenant belongs to, rather then search the tenant & then have to go to the property to see who the property manager is, if an extra column could be added naming the property manager, then we would have tenant, property & property manager visible on one screen

There are certain tenancies that need water bills sent to an alternate email address, or sent to an additional email address, however currently from document flow they can only be sent to the email address loaded against the head tenant. Eg. if all flatmates need to get the water bills, or if a different person/entity pays the water bill, from the contact email address in the head tenant. We would want the head tenant's email address to stay in there for all other correspondence, but need an option to send water bills to an alternate tenant email address.

  12. Would be good to have a second owner tab, same as additional tenants. This will allow landlord names to be reflected correctly in merge documents

It would be fantastic for the supplier remittances to show invoices that have been entered but are pending/unpaid awaiting funds the way the landlord statements do so that when they get paid they don't call/email asking whether invoices have been received they can see that they are received & entered awaiting funds & it stops us having to generate the unpaid invoices report to send to them if it just included on the bottom of the remittance

  17. I've recently been advised that duplicate invoices will only be picked up by Palace and not processed if they arrive in the same month. This did not use to be the case and there are lots of times that a copy of an invoice will be sent in again in a different month. I'm not sure when this changed, but we have wondered why we are getting some double up of invoice payments, and recently a lot of them, which takes a lot of our and tradies time to identify, remove and get money back.   20. When processing a works order the PM only wants to pay a deposit for the work to begin. There should be a option you can have a deposit payment made on the original Works Order. When the final invoice is to be paid the works order is still open and can be edited with the final payment.
